SILFOAM® SE 1661 is a water-dilutable antifoam emulsion with a medium viscosity and excellent storage stability, thanks to its nonionic emulsifier system. This product serves the dual purpose of preventing foam formation (as an antifoam) and eliminating existing foam (as a defoamer) in a wide range of aqueous systems. SILFOAM® SE 1661 is particularly well-suited for applications where the use of silicones could typically present challenges, such as PVC degassing, the manufacturing and processing of polymer dispersions for textiles, paper, paints, surface coatings, and adhesives, as well as cooling lubricants and textile formulations.

VINNAPAS® CA 55 is an aqueous polymer dispersion based on vinyl acetate and ethylene. It is particularly suited for carpet binder applications where a medium-firm hand is required. The dispersion combines high solid content with a low viscosity—a combination that permits the addition of high filler loadings, resulting in adhesive formulations with high solid contents that are typically required in the carpet industry. VINNAPAS® CA 55 is not produced with any added organic solvents, plasticizers, or formaldehyde donors.

PULPSIL® 238 C is a highly viscous silicone antifoam compound, specifically formulated for use in pulp mills. It is resistant to alkaline conditions and does not contain solvents or water. It is known for its excellent handling, good long-term efficiency, and very good knock-down efficiency.

WETSOFT® 150E Conc is a water-dilutable, concentrated modified amino silicone with a 70% active content. It serves as a premier organo-functional modified hydrophilic silicone softener. With its excellent hydrophilic properties, WETSOFT® 150E Conc is highly effective for softening a wide range of fabrics and substrates including 100% cotton, poly/cotton blends, rayon, acrylic, and wool. Additionally, it is an efficient softener for nonwovens and toweling.

PULPSIL® 844 E is a highly concentrated, medium-viscous, and highly effective silicone antifoam emulsion, specially developed for use in pulp mills. It is known for its excellent long-term efficiency, very good knock-down efficiency, and impressive drainage performance. PULPSIL® 844 E is primarily used in pulp-washing and screening processes, and it is also effective during bleaching and wastewater treatment.

PULPSIL® 246 C is a highly viscous, solvent-free, and water-free silicone antifoam compound specifically developed for use in pulp mills. It has excellent long-term efficiency and very good knock-down efficiency. The product is thixotropic, requiring weak stirring to reduce its viscosity. It also offers good handling during application. PULPSIL® 246 C is resistant to alkaline conditions and is designed to effectively control foam in pulp mill operations.

WETSOFT® NE 500 is a nonionic, hydrophilic emulsion concentrate that forms a stable semi-macroemulsion upon simple 1:1 dilution with cold water. It is used for the hydrophilic treatment of all kinds of fibers and textiles. WETSOFT® NE 500 imparts a pleasant, soft, and supple hand to woven and knitted fabrics, as well as towels. Additionally, finishing with WETSOFT® NE 500 improves the moisture management of the treated textiles.

It offers very good handling, long-term efficiency, and excellent knock-down efficiency. This product is also suitable for applications in antifoams for textile finishing and pulp-related processes.

PULPSIL® 270 C is a highly viscous, relatively alkaline-resistant, extremely efficient, solvent- and water-free silicone antifoam compound, specially developed for use in pulp mills. It is particularly effective when formulated as an emulsion, making it an excellent antifoam agent for various pulp processing steps, including washing, screening, bleaching, and wastewater treatment. The product exhibits thixotropic properties, requiring gentle stirring to reduce viscosity.

PULPSIL® 959 S is an aqueous solution of a hydrolytically stable polyether-modified silicone fluid. It offers several key characteristics, including improved cleaning properties compared to conventional mechanical cleaning methods, increased processing speed, low surface tension, good wetting properties, easy processing, and excellent solubility in water.

PULPSIL® 255 C is a highly viscous, solvent-free, and water-free silicone antifoam compound specifically designed for use in pulp mills. It offers excellent efficiency in controlling foam. To achieve high efficiency, it is important to ensure proper dispersion of PULPSIL® 255 C in the foaming medium. This can be achieved by adding the product in its neat form, particularly when high amounts of surfactants and/or high shear forces are present to facilitate good dispersion.

WETSOFT® NE 430 is a nonionic macroemulsion concentrate of a self-dispersing hydrophilic silicone fluid. It is used for the hydrophilic treatment of fibers and textiles of all kinds. On hydrophilic substrates such as cellulosics, the hydrophilic properties are usually not affected, while hydrophobic substrates such as polyesters typically experience a clear improvement in wetting properties.

PULPSIL® 814 E is characterized by its excellent long-term efficiency and knock-down efficiency, particularly in aggressive black liquors. It offers high performance even at low dosages.

ADVALON® TL 10 HM is a 100% active compound that combines polydimethylsiloxane with a specialty wax. It offers several beneficial properties, including good abrasion resistance, a low to medium coefficient of friction, and good slip-stick properties. Additionally, it provides increased heat resistance for sewing needles and is designed to deliver excellent sewing performance in medium-duty applications.

ADVALON® TL 11 HM is a 100% active compound that combines polydimethylsiloxane with specialty waxes and an antistatic agent. It has a viscosity of 130 mPa at 80°C. This compound offers good abrasion resistance, a low to medium coefficient of friction, and good slip-stick properties. It also provides increased needle heat resistance and good static protection.

