Tasnee HD IM2050 is a High Density Polyethylene (HDPE), multimodal resin manufactured by slurry process using advanced cascade process technology. Tasnee HD IM2050 is easy to process on injection and compression molding equipment. This grade has very good stiffness and toughness, high ESCR and exceptional organoleptic properties.

Tasnee LD 4025N is an Additive Free Low Density Polyethylene with Melt Flow Rate of 4.0 g/10min (190°C/2.16kg). It has a suitable molecular structure to produce film with excellent mechanical properties. Tasnee LD 4025N can be easily processed on all types of extruders designed for polyethylene. The melt temperature is suggested to be in the range of 150 – 190°C. Excellent properties of the film are achieved with a blow-up ratio of 2.5:1 and recommended film thickness range from 15 to 40 μm.

Tasnee HD 100 Black is a High Density Polyethylene, black colored resin. The product is classified as PE 100. Tasnee HD 100 Black provides excellent environmental stress cracking resistance properties (ESCR) with very good long term hydrostatic strength and combines very high impact and stiffness properties.

Tasnee PP H2045 is a Polypropylene Homopolymer with a Melt Flow Rate (MFR) of 4.50 g/10min. Tasnee PP H2045 is a medium molecular weight distribution grade with anti-gas fading stabilization system. It exhibits very good spinning performance and excellent mechanical properties.

Tasnee HD 100 Blue is a High Density Polyethylene, blue colored resin. The product is classified as PE 100. Tasnee HD 100 Blue provides excellent environmental stress cracking resistance properties (ESCR) with very good long term hydrostatic strength and combines very high impact and stiffness properties.

Tasnee MB ES1530LD is a concentrated homogeneously dispersed slip–antiblock additive masterbatch in LDPE carrier resin. This masterbatch is intended for following applications.

Tasnee LD 4025AS is a Low Density Polyethylene with a Melt Flow Rate of 4.0 g/10min (190°C/2.16kg), recommended for mono and multilayer thin gage blown film extrusion. Tasnee LD 4025AS contains slip and anti- blocking additives and has a suitable molecular structure to produce film with excellent mechanical and optical properties. Tasnee LD 4025AS can be easily processed on all types of extruders designed for polyethylene. The melt temperature is suggested to be in the range of 150 – 190°C. Excellent properties of the film are achieved with a blow - up ratio of 2.5:1 and recommended film thickness range from 15 to 40 μm.

TALENE M4012 B01 is a 40% talc filled polypropylene homopolymer with good flow and high stiffness. It has high long term heat aging stability. It is designed for injection molding applications for interior automotive parts with good dimensional stability. The product is available in black color. It is not intended for medical, pharmaceutical and/or drinking water applications.

Tasnee PP H2250 is a Polypropylene Homopolymer with a Melt Flow Rate (MFR) of 25 g/10min. Tasnee PP H2250 is a medium narrow molecular weight distribution with anti-gas fading stabilization. It is intended for the extrusion of fine fibers with the spunbond technology for non-woven applications. It is also suitable for the extrusion of bulk continuous filament (BCF) for carpet pile and continuous filament (CF) yarns.

Tasnee LD 1925AS is a Low Density Polyethylene with a Melt Flow Rate of 1.9 g/10min (190°C/2.16kg), recommended for mono and multilayer blown film extrusion. Tasnee LD 1925AS contains slip and anti- blocking additives and has a suitable molecular structure to produce film with excellent mechanical and optical properties. Tasnee LD 1925AS can be easily processed on all types of extruders designed for polyethylene. The melt temperature is suggested to be in the range of 160 – 190°C. Excellent properties of the film are achieved with a blow - up ratio of 2:1 and recommended film thickness range from 25 to 60 μm.

TALENE M4012 GY01 is a 40% talc filled polypropylene homopolymer with good flow and high stiffness. It has high long term heat aging stability. The product is available in gray color (RAL 7037). It is not intended for medical, pharmaceutical and/or drinking water applications.

TALENE M3025 N01 is a 30% talc filled polypropylene homopolymer with good processability and high stiffness. The product is available in natural color. It is not intended for medical, pharmaceutical and/or drinking water applications.

TALENE M2012 GY01 7016 is a 20% talc filled polypropylene homopolymer with good processability and high stiffness. It has good thermal aging resistance. The product is available in gray color (RAL 7016). It is not intended for medical, pharmaceutical and/or drinking water applications.

Tasnee LD 1925F is a Low Density Polyethylene with a Melt Flow Rate of 2.0 g/10min (190°C/2.16 kg). Tasnee LD 1925F is mainly recommended for crosslinked and non-crosslinked foam applications. It designed to provide uniform cell distribution during LDPE foam extrusion process. Special additive package is used to control the foam cell structure so that uniform cell size and distribution occurred during foam extrusion process. It has a suitable molecular structure and special additive package for providing control and uniform foam cell structure and excellent mechanical properties to the foam. Tasnee LD 1925F can be easily processed on all types of LDPE foam extrusion equipment. The melt temperature is recommended to be in the range of 160 - 200°C.

Tasnee PP H2350 is a Polypropylene Homopolymer with a Melt Flow Rate (MFR) of 35.0 g/10min. Tasnee PP H2350 is a very narrow molecular weight distribution homopolymers, suitable for the extrusion of fine fibers with the spunbond technology for non-woven applications. It is also suitable for continuous filament (CF) yarns.

TALENE M4212 N02 is a mineral filled polypropylene homopolymer with medium melt flow rate and good processability. It is not intended for medical, pharmaceutical and/or drinking water applications.

Tasnee HD B1258 is a High Density Polyethylene with an excellent combination of stiffness and environmental stress crack resistance (ESCR). It is delivered in pellet form.

Tasnee NPP Black is a High Density Polyethylene, black colored resin. It has high melt viscosity, it is an appropriate resin for extrusion of non pressure pipes.

Tasnee LD 0725N is a Low Density Polyethylene with a Melt Flow Rate of 0.75 g/10min (190°C/2.16kg), recommended for mono and multilayer blown film extrusion. Tasnee LD 0725N is an additive free grade and has a suitable molecular structure to make film with excellent mechanical and optical properties. Tasnee LD 0725N can be easily processed on all types of extruders designed for polyethylene. The melt temperature is suggested to be in the range of 170 – 220°C. Excellent properties of the film are achieved with a blow-up ratio of 2:1 and recommended film thickness range from 25 to 100 μm.

Tasnee PP H1030 is a Polypropylene Homopolymer with a Melt Flow Rate (MFR) of 3 g/10min. Tasnee PP H1030 is designed for stretch tape from water bath and chill roll, offering low water-carry-over and low shrinkage. Its good mechanical properties and compliance to food contact regulations allow it to be used in various applications.

TALENE M2028 N02 is a 20% mineral filled polypropylene homopolymer with good processability and stiffness. The product is available in natural color It is not intended for medical, pharmaceutical and/or drinking water applications. It is suitable for furniture applications.

TALENE M4226 WH02 is a mineral filled polypropylene homopolymer with high melt flow rate and good processability. The product has good antistatic and UV resistance properties. The product is available in white color. It is not intended for medical, pharmaceutical and/or drinking water applications.
