Cremosa MPA Series

1 of 8 products in this brand
Cremosa MPA Series is a frozen brown pellets with lactic acid odor. The creation of cultured dairy products, such as sour cream and buttermilk, is a time-honored tradition that has been steadily evolving over the past few centuries. The wide variety of flavors, textures, and viscosities available to consumers have opened a large market for these products. Our Cremosa collection offers a broad array of speed, texture, acidity and cultured flavor attributes that can be custom-tailored to suit your every need. Vivolac's historical, finely-crafted SSK Series of buttermilk and sour cream cultures brings traditional balance and fine culture flavor to dairy products. This series is the industry standard for consistency and is available across a wide range of culture numbers. Product texture and diacetyl flavor can be customized without sacrificing reliability. This select group of cultures has been refined to exhibit phage resilience to provide you with multiple options for long production rotations. The SSK Series is available as pellets, cans, and freeze-dried culture. Pellets can be used in applications using 500, 1000, and 2000 gallons of base. Cans are available in three sizes with an inoculation rate of 250, 500, and 1000 gallons, while freeze-dried culture can inoculate any application, from as little as 10 liters of base to up to increments of 3000 liters.
