LIOSIL

LIOSIL® eco F 350 is a linear, non-reactive, unmodified polydimethylsiloxane with a viscosity of approximately 350 mm²/s. During the manufacturing process of LIOSIL® eco F 350, all fossil-based raw materials are replaced by renewable raw materials (biomethanol) using a REDcert² biomass balance approach audited by TÜV NORD. Its unique chemical structure gives LIOSIL® eco F 350 exceptional properties that differentiate it from organic materials like mineral oils. Notably, it exhibits a low surface tension and excellent spreading properties.

LIOSIL® eco MQ 803 is derived from the co-hydrolysis of tetraalkoxy silane (Q unit) and trimethylalkoxy silane (M unit). Its chemical structure can be described as a three-dimensional network of polysilicic acid units that are terminated with trimethylsilyl groups. Additionally, LIOSIL® eco MQ 803 contains residual ethoxy and hydroxy functional groups.

LIOSIL® FC 110 is a self-dispersible polyether-amino-functional silicone fluid, specifically designed for fabric softeners. It is a technical-grade silicone fluid that can be combined with conventional fabric softeners, enhancing their properties. LIOSIL® FC 110 is easy to mix with fabric softeners, and its selected functionality significantly improves the hydrophilicity of fabrics, leading to increased water absorbency.

LIOSIL® FC 130 E is a nonionic macro emulsion of a self-dispersing polyether-amino-functional silicone fluid, specifically designed for fabric softeners. It is used in combination with conventional fabric softeners to enhance their properties. LIOSIL® FC 130 E can be easily mixed with fabric softeners. Its selected functionality significantly improves the hydrophilicity of fabrics, leading to a substantial increase in water absorbency.

LIOSIL® FC 201 E is a nonionic emulsion consisting of 60% Polysiloxan, specifically designed for fabric softeners. It is a one-component system that undergoes cross-linking at higher temperatures. The application of LIOSIL® FC 201 E provides several benefits for textiles, particularly cotton-polyester union cloth. It effectively protects the fabric from wrinkles and enhances the overall handle and ease of ironing properties.

LIOSIL® FC 203 is a self-dispersible aminofunctional silicone fluid with polyether groups. It is used in combination with conventional fabric softeners. Due to its special composition, LIOSIL® FC 203 enhances the hydrophilicity of fabrics, leading to a significant increase in absorbency. In addition, LIOSIL® FC 203 reduces the friction force during ironing, resulting in improved ironing properties.

LIOSIL® FC 204 E is a composition that contains a self-dispersing aminofunctional silicone fluid, specifically designed for fabric softeners in the form of emulsions. When combined with conventional fabric softeners, LIOSIL® FC 204 E enhances their properties. It is easily mixed with fabric softeners, improving their softening efficacy and resulting in fabrics that are noticeably softer and more pleasant to the touch. LIOSIL® FC 207 E is a nonionic microemulsion of an amino-modified silicone fluid, specifically designed for fabric softeners in the form of emulsions. This technical-grade product can be combined with conventional fabric softeners, enhancing the properties of the rinse cycle softener. It can be easily formulated into esterquat-based fabric softeners. LIOSIL® FC 207 E improves the softening efficacy of fabric softeners, resulting in fabrics that are significantly softer and have a pleasant touch.
