Harvested by hand as pods, the raw beans are cleaned in natural water and selected for the finest quality. The raw-material is cleaned and sized before de-hulling. The cleaned seeds go into a de-hulling machine that is 100% mechanical. In the whole proces there is no heat or water involved. This makes hulled hemp seeds 100% raw, with the nutritional values preserved.

Farmers harvest the crop under the organic production system. The cacao bean is the seed from the fruit of the cacao tree and, once harvested, it is fermented and carefully dried to keep the nutrients and flavor. Cacao nibs is made from the pure bean by breaking the “core” of the peeled cacao bean into fragments. We add 100% pure yacon syrup to sweeten the nibs.

The initially purified, dried, and pasteurized organic hemp seeds are cold pressed. Beacuse this concerns cold pressing, the outflow temperature is max 40C. After oil is extracted, cold press-cake is mechanically grinded and sieved ( 500 um of grind) for finest particles. No thermal or chemical treatment involved.

Whole hemp seeds give a crunch and contain a lot of fiber. There are many ways to eat hemp seeds. Whole hemp seeds are ideal to roast. It still contains about 7 % fat and around 53 % vegetable protein and about 23 % dietary fiber. Ideal as an ingredient for protein shakes, bread and buns or bread crumbs!
