Silquest™ A-1120N(beta-aminoethyl) gamma-aminopropyltrimethoxy-silane is diamino func tional silanes that may be used over a broad range of applications. They are used to promote the adhesion of amino-reactive resins such as silicone, silylated polyurethane, two-part urethanes and two-part epoxies to inorganic surfaces, plastic surfaces, and inorganic fillers or reinforcements.

DOG Chemie Deolink Butylamino TM-100 is an amino-functional silane enabling a chemical link between organic polymers and inorganic materials like glass, metal or fillers. Deolink Butylamino TM 100 may be used with polymers like PU, Epoxy or as a coupling agent in filled thermoplastics. Deolink Butylamino TM 100 can increase product properties like adhesion, flexural strength, corrosion and moisture resistance.

Silquest™ A-171 silane offers vinyl and silane functionality and also can be utilized for chain extension of RTV silicones or OH functional polymers. This results in Si-O-Si crosslink sites that are highly resistant to the effects of exposure to moisture, chemicals and UV rays. As a siloxane crosslinker, Silquest™ A-171 silane typically does not generate color and is resistant to acid rain under most conditions. This silane is also useful as a moisture scavenger in moisture cure systems where improved shelf life is desired.

StarBond® 100 is a cold-water soluble, low viscosity, non-ionic polymer for use in industrial applications. It is a natural polysaccharide designed to impart enhanced functional properties including: adhesion/binding, water retention, improved rheology and viscosity. StarBond 100 is an excellent product for binding and adhesive applications where economics is important.

KR® 138S contains Titanium IV bis(dioctyl)pyrophosphato-O, oxoethylenediolato, (adduct), (dioctyl) (hydrogen)phosphite.

GlucoStar® C500F is a cold-water soluble, high viscosity, anionic polymer for use in industrial applications. It is a substituted natural polysaccharide designed to impart enhanced functional properties including: solution stability, surface activity, water retention, improved rheology and viscosity. GlucoStar C500F also offers a unique alternative to competitive natural and synthetic water-soluble polymers. GlucoStar C500F is specifically designed for use as a viscosifier in vat dyestuffs for textile flat goods printing applications. In addition, the ultra-low level of insoluble particles and high viscosity of GlucoStar C500F make it a good thickener for screen-printing

KURARAY POVAL™ 28-99 LA by Kuraray is a water-soluble, polyvinyl alcohol (PVOH) grade manufactured by alcoholysis of polyvinyl acetate. It exhibits high molecular weight, good cohesion and low ash (sodium acetate) content. It possesses good adhesion to fibers-, fillers- and pigments. KURARAY POVAL™ 28-99 LA is recommended for adhesive for flooring webs, PSA labels and also in remoistenable adhesives which are employed mainly in the paper processing industry and films applications.

Deolink Epoxy TE / TE 50 DL are 50% preparations of [3-(2,3-epoxypropoxy)propyl] triethoxysilane, widely compatible with reactive resins such as epoxy, acrylics, polyurethane as well as thermoplastic resins such as polyester or polyamide. Deolink Epoxy TE / TE 50 DL offer improved adhesion to inorganic substrates, especially to glass. In mineral-filled systems, the coupling function of Deolink Epoxy TE / TE 50 DL leads to improved physical properties and better dispersion. Deolink Epoxy TE / TE 50 DL do not form toxic methoxyethanol and will not cause yellowing effects

KR® TTS contains Titanium IV 2-propanolato, tris isooctadecanoato-O.

Tufprene™ A SBS is the basic grade in the broad range of styrene-butadiene block copolymers from Asahi Kasei. A styrenic thermoplastic elastomer with superior elasticity, styrenic resins compatibility, moldability, adhesive performance, and asphalt blend characteristics. It is supplied in pellet form.

KURARAY POVAL™ 40-88 by Kuraray is a partially saponified polyvinyl alcohol (PVOH) grade. It possesses good cohesion and adhesion to fibers, fillers and pigments. It is suitable for modification of emulsion adhesives and remoistenable adhesives in the paper processing industry. It provides good bonding strength and pigment binding capacity. Aqueous solution of KURARAY POVAL™ 40-88 can be added to polymer emulsion which is already stabilized with polyvinyl alcohol to extend the open time, increase setting speed and influence the rheology. It is recommended for use in postage stamps and labels. Complies with EU Directive 67/548/EC regulation.

KR® 262ES contains Titanium IV bis(butyl, methyl)pyrophosphato-O, ethylenediolato, (adduct), bis(dioctyl)hydrogen phosphite.

KR® 39DS contains Titanium IV, tris(2-propenoato-O), methoxydiglycolylato-O.

It shows varying degree of polymerization and hydrolysis. Its aqueous solution can be added to polymer emulsions already stabilized with polyvinyl alcohol which affects the extension of the open time, setting speed and rheology. It exhibits good penetration capacity and good adhesion properties. It offers high cohesion, toughness, low electrostatic charging and re-dissolving capacity of the dried film in water. KURARAY POVAL™ 28-99 is designed for pressure sensitive adhesive labels. Complies with EU Directive 67/548/EC.

KURARAY POVAL™ 3-85 S4 by Kuraray is a water-soluble, polyvinyl alcohol (PVOH) grade manufactured by alcoholysis of polyvinyl acetate. It exhibits high molecular weight and good cohesion. It possesses good adhesion to fibers-, fillers- and pigments. It provides extension of the open time, increase of the setting speed and influence on the rheology. KURARAY POVAL™ 3-85 S4 is recommended for the modification of emulsion adhesives.

