This injection moldable grade has high stiffness (flexural modulus 8200 MPa), excellent chemical resistance, and high heat resistance. NORYL GTX830 resin is an excellent candidate for a wide variety of applications including automotive under the bonnet applications and water meter housings. SABIC's Specialties Business ULTEM™ 1010AR Resin is an unreinforced amorphous polyetherimide (PEI) resin that may offer a high glass transition temperature (Tg) of 217°C, improved flow and it contains internal mold release. Features are excellent mechanical, electrical and dimensional properties up to high temperatures. The material may offer very good chemical resistance for an amorphous material and is inherently flame retardant. The material is RoHS compliant. The material is available in opaque and transparent colors.

SABIC's Specialties Business CYCOLOY CX7240 Polycarbonate/Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene (PC/ABS) blend is an injection moldable, medium flow, non chlorinated/brominated flame retardant grade. It has a UL94 V0@.75mm, 5VA@3.0mm and 5VB@1.5mm flame rating. This grade has improved chemical resistance compared to standard PC/ABS blends and is a good candidate for thin wall applications.

SABIC's Specialties Business CYCOLOY™ FR Resin CX2244ME is a polycarbonate/acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (PC/ABS) blend that is injection moldable, high flow, and non-chlorinated/brominated flame retardant grade. It has a UL94 V0 at 0.75 mm and a 5VB at 1.5 mm flame rating. This grade offers improved chemical resistance compared to standard PC/ABS blends and is a good choice for thin-wall applications and hospital/medical equipment.

Applications include Food handling, cosmetic packaging, razor blades, toothbrushes, etc.

SABIC's Specialties Business ULTEM™ Resin 1010UCL is an amorphous, transparent polyetherimide (PEI) thermoplastic offering enhanced flow and a glass transition temperature (Tg) of 217°C. 1010UCL offers the same performance as ULTEM 1010 resin and offers further enhanced cleanliness control for (optical) applications. The natural (uncolored) version of this grade is compliant with RoHS and also with Halogen Free standards as IEC 61249-2-21 and e.g. IPC 4101E. For colored versions, compliance needs to be checked case by case.

LNP THERMOCOMP HF006EU compound is based on Nylon 11 resin containing 30% glass fiber. Added features of this grade include: Easy Molding, UV-Stabilized.

SABIC's Specialties Business ULTEM™ Resin PW2100 is an amorphous, opaque, 10% glass fiber reinforced polyetherimide (PEI) plastic offering a glass transition temperature (Tg) of 217?C. This inherently flame retardant resin is KTW, WRAS, ACS, NSF-61 and W270 certified and is US FDA and European Food Contact approved. ULTEM PW2100 resin offers specific colors designed and certified for use in potable water applications.
