They find applications in various markets, including automotive and transportation, consumer goods, healthcare, and pharma, as well as industrial applications. This product is processed through injection molding.

MOCOM Compounds ALTECH® PA6 A 2015/310 GF15 IM is a Polyamide 6 base polymer, impact modified, heat stabilized, injection molding grade, and nucleated with 15% glass fiber filler/additive system and processing stabilized. For processing injection molding, the melt temperature should be between 270-290°C and mold temperature between 80-100°C. Typical applications include housings, operating elements, impact protection/shock absorbers, and functional components. This product is suitable for the Machinery, Electrical and Electronic, and Automotive market segments. It should be stored in a dry and light-protected environment, not above 30°C, to ensure its optimal performance.

MOCOM Compounds ALTECH® PA6 A 4030/109 MR30 is a Polyamide 6 grade containing a 30% mineral filler/additive system and heat stabilized for improved flow characteristics during injection molding. It is suitable for a wide range of automotive, machinery, electrical and electronic, furniture, building and construction, sport and leisure, packaging, medical/personal care, lighting, and information technology applications. Typical applications include racking/shelving, airbag components, batteries, fixing elements, power drills, clips, roof boxes and more. Processing conditions should include a melt temperature of 270-290°C and a mold temperature of 80-100°C for optimal performance, while pre-drying conditions should include 80°C in a dry air (dessiccant) dryer for 2-12 hours, depending on the moisture content.

The OS-6 series are nylon 6 thermoplastic organosheets that contain woven fabrics as heavy as 2,500 g/m2. The composite sheets characterized by high strength and stiffness."

NYCO6 1047 is a heat stabilized, lubricated and nucleated Nylon 6 resin suitable for injection molding and extrusion applications. It is recommended for applications that require continuous exposure to temperatures in excess of 110° C.