WACKER® AF 3670 is a concentrated, modified amino silicone with a total solids content of 70%. It is designed to be diluted in water. WACKER® AF 3670 is specifically formulated to provide a soft and supple feel to fabrics without causing yellowing. Compared to standard amino softeners, it exhibits good hydrophilicity. Additionally, WACKER® AF 3670 contributes to wrinkle recovery and improves fabric elasticity. It can be easily diluted to concentrations as low as 5% solids.

ADVALON® EL 39 is a nonionic macroemulsion of a reactive polysiloxane. It is a self-crosslinking, one-component finish that imparts a pleasant, soft, supple hand to woven and knitted fabrics of all kinds in combination with pronounced shape-stabilizing properties. Most importantly, ADVALON® EL 39 conveys extraordinary elasticity, resilience, and stretch characteristics to cotton knitwear.

Wacker Chemie F 100 is a hot melt kiss-roll applied thread lubricant. It consists of a 100% active compound composed of polydimethylsiloxane coupled with specialty waxes. This product is specifically designed for various sewing thread applications, including continuous filament, core spun, and cotton-wrapped polyester and nylon threads. POWERSOFT® PE 280 is a composition that includes a self-dispersing aminofunctional silicone fluid. Wacker Chemie SG 3380 is a 100% polysiloxane polyethylene glycol copolymer and a trisiloxane superwetting molecule with organofunctional groups at the terminal positions and hydroxyl end-capping. Due to its unique structure, SG 3380 exhibits high surface activity and effectively spreads on nearly any surface. It reduces the surface tension of aqueous and non-aqueous solutions and acts as a highly effective wetting agent.

WACKER® Finish WR 1200 is a reactive aminoethyl-aminopropyl-functional polydimethylsiloxane that imparts a very soft, drapable, and elastic touch to woven and knitted fabrics. It is widely regarded as the best softening agent for PES and other synthetic fibers. In addition to softness, WACKER® Finish WR 1200 also enhances the wash-and-wear properties, crease recovery angle, sewability, tear strength, and abrasion loss of the treated fabrics. These effects are quickly noticeable, even after washing and dry cleaning processes.

Wacker Chemie Silicone Finish CT 78 E is a nonionic macroemulsion of a reactive, aminofunctional silicone fluid. It is specifically designed as a softener for the impregnation of fibers and textiles. When applied, Wacker Chemie Silicone Finish CT 78 E provides a very soft, smooth, and elastic touch to woven and knitted fabrics. It is widely regarded as the top choice for softening PES and cotton fabrics.

WACKER® AF 21 is a high-quality modified amino functional fluid that offers exceptional performance. It provides an incredibly soft touch while minimizing any undesirable shade changes, especially yellowing caused by typical textile processes. Compared to standard amino softeners, WACKER® AF 21 has a reduced hydrophobic effect on natural fibers. Additionally, it contributes to wrinkle recovery and enhances fabric elasticity.

VINNAPAS® DPN 47 is an aqueous polymer dispersion produced from vinyl acetate monomer. VINNAPAS® DPN 47 can be used as a raw material for wood glues with high water resistance. Meets the requirements of strain group D4 of EN 204 by adding an aluminum chloride hardener (5 parts of a 50% aqueous solution of aluminum chloride hexahydrate on 100 parts dispersion).

LIOSIL® FC 201 E is a nonionic emulsion consisting of 60% Polysiloxan, specifically designed for fabric softeners. It is a one-component system that undergoes cross-linking at higher temperatures. The application of LIOSIL® FC 201 E provides several benefits for textiles, particularly cotton-polyester union cloth. It effectively protects the fabric from wrinkles and enhances the overall handle and ease of ironing properties.

SIPELL® CE 27 is a flowable, water-based dispersion of precured silicone rubber. It is primarily used as an additive to impart a pleasant, greasy hand feel. In addition, SIPELL® CE 27 is utilized to enhance the abrasion resistance of finished leather goods.

LIOSIL® FC 207 E is a nonionic microemulsion of an amino-modified silicone fluid, specifically designed for fabric softeners in the form of emulsions. This technical-grade product can be combined with conventional fabric softeners, enhancing the properties of the rinse cycle softener. It can be easily formulated into esterquat-based fabric softeners. LIOSIL® FC 207 E improves the softening efficacy of fabric softeners, resulting in fabrics that are significantly softer and have a pleasant touch. Additionally, it reduces friction forces during ironing, leading to significantly improved ironing properties.

VINNAPAS® EAF 68 is a plasticizer-free, aqueous polymer dispersion produced from the monomers vinyl acetate, ethylene, and acrylate. VINNAPAS® EAF 68 is especially suitable as a raw material to manufacture floor covering adhesives, especially for carpets and PVC floor coverings. VINNAPAS® EAF 68 can also be used for the production of pressure-sensitive adhesives, such as self-adhesive tapes, films, labels, sound insulation mats, and heat insulation mats. VINNAPAS® EAF 68 may additionally be used as an adhesion promoter in adhesive formulations.
