WACKER® E 110 is a nonionic macroemulsion of nonreactive polydimethylsiloxane. It is primarily used for treating fibers and textiles, either alone in aqueous dilution or in combination with organic softeners. Before mixing with organic softeners, a compatibility test is recommended. WACKER® E 110 serves as a sewing thread lubricant for polyester yarns used on high-speed sewing machines, reducing friction between the fibers.

WACKER® AF 36 is an economical modified amino fluid that provides an extremely soft feel to fabrics without causing any shade change, especially yellowing, during normal textile processes. It enhances tear strength, contributes to better wrinkle recovery, and improves fabric elasticity. WACKER® AF 36 is particularly suitable as an active substance in non-yellowing softener formulations for impregnating fibers and textiles. It imparts a very soft and drapable touch to woven and knitted fabrics.

WACKER® E35 10000 is a 35% emulsion of a high-viscosity polydimethylsiloxane. It is designed to be used in many applications, such as mold release, car and furniture polish, textile lubricants and softeners, automotive care,and other specialty product applications. The E35 Series emulsions contain sodium nitrite as a corrosion inhibitor. These emulsions should not be used in contact with amines.

WETSOFT® CTA is a self-dispersible aminofunctional silicone fluid with polyether groups. It can be applied alone in diluted form or blended with organic softeners to impart hydrophilic properties to fibers and textiles. However, a compatibility test is recommended before mixing with organic softeners.

LIOSIL® FC 225 E is a nonionic macro emulsion of a reactive, aminofunctional silicone fluid, specially formulated for fabric softeners. When combined with conventional fabric softeners, LIOSIL® FC 225 E enhances their properties. This product is easy to mix with fabric softeners, simplifying the formulation process. By incorporating LIOSIL® FC 225 E, the softening efficacy of fabric softeners is improved, resulting in significantly softer and more pleasant fabrics. Additionally, LIOSIL® FC 225 E increases the hydrophilicity of the treated fabrics, further enhancing their performance. Moreover, it reduces friction forces during ironing, leading to a substantial improvement in ironing properties.

SIPELL® CE 27 is a flowable, water-based dispersion of precured silicone rubber. It is primarily used as an additive to impart a pleasant, greasy hand feel. In addition, SIPELL® CE 27 is utilized to enhance the abrasion resistance of finished leather goods.

WACKER® W 27 is a white to cream-colored, high-melting waxy alkyl modified polysiloxane. It is highly resistant to hydrolysis and demonstrates a remarkable affinity for a wide range of substrates. This product finds applications in car care, car polishes, paint preservatives, plastic-care products, and surface care.

WETSOFT® NE 810 is a self-dispersible polyether-amino-functional silicone fluid. Formulations with WETSOFT® NE 810 are used for padding in the exhaust process and can also be used on their own or in combination with organic fabric softeners, polyethylene waxes, and other finishing agents. Compatibility should be tested on a case-by-case basis.

VINNOL® CE 35 (USA) is an aqueous dispersion of a terpolymer composed of vinyl chloride, vinyl acetate, and ethylene. It serves as a stiff film former, offering excellent heat-sealability and high-frequency (HF) weldability to nonwoven and textile substrates. Additionally, it is particularly well-suited for creating plasticizer-free coatings that are heat sealable and high-frequency weldable on paper and cardboard surfaces.

ADVALON® CF 3295 is a macroemulsion finish for "PAN" carbon fiber precursors with approximately 20% solids content. It is formulated using proprietary silicone technology. The purpose of ADVALON® CF 3295 is to provide excellent wetting and penetration, ensuring uniform lubrication between fibers and metal during fiber processing. It also prevents the fusion of fibers. Additionally, the active substance in ADVALON® CF 3295 acts as an antistatic agent due to its inherent conductivity.

POWERSOFT® UP 68 is a nonionic macro-emulsion concentrate of a reactively modified aminofunctional polydimethylsiloxane. It is designed for non-yellowing and medium hydrophilic textile finishing applications. POWERSOFT® UP 68 is especially suitable for softener formulations used in the impregnation of fibers and textiles. It provides a soft, drapable, and elastic touch to woven and knitted fabrics.

Wacker Chemie SG 3380 is a 100% polysiloxane polyethylene glycol copolymer and a trisiloxane superwetting molecule with organofunctional groups at the terminal positions and hydroxyl end-capping. Due to its unique structure, SG 3380 exhibits high surface activity and effectively spreads on nearly any surface. It reduces the surface tension of aqueous and non-aqueous solutions and acts as a highly effective wetting agent.

SILFOAM® SE 2262 is a water-dispersible antifoam emulsion with a low to medium viscosity. It is formulated based on an organomodified polysiloxane. This product effectively prevents foam formation (as an antifoam) and eliminates existing foam (as a defoamer) in various aqueous systems.

ADVALON® TL 50 CM is a 100% active compound that combines mineral oil and polydimethylsiloxane. It is a clear, water-white liquid with a viscosity of 550 mPa at 25°C. This compound offers good abrasion resistance, a low to medium coefficient of friction, and good slip-stick properties. Additionally, it provides increased needle heat resistance.

SIPELL® RE 55 M is a highly efficient silicone-based water repellent for leather that includes an incorporated catalyst. The product can be diluted with aprotic organic solvents such as ketones and hydrocarbons. It is well-suited for the post-treatment of leather goods, safety clothing, and sports shoes, providing effective water repellency.

WACKER® E35 350 is a 35% emulsion of medium-viscosity polydimethylsiloxane. It is primarily designed for use in applications for furniture polish, textile finishing, and other specialty formulations. WACKER® E35 350 contains sodium nitrite as a corrosion inhibitor. It should not be used in contact with amines.

SILFOAM® SE 47 is a versatile antifoam emulsion with a relatively high emulsifier content. It has shown great effectiveness in addressing foam-related challenges in various applications, including textile auxiliaries and processes like dyeing. Additionally, it is suitable for use in surfactant formulations, cooling lubricants based on mineral oils, and for separating monomers from dispersions and converting dispersions into derivatives.

SIPELL® RE 63 F is a pendant epoxy-functional polydimethylsiloxane. It is used as a key ingredient in the formulation of water-based repellents, particularly for wet-end applications on leather. The epoxy functionality of SIPELL® RE 63 F allows it to react with nucleophilic groups present in the protein matrix of the leather, enhancing its water repellency properties.

SIPELL® AE 45 is a nonionic macroemulsion of an amino-functional silicone fluid. It is primarily used as a hand-modifying additive to provide a pleasant, soft-soap hand feel. SIPELL® AE 45 finds its main application in the treatment of leather for cloth and furniture, where it helps enhance the tactile properties and softness of the treated material.

SIPELL® AP 304 is a special, nonionic, finely dispersed emulsion based on a high-molecular-weight film-forming silicone polymer obtained through innovative processing. This emulsion can be easily diluted and exhibits good compatibility with polyurethane, acrylate, and water-based NC polymer systems in topcoat formulations. The water-based and solvent-free (low VOC) additive SIPELL® AP 304 is particularly useful for enhancing the abrasion resistance of finished leather goods.
