Circa 1850® DEX Marine Grade Exterior Varnish is a clear, tough coating that protects and beautifies all exterior wood surfaces. Renewable plant oils combined with a unique polymerized tung oil formula to provide a breathable, water repellant surface. Rain and snow cannot penetrate the coating to damage the wood. However, because moisture can escape from the wood through the varnish, the wood resists rotting and the varnish is less likely to blister or crack.
