Transpatch EXT is a structural concrete repair mortar that exhibits excellent flexural, shear bond and compressive strengths. Transpatch EXT is a blend of Portland cement, selected aggregates and proprietary admixtures. Transpatch EXT offers superior resistance to freeze/thaw conditions, deicing salts, petroleum products and other chemicals prevalent on concrete roadways. Transpatch EXT is ideal for formed applications requiring extended working time, high fluidity and high early strength development.

US SPEC CS-25-1315 is a non-yellowing, exempt solvent based compound containing acrylic polymers that offers outstanding curing, sealing, dustproofing, increased abrasion and chemical resistance for freshly finished concrete surfaces. On older concrete surfaces CS-25-1315 will simultaneously seal and dustproof while extending service life and minimizing maintenance costs. CS-25-1315 has been formulated to form a membrane film on the surface of the concrete optimizing water retention for maximum concrete hydration and compressive strength development.

US SPEC RA Grout is a blend of specialty cements and proprietary admixtures. This material is designed to provide maximum flow, shrinkage compensation and extended working times in an aggregate free formulation where clearances are minimal. RA Grout is non-metallic and non-corrosive.

Hydrasheen is a non-yellowing, water-based compound containing acrylic polymers that offers outstanding curing, sealing, dustproofing, increased abrasion and chemical resistance for freshly finished concrete surfaces. On older concrete surfaces Hydrasheen will simultaneously seal and dustproof while extending service life and minimizing maintenance costs. Hydrasheen will appear milky white in the container and dries to a clear film.

In addition, Transpatch will not rust or corrode reinforcing steel under moist, humid conditions.

US SPEC Aquacoat is a one-component, dry polymer-modified blend of portland cement, admixtures and proprietary aggregates. Aquacoat is designed to withstand hydrostatic pressure and waterproof concrete and masonry surfaces. Aquacoat is a vapor transmissive product that prevents vapor build-up that leads to blistering, flaking and peeling. Aquacoat can eliminate the need for tuckpointing old masonry structures. Aquacoat will fill small holes and voids as an ideal cosmetic treatment for interior and exterior surfaces.

US SPEC Multi-Purpose Thin Set Mortar is a cementitious, latex-enhanced, dry set mortar. It is designed for setting tile over various surfaces including concrete, portland cement based mortar beds, existing tile, terrazzo, cement board, stone and exterior grade plywood.

US SPEC GP Grout is a blend of portland cement, special admixtures and proprietary aggregates designed to provide high flexural and compressive strength performance from plastic to fluid consistencies. GP Grout is non-metallic, non-shrink, non-corrosive and contains no added chlorides.

US SPEC FS Grout is a blend of specialty cements, admixtures and proprietary aggregates. FS Grout is designed for grouting, anchoring and supporting in applications that require a short turnaround time. FS Grout may be utilized for cold weather placement. It is non-shrink, non-metallic and contains no added chlorides.

US SPEC Flow-Top HD is a stainable, industrial over layment designed for resurfacing and leveling interior concrete. The new surface will accept foot traffic in 6 hours and light rubber wheel traffic in 24 hours. Flow-Top HD is a blend of portland cement, high performance polymers, selected aggregates and proprietary admixtures. Flow-Top HD can be applied from 1/4” to 1/2” in a single lift.

US SPEC MP Grout is a blend of portland cement, special admixtures and proprietary aggregates designed to provide high flexural and compressive strength performance from plastic to fluid consistencies. MP Grout is non-metallic, non-shrink, non-corrosive and contains no added chlorides.

US SPEC TP Mortar is a one-component, dry polymer-modified blend of portland cement, selected aggregates and proprietary admixtures designed for repairs from feather edge to 1” in interior and exterior applications. TP Mortar develops a tenacious bond to concrete surfaces and will accept foot traffic in 10-12 hours.

US SPEC NA Grout is a blend of specialty cements and proprietary admixtures. This material is designed to provide maximum flow, shrinkage compensation and extended working times in an aggregate-free formulation where clearances are minimal, such as the grouting of tendon cables. NA Grout is non-metallic and non-corrosive.

US SPEC V/O Patch CI is a one-component, dry polymer-modified, portland cement mortar. V/O Patch CI is a fast setting patching material for vertical and overhead repairs for applications up to 2” in depth. V/O Patch CI utilizes a low solubility corrosion inhibitor to extend service-life of reinforced structures reducing absorption and chloride ion permeability. V/O Patch CI exhibits superior workability by maintaining a non-sag consistency for easy molding and shaving.

STR Mortar CI is a blend of portland cement, selected aggregates and proprietary admixtures. STR Mortar CI utilizes a low solubility corrosion inhibitor to extend service-life of reinforced structures reducing absorption and chloride ion permeability. STR Mortar CI is ideal for formed applications that require extended working time, high fluidity and added depth requirements.

US SPEC BRS-25 is a non-yellowing, exempt solvent based, methyl methacrylate sealer for exposed aggregate and precast concrete. BRS-25 has been formulated with scientifically selected polymers for moisture repellency and high resistance to abrasion. This product will seal, dustproof and enhance the beauty of new and old concrete, masonry and related surfaces.

US SPEC 3-2-1 is a blend of portland cement, dry polymers and proprietary aggregates designed to provide a textured patching material for thin surface repairs, coating and restoration applications. 3-2-1 exhibits superior workability by maintaining a smooth, creamy consistency for easy troweling, rubbing or spreading. 3-2-1 contains no gypsum.

US SPEC MS Gunnite is a one-component, dry process shotcreting repair mortar designed with portland cements, fine aggregates, microsilicas and proprietary admixtures. MS Gunnite provides maximum strength, high density, low rebound and low sag properties for interior or exterior machine-applied concrete restoration and repairs. Also available with poly fibers.
