The FSC Series is a custom-blend culture program that produces buttermilk and sour cream at consistent speeds with high diacetyl culture flavor and smooth consistency. This series can be run at a variety of fermentation speeds to suit your production needs. Each component strain has unique functionalities that can be adjusted to adapt to your processing changes or constraints. The FSC Series is pelleted frozen culture, available in pouches to inoculate applications with increme of 500 or 1000 gallons.
