DeCAL 5032 is designed to release bubbles and control foam generated in a wide range of aqueous systems containing surfactants. They are blends of non-ionic surfactants and hydrophobes in a highly refined mineral oil. They are non-silicone based. It is used in many applications including water-based paints, adhesives, carpet backing, paper coating, and effluent treatment.

Rovene 4310 is a medium soft carboxylated styrene-butadiene emulsion designed for formulation of general purpose labels and construction adhesives. It is used in the formulation of general purpose labels and construction adhesives which provide excellent adhesion to a variety of substrates. Rovene 4310 has compatibility with a wide variety of commercial tackifier resins and has excellent filler tolerance.

Tylac 873 is a carboxylated acrylonitrile-butadiene copolymer emulsion. Addition of 2 to 10 % (dry/dry solids) in anionic asphalt emulsions improves low temperature flexibility and reduces high temperature tack. Tylac 873 also improves strength and chemical resistance. Rovene 4220 is a non-carboxylated styrene-butadiene emulsion recommended for use in formulations directed at contact or cold seal applications. Rovene 4220 can also be used in architectural adhesives including many types of flooring adhesives and special contact adhesives. Rovene 4220 can be used as a polychloroprene and natural latex extender if properly formulated. When working with Rovene 4220, it is important to remember that it may be tackified, thickened and blended with other non- carboxylated and carboxylated emulsions. This flexibility allows for the formulation of a wide variety of adhesives with custom performance properties.

Rovene 6130 is a very soft, self crosslinking, carboxylated styrene-butadiene emulsion specifically designed for formulation of masking and carton sealing tape adhesives. It exhibits excellent compatibility with a wide range of dispersed tackifiers and may be combined with natural latex to give the desired balance of tack, peel and shear. Rovene 6130 had found wide use in General Purpose paper label adhesives as well as some use in investment casting.

Rovene 8305 is a high gel content, non-carboxylated styrene-butadiene emulsion recommended for flooring adhesives. These adhesives can be formulated to require exceptional uncured shear strength, pH tolerance and water resistance. Rovene 8305 can be greatly extened with oils and fillers in high solids formulations. Compatibility with commerical tackifier resins is excellent, as is filler tolerance. Dry films offer excellent water resistance, adhesion and high shear strength.

It is used in the formulation of permanent label and construction adhesives which are high in peel and tack, and thus require a minimum amount of tackifier. Rovene 5044 was designed to give excellent performance and compatibility with a wide variety of tackifiers.

It can be used neat or blended with a wide variety of polymer emulsions, dispersed tackifiers, and fillers to yield performance characteristics that meet specific requirements. Rovene 6001 has an excellent balance of peel, tack and shear, allowing the formulation of permanent pressure sensitive adhesives.

Rovene 6105 is a very soft carboxylated styrene-butadiene emulsion specifically designed for formulation of pressure sensitive adhesives. It can be formulated into a pressure sensitive adhesives that requires a minimum amount of tackifier. Rovene 6105 was designed to give excellent performance and compatibility with a wide variety of dispersed tackifiers.

Rovene 6502 is a high solids, acrylic emulsion designed for formulation of PSA and packaging adhesives It can be used neat or blended with a variety of polymer emulsions, dispersed tackifiers, and fillers to yield performance characteristics that meet specific requirements. Rovene 6502 may also have application in vinyl flooring adhesives due to its plasticizer migration resistance.

Rovene 4423 is a very soft carboxylated styrene-butadiene emulsion designed for formulation of permanent label adhesives and flooring adhesives. This polymer emulsion allows for the formulation of permanent label adhesives which are high in peel and tack, yet require a minimum amount of tackifier. However, it provides good tack on its own, thus minimizing the amount of tackifer required. Rovene 4423 was designed to give excellent performance and compatibility with a wide variety of dispersed tackifiers. Rovene 4423 can also be blended with natural latex for high shear tape adhesives and for use in special contact adhesive applications.

Rovene 6018 is a silanated styrene-acrylic emulsion specifically designed for formulation of construction adhesives such as ceramic tile mastics and carpet adhesives. It provides excellent wet and dry adhesion to inorganic surfaces such as glass and ceramics along with outstanding filler loading capacity for economical mastic adhesive formulations. Rovene 4111 is a high glass transition temperature styrene-butadiene emulsion designed to provide additional opacity in inks, specifically inks formulated with titanium dioxide. Rovene 4111 was designed with a specific particle size that greatly improves the spacing between titanium dioxide particles resulting in increased opacity. Additionally, using Rovene 4111 may allow a formulator to reduce the level of titanium dioxide in an ink formulation.

This versatile polymer is also used in a variety of textile and nonwoven applications. Rovene 4150 offers finished properties of high tensile strength and good water resistance.

Rovene 9410 is a very soft carboxylated styrene-butadiene emulsion specifically designed for formulation of pressure sensitive adhesives. It is used in the formulation of pressure sensitive adhesives with a wide variety of tackifiers. Rovene 9410 has a unique balance of molecular weight and styrene content, which makes it ideal for blending with natural rubber and formulation of low temperature adhesives.

Dispelair® CF 393 is a modified silicone-based foam control agent that is particularly effective in HPEG based systems. It is highly effective, particularly in HPEG PCE production & is SVHC label free.
