US SPEC TP Mortar is a one-component, dry polymer-modified blend of portland cement, selected aggregates and proprietary admixtures designed for repairs from feather edge to 1” in interior and exterior applications. TP Mortar develops a tenacious bond to concrete surfaces and will accept foot traffic in 10-12 hours.

US SPEC Flow-Top HD is a stainable, industrial over layment designed for resurfacing and leveling interior concrete. The new surface will accept foot traffic in 6 hours and light rubber wheel traffic in 24 hours. Flow-Top HD is a blend of portland cement, high performance polymers, selected aggregates and proprietary admixtures. Flow-Top HD can be applied from 1/4” to 1/2” in a single lift.

US SPEC V/O Patch CI is a one-component, dry polymer-modified, portland cement mortar. V/O Patch CI is a fast setting patching material for vertical and overhead repairs for applications up to 2” in depth. V/O Patch CI utilizes a low solubility corrosion inhibitor to extend service-life of reinforced structures reducing absorption and chloride ion permeability. V/O Patch CI exhibits superior workability by maintaining a non-sag consistency for easy molding and shaving.

Transpatch EXT is a structural concrete repair mortar that exhibits excellent flexural, shear bond and compressive strengths. Transpatch EXT is a blend of Portland cement, selected aggregates and proprietary admixtures. Transpatch EXT offers superior resistance to freeze/thaw conditions, deicing salts, petroleum products and other chemicals prevalent on concrete roadways. Transpatch EXT is ideal for formed applications requiring extended working time, high fluidity and high early strength development.

US SPEC STR Mortar CI is a slow setting, pumpable, structural concrete repair mortar that exhibits excellent flexural properties, shear bond strength and compressive strength. STR Mortar CI is a blend of portland cement, selected aggregates and proprietary admixtures. STR Mortar CI utilizes a low solubility corrosion inhibitor to extend service-life of reinforced structures reducing absorption and chloride ion permeability. STR Mortar CI is ideal for formed applications that require extended working time, high fluidity and added depth requirements.

US SPEC Aquacoat is a one-component, dry polymer-modified blend of portland cement, admixtures and proprietary aggregates. Aquacoat is designed to withstand hydrostatic pressure and waterproof concrete and masonry surfaces. Aquacoat is a vapor transmissive product that prevents vapor build-up that leads to blistering, flaking and peeling. Aquacoat can eliminate the need for tuckpointing old masonry structures. Aquacoat will fill small holes and voids as an ideal cosmetic treatment for interior and exterior surfaces.

US SPEC Multi-Purpose Thin Set Mortar is a cementitious, latex-enhanced, dry set mortar. It is designed for setting tile over various surfaces including concrete, portland cement based mortar beds, existing tile, terrazzo, cement board, stone and exterior grade plywood.

US SPEC MS Gunnite is a one-component, dry process shotcreting repair mortar designed with portland cements, fine aggregates, microsilicas and proprietary admixtures. MS Gunnite provides maximum strength, high density, low rebound and low sag properties for interior or exterior machine-applied concrete restoration and repairs. Also available with poly fibers.
