Chemitac® adhesives are used for single-layer or double-layer bonding of compounds to substrates such as metals, plastics, glass, ceramics and textile fibers by the curing process or by vulcanization.

Our glass fiber reinforcements are 10 or 16 microns in diameter and milled to lengths ranging from 120 to 470 microns. They are used in composites to increase mechanical properties such as tensile, flexural and impact strength. They are also used to increase dimensional stability and minimize distortion at elevated temperatures. Milled glass fibers are compatible with all thermoset and thermoplastics resins. Surface treatments are available that may enhance performance. Microglass milled fibers are E-glass filaments hammer milled to various bulk densities. Microglass is used as a filler/reinforcement in composites to increase mechanical properties (tensile, flexural and impact), improve dimensional stability and minimize distortion at elevated temperatures.

The NORYL family of modified PPE resins consists of amorphous blends of PPO™ resin (polyphenylene ether) and polystyrene. AP-5™ is a formulated from bentone clay, AP-5™ is noted for its high temperature insensitivity, is non-melting and does not thicken excessively at temperatures as low as 0°F (-18°C). It has mechanical stability, is water resistant, displays high stability on working, has excellent adhesion to metals, prevents wear and has superior storage life.

CB-2™ is an all-purpose, high temperature, lithium 12- hydroxystearate soap grease. Its buttery consistency makes it highly adhesive to metal and it has exceptional mechanical stability. CB-2 is standard in a NLGI 2 grade grease that will accommodate nearly all requirements for a “multipurpose” grease type lubricant. It is also available in other NLGI grades making CB-2 a truly versatile product.

Fibertec micas are platy minerals. Mica is generically a complex group of aluminosilicates occurring naturally as plates or sheet-like forms. Fibertec micas can be surface treated to enhance performance in various resin systems. Fibertec mica is used as functional fillers providing reinforcement in thermoplastic and thermoset resins to improve flexural modulus, tensile strength, impact strength while minimizing shrinking and warping at elevated temperatures.

Neoplast™ family of TPV compounds are primarily based on PP/EPDM chemistry, providing high elasticity at low and high temperatures, excellent compression set, UV resistance and melt processability.Neoplast™ is well suited for applications that require rubber like properties such as better compression set, resiliency, tension set, flex fatigue performance and overall higher mechanical properties.

Santicizer® Plasticizers offer all the benefits of high solvating plasticizers including compatibility in multiple polymer systems such as Polysulfide, PVC and Polyurethane. Because of their high efficiency, less energy is required to fuse PVC formulations. These materials are well suited for plastisol applications, but can easily be used in almost any polymer system that requires additional flexibility and softness.

Royalene® EPDM is used in a wide variety of elastomeric applications that require superior heat, ozone and chemical resistance, excellent long term aging and outstanding weathering. Royalene® applications include automotive, industrial and consumer hoses, weatherseals, molded goods, wire and cable insulations, window profiles, roof sheeting, thermoplastic elastomers, and viscosity modifiers for lubricants.

ECO-FLEX RTPV, a recycled rubber based TPV, combines the performance characteristics of rubber, such as flexibility and anti-skid, with the processing ease of conventional thermoplastic materials. ECO-FLEX RTPV grades have replaced thermoset rubber in automotive applications such radiator air deflectors, gas tank strap pads and splash shields at several OEMs including Ford, GM and Chrysler.

These are the safest environmental ratings for lubricating grease. The non-plating, organic EP/antiwear additives allow ALCO-EP ECF to be used where tolerances are low and/or speeds are high.

JET-PLEX-EP™ Lithium Complex Grease is the ideal multipurpose grease for use in extreme pressure and high temperature operating conditions. It is the top of the line product for severe applications and general purpose lubricant.

Automotive fuel tubes, roofing membranes, semiconductor or wires have in common to endure the most extreme operating conditions. From chemical resistance or harsh outdoor exposure, these parts are expected to stand a broad scope of aggression, while ensuring heat stability or good electrical properties. POLYFLON Series is a variety of high-performance PTFE. Available in fine powder, molding powder or dispersion used for tubes, membranes, etc.
