US SPEC MS Gunnite is a one-component, dry process shotcreting repair mortar designed with portland cements, fine aggregates, microsilicas and proprietary admixtures. MS Gunnite provides maximum strength, high density, low rebound and low sag properties for interior or exterior machine-applied concrete restoration and repairs. Also available with poly fibers.

Hydrasheen 30% is a non-yellowing, water-based compound containing acrylic polymers that offers outstanding curing, sealing, dustproofing, increased abrasion and chemical resistance for freshly finished concrete surfaces. On older concrete surfaces Hydrasheen 30% will simultaneously seal and dustproof while extending service life and minimizing maintenance costs. Hydrasheen 30% has been formulated to form a membrane film on the surface of the concrete optimizing water retention for maximum concrete hydration and compressive strength development. Hydrasheen 30% will appear milky white in the container and dries to a clear film.

US SPEC STR Mortar CI is a slow setting, pumpable, structural concrete repair mortar that exhibits excellent flexural properties, shear bond strength and compressive strength. STR Mortar CI is a blend of portland cement, selected aggregates and proprietary admixtures. STR Mortar CI utilizes a low solubility corrosion inhibitor to extend service-life of reinforced structures reducing absorption and chloride ion permeability. STR Mortar CI is ideal for formed applications that require extended working time, high fluidity and added depth requirements.

US SPEC NA Grout is a blend of specialty cements and proprietary admixtures. This material is designed to provide maximum flow, shrinkage compensation and extended working times in an aggregate-free formulation where clearances are minimal, such as the grouting of tendon cables. NA Grout is non-metallic and non-corrosive.

US SPEC CS-25-1315 is a non-yellowing, exempt solvent based compound containing acrylic polymers that offers outstanding curing, sealing, dustproofing, increased abrasion and chemical resistance for freshly finished concrete surfaces. US SPEC RA Grout is a blend of specialty cements and proprietary admixtures. This material is designed to provide maximum flow, shrinkage compensation and extended working times in an aggregate free formulation where clearances are minimal. RA Grout is non-metallic and non-corrosive.

US SPEC Flow-Top HD is a stainable, industrial over layment designed for resurfacing and leveling interior concrete. The new surface will accept foot traffic in 6 hours and light rubber wheel traffic in 24 hours. Flow-Top HD is a blend of portland cement, high performance polymers, selected aggregates and proprietary admixtures. Flow-Top HD can be applied from 1/4” to 1/2” in a single lift.

US SPEC EG Grout is a blend of portland cement, admixtures and specialty graded aggregates designed to provide ease-of-placement, maximum bearing and compressive strength performance from plastic to fluid consistency. EG Grout is non-metallic, non-shrink, non-corrosive and contains no added chlorides.

US SPEC Multi-Purpose Thin Set Mortar is a cementitious, latex-enhanced, dry set mortar. It is designed for setting tile over various surfaces including concrete, portland cement based mortar beds, existing tile, terrazzo, cement board, stone and exterior grade plywood.
