BELSIL® is an extensive range of premium-grade silicones intended specifically for personal care applications, and more especially for hair care, skin care, color cosmetics, and deodorants. BELSIL® products are developed and manufactured in the highest quality and with utmost care, ensuring that the formulations are highly efficient and reliable. With BELSIL®, you can tailor your hair-care or skin-care formulations or color cosmetics to obtain end products that are not only competitive but also meet the needs of the market.

WACKER markets vinyl chloride co- and terpolymers in the form of dispersions and solid resins under the VINNOL® trade name.

VINNOL

ELASTOSIL® is an all-rounder for countless applications. Silicone rubbers consist essentially of silicone polymers and fillers. They cure at high temperature (HTV/LSR grades) or room temperature (RTV grades) with suitable reactants, forming a three-dimensional structure and transforming the uncured compound in a plastic state into an elastomeric rubber. Silicone elastomers are flexible at low temperatures and resistant to heat and aging (UV radiation and ozone). They are easy to process and have good mechanical properties that remain unchanged over a wide temperature range. They have a neutral taste and are biologically unreactive.

LIOSIL® is powerful, innovative and trailblazing. WACKER is bundling its Protect &amp; Care, Surface Care and Tissue products under the brand name LIOSIL®. Applications for these products pose an extraordinarily wide range of challenges for everyday home care and cleaning.

GENIOSIL® XM range are monofunctional polymers that offer a wide range of adhesion and sealing options, even without the use of plasticizer. They are ideal for the formulation of soft yet highly elastic adhesives and sealants. The resultant product exhibits virtually universal, outstanding adhesion especially to many difficult, sometimes non-polar, substrates  in particular low-energy surfaces such as PVC, PS or EPDM.


GENIOSIL® XM

WACKER’s PRIMIS® brand covers specialty high-value dispersions based on high-performance acrylate copolymers, as well as a range of high-value additives. PRIMIS® enables customers to develop products with unique properties that are otherwise difficult to achieve.

HTEssence® is the first nature-identical hydroxytyrosol. This bioactive compound is found in olives and is considered one of the most powerful antioxidants with numerous health benefits.

The SILPURAN® product range comprises HTV solid and liquid silicone rubber (LSR), and room-temperature-vulcanizing grades (RTV-1 and RTV-2). These high-end silicone rubber grades meet the stringent demands of the health-care industry. All products have passed selected ISO 10993 and USP Class VI tests, and so also meet the high safety standards imposed by the health-care industry. The outstanding levels of purity needed for fulfilling the medical requirements of today and tomorrow are ensured by the WACKER CLEAN OPERATIONS program.

SILPURAN

WACKER® AS 100 Silicone fluid is a clear, colorless, and odorless polydimethylsiloxane with a low proportion of phenyl groups. It serves as a versatile damping fluid, providing excellent vibration and noise reduction in various applications. Additionally, it is commonly used as a heat transfer fluid and serves as a base fluid for low temperature lubricants.

WACKER® AS 100

ELASTOSIL® LR 3842/60 A/B is a low-oil-bleeding liquid silicone rubber from the ELASTOSIL® LR 3842 series. It is a paste-like, easily  pigmentable, two-component product with short curing times. Shortly after the curing process, a thin oil film with lubricating properties forms on the surface of the vulcanizates. The vulcanizates are opaque and exhibit good mechanical and electrical properties, as well as very low compression sets.

ELASTOSIL® LR 3842/60 A/B

GENIOSIL® GF 96 is an alkoxysilane with an amino-functional group. It is a clear, colorless liquid with a characteristic amine odor. This product finds applications in various industries, particularly in building and construction adhesives, DIY projects, flooring installation, interior paints and coatings, and waterproofing membranes. GENIOSIL® GF 96 offers excellent adhesive properties and is well-suited for use in the construction and home improvement sectors.

SILFOAM® SE 1661 is a water-dilutable antifoam emulsion with a medium viscosity and excellent storage stability, thanks to its nonionic emulsifier system. This product serves the dual purpose of preventing foam formation (as an antifoam) and eliminating existing foam (as a defoamer) in a wide range of aqueous systems. SILFOAM® SE 1661 is particularly well-suited for applications where the use of silicones could typically present challenges, such as PVC degassing, the manufacturing and processing of polymer dispersions for textiles, paper, paints, surface coatings, and adhesives, as well as cooling lubricants and textile formulations.

VINNAPAS® EP 706K (ULS) is a high-viscosity vinyl acetate-ethylene copolymer dispersion with low formaldehyde and low free VAM residue. It exhibits good machinability and strong wet tack, providing improved adhesion to films like polyvinyl chloride. Additionally, VINNAPAS® EP 706K (ULS) demonstrates very high plasticizer and solvent viscosity thickening responses.

SILMIX® E40 Gray is a compound used for fabricating vulcanizates that display a distinct combination of characteristics. These vulcanizates are well-regarded for their favorable flexibility and mechanical properties. SILMIX® E40 Gray is specifically formulated for the production of extruded articles. Furthermore, post cured parts made from this compound can be safely utilized in food contact applications and are deemed suitable for use under the recommendation "XV."

SILRES® BS 3003 is a water-thinnable, solventless emulsion based on a mixture of silane and siloxane. Diluted solutions of SILRES® BS 3003 serve as high-quality general-purpose water repellents for impregnating and priming mineral surfaces. It can also be used for the mass treatment of non-load-bearing concrete products and as a post-hydrophobation agent for fiber cement products like fiber cement boards.

WACKER® Adhesion Promoter AMS 61 is a mixture of aminofunctional siloxanes. It is a colorless to yellow liquid that can be clear or slightly turbid. It is not miscible with water and decomposes with water and moisture, resulting in the formation of methanol. This adhesion promoter serves as a raw material for the production of RTV-1-silicone rubbers.

VINNAPAS® EP 3455 is an aqueous polymer dispersion based on vinyl acetate and ethylene. It is produced without the use of alkyl phenol ethoxylate (APEO)-containing compounds. The dispersion offers very high scrub resistance, excellent hiding power, and exceptional pigment binding ability.
