Techno Food Ingredients GABA (gamma aminobutyric acid) by fermentation is an amino acid found in the neurotransmitter in the human central nervous system. Its main role is to inhibit excited nerve cells or to lower neuronal activity in our nervous system. Techno Food Ingredients Sucralose Liquid Concentrate (25%) is solution of sucralose in water. This liquid concentrate is an intensely sweet solution with clear or colorless to light yellow color. It is produced using crystalline Techno™ Sucralose which complies with current FCC, USP/NF, JECFA, E955 (EC), EP, BP standards. It is preserved with sodium benzoate and potassium sorbate.
