Hexamethylenediamine carbamate for use as cross-linking agent in the vulcanization of vinylidene fluoride-hexafluoropropylene copolymer and vinylidene fluoride-hexafluoropropylene-tetrafluoroethylene copolymer elastomers.This product is produced in the USA at our plant in Dayton, TN.

Robinson Brothers TBUT 20388 acts as liquid secondary accelerator, which is very soluble in hydrocarbon polymers.

Robinson Brothers P25 20297 is an active thiuram, widely used as secondary sulfur bearing accelerator in NR, IIR,NBR, EPDM, CSM, IR, SBR, and CR.

Nanjing Shuguang Chemical Group Accelerant SG-R 704 is used as the super accelerator for natural rubber, synthetic rubber and latex. It can replace ZDBC, ZDEC, PZ due to its lower vulcanization temperature in application. And the processing has better safety. The prominent advantage is that it does not produce the carcinogenic nitroamine in the rubber processing. It can also be a good activator for thiazole accelerator. When this product is added in, the dosage of zinc oxide and sulfur is ordinary, the fatty acid may be needed or not. SG-R 704 may be added to the rubber material directly, or added into latex with dispersing medium. Please refer to the regulation in the related chapters in FDA, BgVV when it is applied to the rubber product which food contact.

Rayton Chemicals TP is a Pale yellow green to pale brown transparent liquid.

ACTI.Z™ is a high surface area active Zinc Oxide specially developed for rubber industry.

Shandong Fine Chemical Technology MBTS is a universal accelerator for natural rubber, synthetic rubber and reclaimed rubber. The properties of the product are similar to those made by accelerator M, the vulcanization critical temperature is higher than that of accelerator M, and it has significant after-effects. It can make the vulcanized rubber excellent in aging resistance. Mainly used for rubber products such as tires, inner tubes, hoses, tapes, and rubber shoes. Not suitable for the manufacture of rubber products in contact with food.

MBTS (DM) Powder is Thiazole. It is white or light yellow powder with slightly bitter taste, nonpoisonous, soluble in chloroform, slightly soluble in benzene, ethyl alcohol and carbon tetrachloride, insoluble in gasoline, water and ethyl acetate. It is stable in storage.

Henan Connect Rubber Chemical MBTS (DM) can be used as fast accelerator in NR, IR, BR, SBR, NBR and EPDM.

Nurcacit DETU PDR is the most active thiourea for the vulcanization of CR. Gives rapid vulcanization at low, medium and high temperatures. Can be used to boost EPDM sulfur vulcanization systems. Particularly suited to high-speed C.V. processes. Used in CR.

Nurcacit ZBEC PDR is aoverspead accelerator for natural and synthetic rubber and latex. Curing active temperature is low. It can substitute for ZDBC 、ZDEC 、PZ, etc.. Operating safety is much better. Specially, it will not produce cancer-causing nitrosamize during the rubber manufacturing process and it can be used as excellent activator to kinds of thiazoles. Appropriate matching quantity of Zinc oxide and sulfur when using, and aliphatic acid is not necessary .it can be added directly into rubber mass and also can be added into latex as component part.

Rokem DPG is diphenyl guanidine, a grayish-white powder or granular accelerator.

Shandong Stair Chemical & Technology Rubber accelerator MZ is used in the dulling of coating.

Rayton Chemicals DPTT(TRA) is a Pale yellow powder.

Nurcacit DOTG PDR is suitable for NR, SNR, IIR, IR, SBR, NBR and CR. Seldom uses alone, commonly with thiazoles, thiurams, dithiocarbamates and sulphenamides to promote its activity, This product is a plastic-decomposing agent in CR. However, this product is not suitable for food-related products or medical products.

Henan Connect Rubber Chemical TMTM (TS) is a high-speed accelerator without color change and pollution in rubber materials.

Nurcacit MBT PDR can be used as a fast, non-staining accelerator for both dry rubber and latex applications. Low temperature curing can be achieved by the use of Nurcacit TMTD/TETD or Nurcacit DPG as secondary accelerators. Nurcacit MBT confers excellent aging characteristics to vulcanizates.

Rokem TBBS is N-tert-butylbenzothiazole-2-sulfenamide, a grayish-white powder or granular accelerator.

Mercure ZDMC is dithiocarbamates accelerators which is used mainly in rubber industry.

MBT (M) Oil Powder is Thiazole. It is non-poisonous, grayish-white or light yellow powder with slightly foul odor and bitter taste. MBT(M)Powder is easily soluble in ethyl acetate, acetone, dilute solution of sodium hydroxide and sodium carbonate, soluble in ethyl alcohol, not easily soluble in benzene, insoluble in water and gasoline. It is stable in storage.

TBzTD Powder is a Rubber accelerator.

Methenadur® are White crystals or powder in appearance.

Nurcacit DPTU(CA) PDR is the medium-speed vulcanization accelerator. Synergises with sulfur donor to boost vulcanization when used in NR and SBR. Need zinc oxide to be effective. Used as secondaryaccelerator in CR vulcanization and EPDR vulcanization system. Used in latex products, cables and general industrial products. It’s critical temperature is 80º C, so could be used as raw materials for pharmatical and dye and the test reagent for OS and Rh.

Kemai Chemical ACCELERATOR NS (TBBS) is used for all kinds of tubber products. Especially used for manufacturing radial tire. It has features of slack effective and high-speed.

Robinson Brothers SAA30 16830 is a newly developed, ultra fast, environmentally ‘safer’ accelerator. Designed to overcome concerns regarding both the N-nitrosamine and Type IV allergies both in terms of production and application environments.

A delayed action accelerator of vulcanization for natural and synthetic rubber. The speed of vulcanization is similar to CBS’s, but it’s delaying is larger than the CBS. There is little pollution and the color is changeless. It can be used as rubber products of tire.

NOBS(NO) is Secondary Sulfonamide. It is light yellow or orange yellow color pellet with a little amine taste, non-poisonous, soluble in benzene, acetone,chloroform; insoluble in water, dilute acid and dilute alkali. It will gradually resolve when it is heated over 60°C.

Nurcacit DBTU PDR is a Ultra accelerator for CR and a secondary accelerator for natural rubber, EPDM and SBR. Also used as a corrosion inhibitor in non-rubber applications.

Rongcheng Chemical General Factory Accelerator DCBS(DZ) has a light yellow or light pink granular as a appearance.

Nurcacit ZDTP PDR is a fast curing secondary accelerator for NR and EPDM. It is mainly used as an accelerator in non-blooming., relative low cost, fast curing systems for EPDM when used in combination with MBTS or sulfenamides in NR compounds. ZDTP dramatically improves reversion resistance. Because of its non-amine based structure, ZDTP can be used as a component in non-N-nitrosamine generation cure systems. ZDTP is non-discoloring and non-staining. ZDTP is regulated for use in articles in contact with food as specified under Bg VV XXI, category 4, ZDTP is not regulated for use in FDA food contact applicants.

Banac MBT has chemical composition of 2-Mercaptobenzothiazole and used as an accelerator.

Mercure AHB is special purpose amines accelerators which is used mainly in rubber industry.

NOBS(MBS) is a Rubber accelerator.
