GMS Composites EP – 290 is a nano-toughened epoxy resin matrix prepreg with long shelf life. The product has a versatile curing cycle from 100°C or as high as 150°C, thus enabling the product to be used to produce a wide range of composite items, from large structures to numerous small components. EP-290 is available in a range of substrates such as carbon, glass or aramid. This nano-toughened system has outstanding fracture properties and resistance to microcracking. The prepreg has good flow and is of medium tack.

SWANCOR 2559 is a high Tg hot-melt epoxy resin. The formula does not contain Diuron and volatile ingredients. It has the characteristics of light weight, excellent mechanical strength, heat resistance and corrosion resistance.

GMS Composites EP – 620 prepreg is a special epoxy resin matrix system with long shelf life and high elongation. EP-620 is designed for composite applications requiring high energy absorption and impact resistance. The product has a versatile curing cycle from as low as 80°C or as high as 150°C, thus enabling the product to be used to produce a wide range of composite items, from large structures to numerous small components. EP-620 is available in a range of substrates such as carbon, aramid, s-glass, polyethylene or e-glass. The prepreg has good flow and the tack of EP-620 can be varied.

APCM DA 4518U is a tough, versatile, modified epoxy resin system that cures at 250°F to 350°F. DA4518U can be supplied as a prepreg tape coated on unidirectional graphite.

CHS-EPOXY 525 is a BPA type.

Letoxit® LFX 162 is applied for production of laminated segments reinforced with glass, carbon or kevlar fibers. Used in - parts of airplanes, sailplanes, sport boats, carriage body etc.

F161 is a structural, heat resistant and electrical grade epoxy formulation designed for autoclave curing. F161 is a high temperature, laminate grade epoxy resin with a 350°F (177°C) cure. F161 is unique in that it was the first resin system to meet all types and classes of MIL-R-9300 B.

Park’s E‐720 is a modified epoxy resin system designed toexposure to high temperature. E‐720 has a proven history inmany demanding aerospace applications.

PRF Composite Materials RP800 is an epoxy tooling prepreg system capable of withstanding temperatures up to 190°C after full post cure. RP800 is available in carbon and glass woven fabrics from 200 - 800 g/m2 impregnated with epoxy resin. RP800 prepreg allows high quality tooling laminates to be produced directly from a low temperature master model permitting a wide choice of master model materials. Using a low temperature vacuum bag and autoclave process for inital cure, the tool laminate can then be demoulded for freestanding post cure.

HexPly® 108 is a high temperature resistant epoxy resin system developed for the fabrication of primary aircraft and space structures. 108 has excellent hot wet properties and exhibits low viscosity

Vetronite® FR-5 HF CTI 600M T is composed of epoxy resin and glass fabric reinforement.

APCM DA 4092 is modified epoxy pre-impregnated system which can cure at 250°F (121°C) for one hour. DA 4090 | DA 4092 can be supplied on any commercially available glass, Kevlar, or graphite fabric. DA 4090 is a one sided pre-impregnated fabric yielding a single sided tack material. DA 4092 is the same system where both sides of the fabric are pre-impregnated yielding a double sided tack material. Both prepreg systems can be used for laminating and honeycomb sandwich construction.

AX-6270 is a Structural Epoxy Unidirectional Prepreg.

ebalta AH 120/TC 60 is a very thin liquid epoxy resin with high values of strength and dimensional stability. Due to its good impregnating and wetting properties it is suitable as laminating resin for high-strength components with fabrics of glass –or carbon fiber. ebalta AH 120/TC 60 is suitable for laminating of thin as well as thick laminates with large surface up to a thickness of 8 mm. A post-curing should be executed, if possible before demoulding.

Ebalta LH 22 / GL is an epoxy laminating resin, which, depending on its application, can be used with the slow GL hardener or the faster GR hardener. They distinguish by minimal physiolgical effects. Regarding dimensional accuracy and –stability, laminates made of ebalta LH 22, even come up to great demands. Due to its long potlife ebalta LH 22/GL is especially suitable for large-area and thick laminates, which also with a thickness of more than 10 mm, applied in one step, cure without any shrinkage at room temperature.

MTC275 is an epoxy resin system designed to give excellent clarity and surface finish out of autoclave. It is a toughened epoxy resin system designed for component manufacturing that can be supplied on a variety of fabrics and in UD format to meet your cost and manufacturing requirements.

HexPly® M901 is a hotmelt, thermosetting, high-tack epoxy resin matrix, suitable for prepreg applications at which cure cycles of 130°C and above are required. HexPly® M901 is specifically designed for manufacture of structural composites that are exposed to harsh thermal and environmental conditions.

VisiJet M5-X is a strong, rigid material with a hybrid ABS/polypropylene-like performance-and-feel that makes brilliant white parts. This material makes bright white parts that look like they've been injection molded. Parts made from this material are rigid, making it an excellent fit for packaging products including bottles, household plastics, piping, valves and other parts that call for stiffness.

