Zhejiang Wecan Biotechnology Xylooligosaccharides

Zhejiang Wecan Biotechnology Xylooligosaccharides is a functional polymeric sugar formed by 2-7 xylose molecules combined with β(1-4) glycosidic bonds. Its sweetness is about 50% of that of sucrose, and the sweetness is pure. Compared with other oligosaccharides, xylo-oligosaccharides have the effect of significantly increasing the value of bifidobacteria, and the dosage is small, heat-resistant, acid-resistant, and low-cost raw materials. Because of its unique characteristics, it occupies a pivotal position in health food. White or slightly yellow powder, sweet taste, no peculiar smell. Under PH2.5-8.0, heating at 100°C for 1 hour, it hardly decomposes. It is not easy to freeze when stored at -10℃. The coloring is weak, but the aroma is strong after baking.
