VINNAPAS® eco 4023 N is a versatile dispersible polymer powder designed for dry-mix mortars. It is particularly suitable for applications such as tile adhesives, ETICS (External Thermal Insulation Composite Systems), and self-leveling compounds. This product is based on a flexible copolymer of vinyl acetate and ethylene, belonging to the VINNAPAS® N product class. As a member of this class, it has a neutral effect on rheology and offers essential properties such as adhesion and flexibility, allowing for a wide range of formulation possibilities.

VINNAPAS® 4021 T is a dispersible copolymer powder consisting of vinyl acetate and ethylene that can be easily dissolved in water. When incorporated into compounds, VINNAPAS® 4021 T enhances adhesion, flexural strength, deformability, and abrasion resistance while also improving processability. It is particularly beneficial in combinations with cement and gypsum, as it imparts non-sag properties to mortars.

VINNAPAS® 7055 E is a dispersible polymer powder for dry mix mortars, specifically suited for waterproofing membranes as well as repair mortars. It is based on a very flexible terpolymer of vinyl acetate, ethylene, and vinyl ester. VINNAPAS® 7055 E belongs to the product class VINNAPAS® E, which means that it provides enhanced properties like high tensile adhesion strength, particularly on all substrates, and very good crack-bridging properties even at low temperatures.

VINNEX® 8802 is an innovative compound made from a vinyl acetate/vinyl laurate copolymer and polyvinyl acetate. This thermoplastic resin is colorless, tasteless, and odorless, and it can be easily melted in its dosable form. It is specifically recommended as a highly efficient low profile additive (LPA) that offers a significantly improved LPA effect in vinyl ester resins, even at lower curing temperatures compared to conventional LPA grades. Furthermore, VINNEX® 8802 demonstrates excellent compatibility with biopolyesters like PLA.

VINNAPAS® EPN 865 is a self-crosslinking aqueous polymer dispersion based on vinyl acetate and ethylene monomers. It is produced without the use of plasticizers. This dispersion exhibits excellent heat-sealability on cotton and polyester fabrics with minimal discoloration. It is particularly recommended as a binder for glass fiber scrims. Wet polymer residues can be easily removed from equipment and application devices using water. Once properly cured, the binder offers fair resistance to moisture.