HexPly® M20 is an epoxy structural prepreg, designed to provide high temperature performance combined with a low energy cure cycle. Due to its processing flexibility (vacuum bag or autoclave) it is ideally suitable for composite repair. HexPly® M20 cures at 130°C (265°F) to form a tough, high temperature resistant fibrereinforced composite. HexPly® M20 has been chosen as a standardized repair material by the Commercial Aircraft Composite Repair Committee (CACRC) which sets global aerospace standards for composite repair. HexPly® M20 is available as woven carbon and UD carbon tape for structural repairs. The pre-impregnated woven glass version is used for non-structural galvanic corrosion protection.

3501-6 is an amine cured epoxy resin system supplied with unidirectional or woven carbon or glass fibers. Typical reinforcement is continuous AS4 carbon filaments. 3501-6 was developed to operate in a temperature environment of up to 350°F (177°C). AS4/3501-6 is recommended for general purpose structural applications.

BC 5008-2 is a very low viscosity, modified, unfilled, room temperature curing, general purpose resin system. Also considered an excellent general purpose adhesive for in-shop use and will function as a laminating system for horizontal surfaces.

THINPREG™ TP 736LT is an exceptionally versatile hot-melt, epoxy prepreg. It can be cured at temperature as low as 80°C (176°F), or can be used for faster molding of components at 120°C (248°F). This is achieved with a good out-life of up to 60 days at 18-22°C (64-72°C)..

HexPly® 922-1 is a structural epoxy resin for general industrial applications and aerospace applications. HexPly® 922-1 has an exceptionally good hot/wet performance and a very high Tg with cure cycle versatility, low viscosity and high flow. Hexply® 922-1 can be processed using a wide range of techniques. The HexPly® 922-1 family is available in fabrics and UD tapes.

PRF Composite Materials RP522 is made up of Woven fabrics which is used for General and Industrial Purpose.

Biresin® CH135 is an epoxy resin system suitable for the production by Resin Transfer Molding of high performance fi bre reinforced composites with thermal properties up to 150°C.

HexPly® M78.1 is a formulated, hot melt epoxy resin matrix, especially designed for prepreg applications where short cure cycles using temperatures ≥110°C are required. Due to its high reactivity, HexPly® M78.1 can be used for economic, environmentally friendly and fast manufacture of industrial composites.

HexPly® M56 is a high performance epoxy matrix developed for out-of-autoclave curing of composite aircraft structures.

EF 12 is above 240 °C. High Tg EF12 resin system is used to produce structural prepregs. Optimized cure methods for these resin systems are Press and Autoclave molding.

Park’s E-765 is a toughened 270°F cure epoxy prepreg system designed to replace 350°F cure systems in many aircraft structural applications. Park’s E-765-3K-PW, -6K-5HS and 7781 materials are AGATE approved. FAA-approved, B-Basis design allowable databases for AGATE materials are available upon request. Park has also developed AGATE approved material and process specifications which are also available upon request.

Toray E720 is a 120°C (248°F) cure toughened epoxy prepreg. E720 offers excellent adhesive properties, allowing direct lamination to honeycomb without the use of a film adhesive. E720 is designed for structural Applicationss in motorsport and marine industries. E720 would also suit general aircraft fittings, sporting equipment, and a wide range of engineering Applicationss. Toray E720 is compatible for co-cure with Toray’s 120°C (248°F) cure resin film MicroPly™ EF72 and syntactic core Toray MicroPly™ SC72A. Havel Composites CZ sro Epoxy resin LH 1000 is suitable for adhesion, casting, and when it is wormed up to 35°C it is suitable for lamination and spraying into hot molds. Suitable hardeners: 133-138 (100:35 - weight), pot life 15-20min.; H 10 extra clear (100:45-50 weight), pot life 20-25min.

LTC102 Prepreg is designed to cure at low temperatures whilst giving the potential for high temperature tooling. It can be supplied on a variety of fabrics to meet your cost and manufacturing requirements.

HexPly® M12 is a good performance, tough epoxy matrix for use in helicopter blades. It exhibits good fatigue life and hot/wet performances up to 100°C. HexPly® M12 is supplied with R-glass UD tape, glass and carbon woven fibers. HexPly® M12 was developed for low exotherm curing, so parts with thickness above 10 cm can be cured directly to 135°C without any exothermal risks.

ISOVAL® 10 R is made of glass roving fabric using the temperature-resistant ISOVAL® epoxy resin system. This gives the material excellent heat resistance and high compressive strength even at elevated temperatures with low thermal conductivity at the same time. The laminate has a permanent temperature resistance of 180 °C.

APCM DA 4082 is 200°F cure modified epoxy prepreg system which can be prepreged on fiberglass fabric, woven Kevlar, or other woven fabrics. In addition to their low temperature cure capabilities, DA 4080 prepregs have excellent flow to allow for vacuum bag cure conditions. DA 4080 is a one sided pre-impregnated system yielding a single sided tack material. DA 4082 is the same system except that both sides of the fabric are coated yielding a double sided tack material. Both prepregs can be used for laminating and honeycomb sandwich construction.

Toray 8020 is a new generation of toughened epoxy resin systems offering a balance of mechanical properties and excellent surface finish. The resin system has been developed to offer a long out life and flexible cure schedules and can be applied to a wide range of high performance fibers. Toray 8020 is compatible for co-cure with Toray’s resin film, Toray 8020, and Toray’s syntactic core, Toray MicroPly™ SC8020A.
