Teraflow® 5311 provides mar resistance without a corresponding decrease in coefficient of friction. Tallicin® 5311 also provides flow and leveling to high-solids solvent based systems.

CHS-EPOXY 501 is a Bisphenol A/F resin modified by monofunctional reactive diluent.

Etna Tec Limited SCD 1040 is designed specifically for low VOC finishes. Proper formulation achieves high pigment loading, VOC of less than 3.0 pounds/gallon and application with conventional spray equipment. SCD 1040 has good compatibility with alkyds and acrylics when used as a modifier to improve dry film properties.

High-solid long-oil alkyd resin

Incozol EH is a urethane bis-oxazolidine latent hardener for use in 1K polyurethane coatings. Used in conjunction with low NCO polyurethane prepolymers, this hardener accelerates the cure of the prepolymer through a moisture triggered mechanism to afford cross-linking benefits to the 1K urethane. In addition, it enhances properties such as through cure development and mechanical strength through the elimination of CO2 gassing in high build, high solids PU systems. Incozol EH confers tolerance to the repeated opening of containers and can be used as a versatile curing agent with 2 or 4 functional mix ratios.

Duramac® HS 57-5819 is a high solids chlorinated alkyd used for interior fire retardant coatings. It can be formulated to meet government specification DOD-E-24607A chlorinated alkyd interior semigloss enamel. Manufactured in North America.

ADD-5054 is an electro-neutral wetting and dispersing additive to improve the wetting of pigment surfaces and organically treated Bentonites and to reduce the time required for the grinding process. ADD-5054 is suitable for architectural paints. It creates thixotropy and therefore prevents flooding, floating and settling of the pigments and reduces sagging.

Corrosion protection additive for solvent borne coating systems. KORRODUR is primarily a rust converting additive for solvent borne alkyd resin paints. KORRODUR also has a good anticorrosive effect in solvent-based coating systems based on epoxy, chlorinated rubber or acrylic binders. Typical applications are: Anticorrosive primers, One-coat anticorrosive systems, Maintenance finishes. For aluminum-pigmented systems we recommend KORRODUR AL 2.

ANTI-TERRA-202 is Controlled flocculating wetting and dispersing additive for solvent-borne medium-polar to low-polar thick layer systems and primers to prevent fillers and inorganic pigments from settling and to gel bentonites. The additive is only available on the North American market.

Zeeospheres Ceramics G-200 is unique gray-colored, fine particle size, high-strength microspheres. They are opaque to visible light, but transparent to UV light. These products are typically used to reduce VOC levels, increase filler loadings, improve hardness, and add burnish, scrub and abrasion resistance to a variety of coating formulations. Due to their low resin demand, high hardness and inert chemistry, these products have found utility in high solids, water reducible radiation - curbale and high durability coatings, powder coatings, and a wide range of premium performance coatings.

SpaceRite S-11 is a fine crystalline, aluminum trihydroxide with uniform particles averaging 1/4 micron in diameter. It is an organic-free pure white powder produced by a proprietary precipitation process that closely controls particlesize distributions. SpaceRite S-11 can also replace other extenders providing enhanced performance and benefits in coatings and adhesives.

Air drying alkyd-modified Acrylic resin

Razeen® LR 2302 is a medium viscosity Bisphenol A/F based liquid epoxy resin, with a reduced risk of crystalisation on storage at low temperature.

KELSOL® 585-W-43 is a water dispersion alkyd resin, supplied without co-solvent, which exhibits extremely fast water-release characteristics. It has fast air dry as well as very good adhesion and toughness. * This product contains less than 2% HAP solvent.

Archemis® QD 201-2195 is a specially modified high solids alkyd supplied at 96% solids in mineral spirits. Coatings formulated at 250 g/l VOC provide excellent set- to-touch, tack-free, dry hard and through-dry characteristics. Gloss and yellowing properties are similar to 450 g/l VOC coatings based on 70% solids conventional long oil alkyds. Formulations at 150 g/l VOC are also possible. Manufactured in North America.

TiONA® 595 is a multipurpose chloride-process rutile titanium dioxide pigment designed to give an outstanding combination of dispersion, opacity, gloss and durability in a wide range of coating applications.

Tallicin® 3000 is designed to extend the pot life of an aliphatic two-component polyurethane system where the isocyanate is the trimer type. Tallicin® 3000 is added to the polyol component and retards the reaction between the hydroxyl groups and the isocyanate groups. Tallicin® 3000 is fugitive from the film and may extend dry time in polyester systems.

PAT-ADD DA 815 Solvent-free wetting and dispersing additive for solvent-borne and solventfree coating systems, PVC plastisols, thermoplastics, and adhesives to stabilize organic and inorganic pigments, particularly carbon blacks. Anti-separation additive for SMC/BMC formulations..PAT-ADD DA 815 create the Newtonian flow behavior of the material by reducing strongly viscosity. It can also works as neutralizer for acidic and neutral carbon black pigment.

Duramac® 56-5619 is a higher solids vehicle that provides good dry and enamel holdout characteristics.

Zeeospheres Ceramics N-1200 is unique dark gray-colored, fine particle size, high-strength microspheres. It is opaque to visible light, but transparent to UV light. The product is typically to reduce VOC levels, increase filler loadings, improve hardness, and add burnish, scrub and abrasion resistance to a variety of coating formulations. It is typically used when color is not important in the applications.

Not only can it be used as a multi-purpose wetting and dispersing additive, but it can also be utilized to activate the organophilic Bentonites. ADD-5044 is suitable for coatings and composite.
