Berolan LP 80 is a strongly surface-active air-entraining admixture and plasticizer. It is used as an air-entrainer for various cement-based systems, specially qualified for renovation render. Berolan LP-80 may be added as delivered. The required dosage may vary over a wide range (0.05 to 0.5 %) and should therefore be evaluated in suitable tests. For first trials we recommend 0.2 % Berolan LP 80 referred to dry substrate.

DNL 485 is a water-reducing admixture for on-site continuous type mixers. The New Generation DNL 485 has various uses for all types of mixers because of its rapid integrating characteristics and the ability to be used in the water supply system. DNL 485 decreases water/cement ratios while increasing the quality of the cement, improving slump loss, splashing, shrinkage, segregation and stabilizing the volume. It greatly enhances pumping and also helps control false set.

Berolan LP 70 is a strongly surface-active air-entraining admixture and plasticizer. It has been developed especially for use in mortars based on cement, gypsum or lime. It leads to a better plaster yield, to improved workability and improves the wetting of the mortar. Related to the longer open timea tearing of the plaster surface and skin formation will be reduced. MILLISIL® is for industrial use, mighty, workable silica sand deposits are of decisive importance. Nevertheless, chemical purity and constancy are not enough in order to apply silica directly as a raw material. In Quarzwerke plants silica sands are thoroughly prepared. The raw material has to pass exten-sive cleaning-, classification-, drying- and iron-free grinding processes in order to produce silica sands, flours and powders. For the production of silica flours and -powders with a defined grain size distribution separation processes are required in addition to iron-free grinding. Quarzwerke are able to produce silica powders with grain sizes down to 1 μm due to a fine-tuned combination of grind- and classification technology. Another refining step is the surface-treatment with silanes or silan-based substances which can be adjusted to the respective application.

Poolkemie POLIMOLD TR 40 is a two component room temperature vulcanising poly-urethane rubber which cures with addition of the appropriate hardener. Once cured, this rubber becomes flexible and resistant, free from air bubbles and imperfections. It is suitable in the manufacture of molds for production of articles made of plaster and cement thanks to its accurate reproduction of fine details and due to its extremely low linear shrinkage.

CoatMasters® 2007 NSC-AG is a Siloxane/Silane low VOC formulation, designed for use as a Non-Sacrificial Coating for AntiGraffiti, with an impregnating or penetrating type characteristic. It also functions as a water repellant for treating masonry surfaces. This water-based system, made up of advanced oligomeric silicone-based emulsion mixtures, is suitable for use on various grades of alkaline mineral substrates. This is ideal for treating porous and non-porous building materials of various type surfaces, newly constructed, rehabilitated, or restored type conditions. The product can be applied on precast concrete, clay roof tiles, exterior plaster, calcium silicate brick, light concrete, natural stone, clay brick, and terracotta. CM 2007 NSC-AG is breathable and provides water vapor permeability with resistance to staining and/or color deterioration. Additional benefits include excellent water repellency, minimized spalling, and a low odor for ease of application by brush, roll, flow, and/or spray. Before completely using and applying the product, we recommend checking and evaluating the final color and appearance from a sample substrate for approval. A change in color and sheen may slightly occur, due to the actual porosity of the surface. CM 2007 NSC-AG can be power washed for graffiti removal, please see additional instructions for recommended graffiti removal using power washing equipment. Recommended pressure will depend on the nature of the surface (porous and non-porous) and degree of graffiti to be removed. The results may vary during the cleaning process.
