Aqua-Gard™ is a clear, water protection product for new and existing above ground concrete and masonry substrates. Unlike regular water repellents, Sansin Aqua-Gard penetrates and bonds to the substrate allowing it to breathe while protecting the concrete and masonry from water and contaminants entering the substrate.

We deal with Tackifiers based on Rosin, Rosin Derivatives and Petroleum Resins.

VINNACEL® is WACKER’s trademark for polymer binders that are supplied in the form of a complete additive solutions, tailored to specific customer needs. VINNACEL® products increase the adhesion, cohesion and long-term performance of cementitious systems in order to optimize the end application.

ACCU-RITE™ is uniquely formulated to be use in both narrow and wide tile joints it provides a higher stain resistance than a Portland cement grout. ACCU-RITE™ CA is the latest generation of advanced polymer modified, fast cure, calcium aluminate cement based colored grout available in the industry. ACCU-RITE™ CA is unique blend of cement, especially graded mineral fillers, stain blocking powdered latex modifiers and high-definition colorfast pigments provides for a Superior grout strength with AMT (anti-microbial technology) and efflorescence suppression agents. ACCU-RITE™ CA is protected by AMT it resists bacteria, mold, and fungus, and associated bacterial stains. ACCU-RITE™ CA grout provides a pure, accurate color resistant to shading or mottling seen in past technology grouts.

Seal Bond manufactures an extensive selection of adhesive and sealant formulas for product assembly and manufacturing applications. Our unique chemistry provides the ability to bond to a wide range of substrates making it an excellent choice for marrying dissimilar materials. Bermocoll is used as a thickener, stabilizer and water-retaining agent for water-based decorative paints. It also controls consistency, providing easy workability, extended open time and enhanced adhesion in cement and gypsum based systems.

Our glass fiber reinforcements are 10 or 16 microns in diameter and milled to lengths ranging from 120 to 470 microns. They are used in composites to increase mechanical properties such as tensile, flexural and impact strength. They are also used to increase dimensional stability and minimize distortion at elevated temperatures. Milled glass fibers are compatible with all thermoset and thermoplastics resins. Surface treatments are available that may enhance performance. Microglass milled fibers are E-glass filaments hammer milled to various bulk densities. Microglass is used as a filler/reinforcement in composites to increase mechanical properties (tensile, flexural and impact), improve dimensional stability and minimize distortion at elevated temperatures.

ARDEX X 77™ MICROTEC® fiber reinforced tile and stone mortar is a high-performance, microfiber-reinforced, polymer-modified mortar formulated especially for large format tile installations. Use to install porcelain, glass, quarry, ceramic and most natural stone tiles over interior or exterior concrete and masonry floor and wall surfaces. Also use for interior applications over exterior-grade plywood. ARDEX X 77 is ideal for use in swimming pools and fountains and over in-floor heating systems and is recommended for all tile sizes, including mosaics.

The Gabrosa granular grades are characterized by a lump free dispersion and fast dissolution in water. Gabrosa adhesives can be applied easily with a brush or pasting machine, exhibit excellent wet tack and (re-)positioning properties, have a more than sufficient open time and adhere strong on all kind of surfaces. Nouryon is supplier of Blisterfree wallpaper adhesives. Due to their excellent properties the base products can be used as standalone adhesive. To optimize requirements the Gabrosa grades can also be used in blends.

ARDEX S 28™ MICROTEC® rapid-set, rapid-dry, super-format tile and uncoupling membrane mortar is a high-performance, rapid drying and rapid hardening, microfiber-reinforced, polymer-modified tile and stone mortar for interior installations. ARDEX S 28 is highly flexible with virtually no shrinkage and has an extended open time, making it perfect for large and super-format tile and stone installations. Due to its semi-pourable consistency, ARDEX S 28 is excellent when used with ARDEX FLEXBONE® uncoupling membranes and other approved uncoupling membranes. ARDEX S 28 is ideal for moisture-sensitive tile and stone such as green and light marbles because it is formulated with ARDEX proprietary self-drying technology where the mix water is completely bound into the matrix. This technology eliminates water evaporation, which virtually prevents staining and warping of moisture-sensitive tile and fully cures quickly between even the largest, most dense tiles and substrates.

Fibertec micas are platy minerals. Mica is generically a complex group of aluminosilicates occurring naturally as plates or sheet-like forms. Fibertec micas can be surface treated to enhance performance in various resin systems. Fibertec mica is used as functional fillers providing reinforcement in thermoplastic and thermoset resins to improve flexural modulus, tensile strength, impact strength while minimizing shrinking and warping at elevated temperatures.
