SYNTRAN® AC 4006

SYNTRAN® AC 4006 is a water-based, cationic acrylic copolymer solution. SYNTRAN® AC 4006 is recommended for stain-blocking paints and primers. It shows excellent performance in blocking wood and cork extractives, nicotine, graffiti, soot and water stains. SYNTRAN® AC 4006 is also recommended for the formulation of coatings with excellent adhesion properties on critical substrates, such as glass, ceramic tiles, zinc, aged alkyd paints, etc. SYNTRAN® AC 4006 is recommended for interior use. The product is also very suitable for use in metal passivation with good adhesion and good compatibility with cationic PUDs and some metal salts or other low-PH ingredients. It is the harder version of SYNTRAN® AC 4005.