KR® 238A contains Titanium IV bis(dioctyl)pyrophosphato-O, ethylenediolato, (adduct) 2 moles of acrylato-O active amine.

Silquest™ A-187 silane is specially formulated for use as an adhesion promoter in SPUR + * prepolymer, urethane, epoxy, polysulfide, silicone and acrylic systems for caulks, coatings, sealants and adhesives. Its epoxy functionality allows Silquest™ A-187 silane to perform as a durable epoxy ring that is reactive with many organic functions. It is an odorless, water-soluble polymer manufactured by alcoholysis of polyvinyl acetate. It possesses good penetration capacity and good adhesion properties. It provides high cohesion, toughness, low electrostatic charging and re-dissolving capacity of the dried film in water. Its aqueous solution can be added to polymer emulsions already stabilized with polyvinyl alcohol which affects the extension of the open time, setting speed and rheology. KURARAY POVAL™ 4-98 is designed for use in pressure sensitive adhesive labels. Complies with EU Directive 67/548/EC.

Silquest™ A-1170 is a Amino bis-silanes can be effective in reacting with epoxy, urethane, melamine, polyimide, phenolic and furan thermosetting resins, as well as many thermoplastics, such as polyamides and polyesters. Silquest™ A-1170 silane offers a fast cure time and/or rapid adhesion build. Because of its higher purity grade, Silquest™ A-1170 silane is an excellent candidate to consider for use in applications that demand low color and greater control of reaction stoichiometry. Silquest™ A-1170 silane is a versatile silane, and it may be added directly to polymers during system formulation or used independently as a primer.

KURARAY POVAL™ 5-74 by Kuraray is a biodegradable and recyclable polyvinyl alcohol (PVOH) having varying degree of polymerization and hydrolysis. It is a water-soluble polymer manufactured by alcoholysis of polyvinyl acetate. It exhibits excellent film forming characteristics, high tensile strength and elasticity, as well as resistance against organic solvents and dispersing power. It is notable for its good bonding strength and pigment binding capacity because PVAs have such good cohesion and good adhesion to fibers, fillers as well as pigments. It is used in a similar manner as natural products such as casein as well as starch and its degraded derivatives (for example dextrin) as raw material to produce aqueous adhesive solution. For the modification of aqueous adhesives its aqueous solution can be added to polymer emulsions already stabilized with polyvinyl alcohol which affects the extension of the open time, increase of the setting speed and influence on the rheology. KURARAY POVAL™ 5-74 is used in producing silicon base paper that are further used as release paper for PSA labels and in remoistenable adhesives which are employed mainly in the paper processing industry and films applications.

Akuacure 4002B is a Water-dispersible Blocked Isocyanate used as 1K Baking system Adhesive, Paint and coating.

FiberStar® CX+ is a cold-water soluble, low viscosity, non-ionic polymer for use in industrial applications. FiberStar CX+ is a natural polysaccharide designed to impart enhanced functional properties including: adhesion/binding, water retention, improved rheology and viscosity. FiberStar CX+ is an excellent product for binding and adhesive applications where economics is important. FiberStar CX+ is a cost-effective corn-based product with excellent binding and adhesion properties.

DOG Chemie Deolink DiAmino DM-100 offer a higher reactivity due to their diamino functionality. Both products are excellent adhesion promoters for substrates such as glass, metal, etc. Deolink® DiAmino DM-100 is especially stable in water-based systems.

KURARAY POVAL™ 23-88 E by Kuraray is partially hydrolyzed polyvinyl alcohol (PVOH) grade. It offers good cohesion and adhesion to fibers, fillers and pigments. It exhibits good bonding strength and pigment binding capacity. It is suitable for modification of emulsion adhesives and remoistenable adhesives in the paper processing industry. It is used as an adhesive promoter. Aqueous solution of KURARAY POVAL™ 23-88 E can be added to polymer emulsion which is already stabilized with polyvinyl alcohol to extend the open time, increase setting speed and influence the rheology. It is recommended for use in postage stamps and labels.

KR® 7 contains Titanium IV bis 2-methyl-2-propenoato-O, isooctadecanoato-O 2-propanolato.

KR® 38S contains Titanium IV 2-propanolato, tris(dioctyl)pyrophosphato-O.

Capatue™ Epoxy Silanes SCA-E86E is a versatile epoxy functional organosilane possessing a reactive organic epoxide and hydrolyzable inorganic methoxysilyl groups. The dual nature of its reactivity allows SCA-E86E to bind chemically to both inorganic materials (e. G. Glass, metals, fillers) and organic polymers (e. G. Thermosets, thermoplastics, elastomers), thus functioning as an adhesion promoter, crosslinking agent and/or surface modifier.

CURING AGENT X7 is polyfunctional aziridine, employed as crosslinking agent and adhesion promoter. It is a clear, amber liquid, miscible in water and many common organic solvents. Aziridine content is 6,35-7 meq/g

Silquest™ A-178 silane is a coupling agent for glass fiber and particulate filler reinforced composites. It is a 100% active methacrylamido functional silane that may be used to promote adhesion between a wide range of resins and substrates and reinforcements. It is also useful as a monomer in the synthesis of organic polymers. It functions as a moisture- activated crosslinking agent.
