Andisil® OH 4,000 is a Silanol terminated fluid.Andisil® OH Polymers are a series of silanol functional fluids with various viscosities and silanol contents. They are useful in the treatment of fillers and as Anti-Structuring additives in high consistency silicone rubber and silicone Room Temperature Vulcanizing (RTV) formulations. The low viscosity grades can be used as reactive diluents for high viscosity polymers to adjust the overall viscosity of the formulation. They have excellent stability and can be used with catalytic amounts of ammonium carbonate to treat reinforcing fillers in-situ. Andisil® OH products are pure and do not contain any plasticizers or additives. Curing of the Andisil® OH series can be achieved by all usual condensation crosslinkers (i.e. Alkoxy silanes, oxime silanes, acetoxy silanes) in conjunction with catalysts—the use of dibutyl tin dilaurate or stannous octoate have been found effective as catalysts for these reaction.

Andisil® 137 Silane is a monomeric medium-chain alkyl functional silane. Andisil® 137 Silane is a clear, colorless liquid with an odor characteristic of alcohols.

An increased reactivity amino functional metal organic adhesion promoter synthesized with a stabilized MEA neutralized metal complex. The product is supplied as a solution in propylene glycol. The MEA level has been reduced, resulting in further enhancements in wet adhesion.

Andisil® 142 Silane is an aqueous solution of an aminoalkyl siloxane. This alcohol-free siloxane significantly improves the adhesion and coupling between organic resins and inorganic surfaces. Andisil® 142 Silane silane is most often used in aqueous systems where the alcohol from hydrolysis causes instability of the formulation or where a high flash point additive is required. The product also reduces volatile organic content (VOC) and does not contain hazardous air polluting substances (HAPS). These benefits are particularly useful to manufacturers seeking to reduce emissions from thier water-borne products and processes.

Andisil® 6021 Silane is a bifunctional silane possessing a reactive amino groups and hydrolysable methoxysilyl groups. The dual nature of its reactivity allows it to bind chemically to both inorganic materials (e.g. Glass, metals, fillers) and organic polymers (e.g. Thermoplastics, thermosets or elastomers).

Deolink Methacryl TM-100 (Methacryloxypropyltrimethoxysilane) can be used for sulfur and sulfur-free vulcanization systems. Deolink Methacryl TM-100 improves the processing of the rubber compound as well as mechanical properties of the vulcanizates.

SILANIL® 307 has functionalitiers such as adhesion promoter, crosslinker, coupling agent and surface modifier.

KURARAY POVAL™ 3-83 by Kuraray is polyvinyl alcohol (PVOH) having varying degree of polymerization and hydrolysis. It is a water-soluble polymer manufactured by alcoholysis of polyvinyl acetate. It is notable for its good bonding strength and pigment binding capacity because PVAs have such good cohesion and good adhesion to fibers, fillers as well as pigments. KURARAY POVAL™ 3-83 is used in a similar manner as natural products such as casein as well as starch and its degraded derivatives (for example dextrin) as raw material for the production of aqueous adhesive solution. It features excellent film forming characteristics, high tensile strength and elasticity, as well as resistance against organic solvents and dispersing power. For the modification of aqueous adhesives its aqueous solution can be added to polymer emulsions already stabilized with polyvinyl alcohol which affects the extension of the open time, increase of the setting speed and influence on the rheology. It is biodegradable and recyclable. KURARAY POVAL™ 3-83 is used in producing silicon base paper that are further used as release paper for PSA labels and also in remoistenable adhesives which are employed mainly in the paper processing industry, films applications.

KR® 26S contains Titanium IV (4-amino)benzene sultonato-O, bis(dodecyl)benzene sulfonato-0, 2-propanolato.

KURARAY POVAL™ 5-88 M by Kuraray is polyvinyl alcohol (PVOH) grade modified with thiol group. This grade is water-soluble polymer manufactured by alcoholysis of polyvinyl acetate. KURARAY POVAL™ 5-88 M is recommended for use in adhesives.

KURARAY POVAL™ 9-88 is partially hydrolyzed polyvinyl alcohol (PVOH) grade by Kuraray. It is suitable for modification of emulsion adhesives and remoistenable adhesives in the paper processing industry. It is used as an adhesive promoter. It offers good cohesion and adhesion to fibers, fillers and pigments. It exhibits good bonding strength and pigment binding capacity. Aqueous solution of KURARAY POVAL™ 9-88 can be added to polymer emulsion which is already stabilized with polyvinyl alcohol to extend the open time, increase setting speed and influence the rheology. It is recommended for use in postage stamps and labels.

SILANIL® 289 has functionalities such as adhesion promoter and coupling agent.

Capatue™ Epoxy Silanes SCA-E87M is an epoxy functional silane suitable for use as adhesion promoters in polysulfide, urethane, epoxy and acrylic caulks sealants and adhesives.

Silquest™ silane Y-9669 combines phenyl and amino functionality in the same molecule.It is an extremely effective adhesion promoter for many filled and reinforced resin systems. Silquest™ silane Y-9669 is a versatile adhesion promoter, particularly for resin systems that will react with a secondary amino group, such as isocyanates, acrylates, epoxies, phenolics and RTV silicones. This silane is especially useful when the resulting material must withstand higher temperatures; e.g., in phenolic resin/fiberglass composites.

SILANIL® 260 has functionalities such as adhesion promoter, coupling agent and surface modifier.

KR® 262A contains Titanium IV bis(butyl, methyl)pyrophosphato, ethylenediolato, bis(dialkyl)amino alkyl acrylate salt .

DOG Chemie Deolink Epoxy TM-100 are reactive bonding and coupling agents which are compatible with a large number of resins, like epoxy, acrylic, urethanes etc. Compared with amino silanes, Deolink Epoxy TE-100 and Deolink Epoxy TM-100 will not cause yellowing and can support the shelf life.

CURING AGENT PZ-28 is polyfunctional aziridine (PI based), employed as crosslinking agent and adhesion promoter. It is a clear, amber liquid, miscible in water and many common organic solvents.

StarBond® 140 is a cold-water soluble, low viscosity, non-ionic polymer for use in industrial applications. It is a natural polysaccharide designed to impart enhanced functional properties including: adhesion/binding, water retention, improved rheology and viscosity. StarBond 140 is an excellent product for binding and adhesive applications where economics is important.

ZirCan™ ZAC22 is a clear acidic aqueous solution with 22% ZrO2 content. It is a reactive crosslinker, catalyst, adhesion promoter, and an agent that imparts water repellency for multiple materials and applications (paper, paperboard, textiles, coatings, paints, inks).

KURARAY POVAL™ 3-98 by Kuraray is an odorless, fully saponified polyvinyl alcohol. It is a water-soluble polymer manufactured by alcoholysis of polyvinyl acetate. It possesses good penetration capacity and good adhesion properties. It exhibits varying degree of polymerization and hydrolysis. It provides high cohesion & toughness, low electrostatic charging and re-dissolving capacity of the dried film in water. Its aqueous solution can be added to polymer emulsions already stabilized with polyvinyl alcohol which affects the extension of the open time, setting speed and rheology. KURARAY POVAL™ 3-98 is designed for use in pressure sensitive adhesive labels. Complies with EU Directive 67/548/EC.
