SYNTRAN® AC 6045 is based on a patented interpenetrating network technology with film-forming properties. SYNTRAN AC 6130 is a modified water-based acrylic copolymer that combines two different ionic structures in the same interpenetrating polymer network (IPN). SYNTRAN® AC 7080 is an aqueous solution of a polyacrylic acid homopolymer with high molecular weight. SYNTRAN® AC 7080 is free of surfactants upon polymerisation and can remain stable and clear at a low pH (1-3), although the processing temperature should not exceed 110°C. After drying at 20°C and 65% relative humidity, it forms a film that can be used as a smooth protective coating on various surfaces such as synthetic fibers and metals. SYNTRAN® AC 7080 is miscible with water in any ratio and turbidity does not affect the product quality.
