Chemfluor tubing offers the ultimate in purity, chemical resistance and broad temperature capability for handling ultra-pure fluids or highly corrosive materials. Chemfluor FEP and PFA tubing products are FDA compliant and contain no additives or plasticizers to contaminate liquids. All Chemfluor tubing products are inert to virtually all chemicals. When used with Chemfluor Fittings, only ultrapure fluoropolymer surfaces contact fluids. Fluoropolymer tubing is the recommended tubing in many demanding areas such as chromatography, semi-conductor processing, Type I Water and cryogenic applications. Chemfluor Tubing is not for use in peristaltic pumps. FEP tubing has the greatest clarity and abrasion resistance. Transparent to UV light.

H-Quest® is a range of high-performance, eco-friendly chelating agents that meet strict environmental standards to achieve a "full green circle." These products have applications in alkaline metal cleaning, metal finishing, heavy-duty metal cleaners, alkaline bottle cleaning, and as a concrete additive.

Due to its good thermal and mechanical properties, this semi-crystalline material belongs to the polymer group of engineering plastics. In addition to its high strength, hardness and toughness, it has a high heat deflection temperature of -40 °C to approx. +100 °C. However, the good damping capacity can only be achieved after conditioning, so this material should be re-conditioned after tempering. The material also has good sliding and dry-running properties. Due to the increased moisture absorption behavior in comparison to other polymer materials, possible dimensional changes as well as changes in the mechanical and electrical properties must be taken into account prior to material configuration.

With nidagravel slabs  each gravel coating becomes much more passable  than in the past. A person's foot, shoe heels, or the wheel of a car no longer sink into it. With nidagravel, the original, walking, cycling, using a wheelchair or driving your child's stroller is no longer a problem .The alveolar structure of the nidagravel slabs makes it possible to keep the gravel perfectly in place. Unsightly ruts, annoying puddles and dangerous potholes are just a bad memory.  Nidagravel is a 100% water permeable product  . The nidagravel sheets are provided with a porous geotextile on the lower side. This geotextile prevents the gravel from escaping under the slabs, seeping into the ground and exerting on them an upward thrust over time. It also serves as a canvas limiting the passage of plant roots.

LiNNOTAM stands for: Licharz iNNOvation in LacTAM and includes all polyamides manufactured by Licharz in the monomer casting process from caprolactam or laurolactam . Due to its balanced mechanical properties and excellent machinability, LiNNOTAM is particularly suitable as a construction material for machine and plant construction.

Perfluoroelastomer (FFKM) is the most chemically resistant elastomer available and is effectively a rubber form of PTFE. Perlast® perfluoroelastomer grades provide other properties which prove most valuable in critical sealing applications where purity, high temperatures and retention of sealing force are paramount. The Perlast® range of perfluoroelastomer materials are at the leading edge of polymer technology. They have been developed to offer superior sealing solutions with enhanced performance and improved functionality, which is proven in the field (see case studies).

Polyacetals / POM (homo- and co-polymers)

Based on GMT, the composite GMTex® has been further developed for applications demanding high impact resistance, strength and durability. In the production of these high-performance thermoplastic composites, the basic materials of polypropylene (PP) or polyamide (PA) are reinforced with woven and randomly laid fibers (multi-layer glass fiber technology).

Plexus™ Synthetic Macrofibers are uniquely engineered for slab-on-ground and precast applications with higher tensile strength to provide better “Built-In Reinforcement” as a replacement for steel fibers, welded-wire fabric (WWF) and conventional reinforcing bars in a variety of secondary reinforcement applications. In addition, Plexus™ Fibers help to minimize temperature shrinkage cracking, plastic settlement and plastic shrinkage cracking. Plexus™ Fibers distribute uniformly throughout the concrete matrix and deliver excellent finish-ability.

This high solids surface tolerant epoxy mastic provides excellent chemical and water resistance. Intended for application to hand cleaned iron and steel, Tripoxy HB is recommended for submersion in fresh, salt, and waste water, when applied over blasted clean metal.

METABLEN™ is the trade name of modifiers, which have been developed originally by Mitsubishi chemical, a world prominent manufacture of methyl methacrylate resins. Adding a small quantity of METABLEN™ to various resins improves and increases their impact strength and processability, and further improves the characteristics, the appearance and the productivity of their final products. *METABLEN™ is provided by Mitsubishi Chemical Corporation, a member of the Mitsubishi Chemical Group.

NicalonTM has excellent tensile strength and good thermal properties. Qualified product on several US Military production programs. The process is well characterized and manufactured to specifications and process control documents. Easy to tailor electrical properties.

ClipLock® is a two-part non sag methacrylate, structural bonding adhesive designed for the structural bonding of rotolocs, grommets, dishwasher mounts, sink clips into natural stone, granite, marble and porcelain counter top products. Combined at a ratio of 1:1, ClipLock has a working time of 4 to 8 minutes and achieves nearly 90 percent of its ultimate strength in 10 to 15 minutes at room temperature curing. ClipLock provides high strength bonds to the above reference surfaces with generally no preparation effort. ClipLock bonds very strongly to steel, stainless steel, and aluminum metals. ClipLock adhesives are not uv stable, and will yellow over time and must not be used to create imperceptible seams in countertops or for seaming countertops. This yellowing will not affect bond performance, but will affect bond appearance. Due to its high strength, keep groove widths and depths to a minimum, as wide and deep grooves may cause ClipLock to crack the granite upon reacting and shrinking. We are not liable for cracked counter tops due to this effect.

Hi-NicalonTM has great intermediate strength, modulus properties and thermal stability Hi-NicalonTM is under production operation and being qualified by US customers. The process is characterized and manufactured to internal and customer specifications.
