Our AraTAs® range of confectionery coatings are used to improve the appearance of the confectionery over the shelf-life of the product. They also help to facilitate the production and processes involved.

Medium Chain Triglycerides in Oil and Powder form in a variety of packaging formats. We can supply Oils from RSPO Certified Sustainable Sources and Non-Palm (Coconut-Based) equivalents. AraTAs® Vegan Varnishes is to complement our polishing systems we now offer zein based varnishes and products. Zein offers a clean label replacement for shellac and can be used for coating, encapsulation, creating an enteric barrier, timed release and increased shelf-life. As an all-natural corn protein film, zein will preserve the flavor, freshness and color, act as moisture, oxygen and microbial barrier and perform as a natural adhesive to attach salt or flavors.

AraTAs® Polishing Systems is our confectionery polishing systems for chocolate and sugar confectionery applications create an excellent shine and finish. There are versions specifically adapted for polishing chocolate and yogurt coated centers. We offer standard dark and white solutions, dependent on the requirement for either dark, white or milk chocolate coatings.

AraTAs® Polishing Systems

AraTAs® Liquorice and Wine Gum Oils are based on beeswax and carnauba wax suspended in vegetable oils and are suitable for producing pectin, gelatine and starch based gums and pastilles. We also produce specialist anti-sticking agents for extruded and molded liquorice products.
