MOCOM Compounds ALTECH® ECO PA66 2030/310 GF30 IM is a polyamide 66 resin with 30% glass fibers and is high heat stabilized and impact modified. It also contains recycled material, making it an ideal choice for automotive, machinery, and different automotive powertrain parts, housings, fans, and machinery components. To ensure quality and optimal performance, injection molding should be done with a melt temperature of 280-300°C and mold temperature of 80-120°C. Moreover, the product should be kept in the dark and should not be stored above 30°C.

MOCOM Compounds ALTECH® PA6 A 3230/100 GF10 GB20 is a heat-stabilized, easy-flow, easy-release (demolding) and fast-solidifying polyamide 6-based compound with a filler/additive system of 20% glass beads and 10% glass fibers. It is suitable for exterior parts and injection-molded parts and is commonly used in automotive, building, and construction applications for functional components and housings.

MOCOM Compounds ALTECH® PA6 A 2330/500 is a heat stabilized, improved surface appearance and easy release polyamide 6 with a 20% glass fiber and 10% glass bead filler/additive system. It is suitable for many market segments, such as automotive, machinery, building and construction, and can be used for injection molded parts, electrical components, and exterior parts. Typical applications include air ducts, housings, and functional components.

MOCOM Compounds ALTECH® PA6 A 2050/100 GF50 is a heat stabilized, easy-release (demolding) injection molding grade that is nucleated and processing stabilized with 50% glass fibers. Pre-drying conditions should be 80°C in a dry air (dessiccant) dryer for 2-12 hours, depending on moisture content, with a maximum moisture content of less than 0.15%. Processing injection molding should be with a melt temperature of 270-290°C and a mold temperature of 80-100°C. It is suitable for machinery, automotive, electrical and electronic applications such as housings, different automotive powertrain parts, functional components, protection-strips, and air ducts.

AGC Chemicals Americas, Inc. Fluon® PTFE G201C is a virgin sintered granular PTFE homopolymer. It is intended for the extrusion premium quality rods up to approximately 25mm diameter and tubes up to approximately 10mm wall thickness. Resin properties keep the insulation thickness to a minimum while tolerating a wider range of temperatures (-180 °C to 260 °C) than other insulators.

The process of making Fluon® PTFE CD086E does not use ammonium salts of perfluorooctanoic acid (PFOA).

AGC Chemicals Americas, Inc. Fluon+™ LM-ETFE LH-8000 is a new addition to the LM-ETFE AH Series. This ETFE (tetrafluoroethylene-ethylene copolymer) has a functional group polymerized directly in to the chain backbone, allowing it to adhere to other materials. This resin is ideal for producing multi-layer structures in a one-step process without the need for surface treatment or a separate adhesive layer. LH-8000 offers the lowest melting point of all the AH series resins, yet with the same desirable properties of other ETFEs, including non-stick, excellent processability, and superior chemical resistance.

AGC Chemicals Americas, Inc. Fluon® ETFE AH-3000L is a semiconductive, modified copolymer of ethylene and tetrafluoroethylene. It is used in applications where superior stress-cracking properties and strong adhesion to polyamide polymers, especially nylon 12, are required. This product also exhibits high permeation resistance to many fluids and gasses, especially automotive fuels. It is processed using conventional melt extrusion methods and is available as a 1/8” pellet.

It can be processed using conventional extrusion and injection molding techniques and is used for general-purpose extrusion and injection molding applications. Additionally, it has a higher flow rate than LM-730A.
