Nova X is a high-performance, multilayer plastic casing designed for all types of cylinder-shaped and molded products. It’s perfect for both manual and automatic production lines. The casing has a five-layer construction for the required shelf life and extremely low weight loss during processing and storage. It’s recommended for hot-stuffed products and cooked products that don’t require smoking or drying.

Nova XT is a stable, stronger oriented plastic casing designed for cylindrical products. It’s ideal for high-expansion products that need to cope with high tension. This casing has a five-layer construction for the desired shelf life and extremely low weight loss during processing and storage. It’s recommended for products that are hanged during processing and require good final-size consistency. The application formulation determines exactly which Nova to use in order to achieve yield and stuff to finished sizing specifications.

ST is our standard fibrous casing; our workhorse. It’s available in the world's most comprehensive range of calibers, and, with its multiple features and options, it can be fine-tuned to suit the specific needs of wide-ranging applications. Our standard fibrous casing is often used for products that consumers associate with the reliable quality of established brands.

Nova L is a plastic casing designed for cooked cylinder-shaped products that require packaging with barrier properties but without high shrinkage, as well as for molded D-shaped hams. It’s used to prevent wrinkle formation on the products after processing and cooling.

Xtreme is a multilayer fibrous casing with an adhesion promoter on the inside layer and a moisture retention aid on the outside layer making hard stuffing and peeling possible. It's designed to tolerate extreme conditions in dry sausage production with in-house peeling and slicing.

Glide is our standard (ST) fibrous casing technology combined with a special internal coating for extremely smooth internal surface. This high-quality casing is recommended for stuffing whole-muscle and large-chunk products that require a premium easy-glide feature. Glide has also shown outstanding peeling results in frozen applications.

Nova LT is a stable, stronger oriented plastic casing for low-expansion products. It’s ideal for products that need to cope with high tension. It’s used to prevent wrinkle formation on the products after processing. It’s also recommended for cooked cylinder-shaped products that require no shrinkage.

Max is our standard (ST) fibrous casing technology combined with pre-stretching for maximized dry flat width in addition to the ST properties.
