Sunspheres™ 200 Nm are optically clear, solid fused amorphous microspheres designed for use in a wide variety of coatings, inks, adhesives, powder coatings, and thermoplastics, including UV curable compositions. TACorr G50 is a novel, polymeric corrosion inhibitor, offering multi metal protection, e. g. On alumina alloys, iron & steel, non ferrous metals, zinc and others. It was developed through a combined R&D project with Fraunhofer IFAM, Bremen.

CeraSPERSE 174 is synthetic wax and polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) compounded in refined linseed oil. Shamrock’s CeraSPERSE products are manufactured using a controlled crystallization process that allows the production of 1 micron wax dispersions. These wax compounds have a translucent appearance with a shiny gloss and a creamy feel. In addition to our standard products, Shamrock can develop and produce a wide range of compounds on a make-to-order basis.

Jalpon™ 1500A is a rust preventive base compound that is comprised primarily of gelled calcium sulfonate and a proprietary wax blend. The combination of high non-volatiles and moderately high viscosity will produce firm and waxy films that performs well under severe conditions, particularly salt environments. This product can be used “as is”, further diluted or formulated, using a variety of compatible coating components.
