It is suitable for Automotive, building and construction, electrical, and electronic applications, including interior decoration/finishing, gardening tools, exterior parts, and electrical components. Typical applications include housings, functional components, and fixing elements. Pre-drying conditions should be in an air-circulating dryer 80-120°C for 2-4 hours or in a dry air (desiccant) dryer 80-120°C for 2-3 hours. For best results, processing injection molding should be done at a melt temperature of 200-250°C and a mold temperature of 20-70°C.

MOCOM Compounds ALTECH® PP-B A 4915/500 MR15 is a polypropylene heterophasic copolymer with 15% talcum as a filler/additive system. It has high heat stabilization, processing stabilization, and easy release (demolding) characteristics. The melting temperature for injection molding is 200-250°C and the mold temperature is 20-70°C. This material is suitable for automotive, building and construction market segments with typical applications such as housings, fixing elements, functional components and interior decoration/finishing, gardening tools, clothing/fasteners and exterior parts. To ensure optimum performance, it should be stored in a dry, light-protected environment not exceeding 30°C.

MOCOM Compounds ALTECH® PP-B A 4920/500 MR20 is a polypropylene heterophasic copolymer with a filler/additive system of 20% talcum. It is heat and processing stabilized and has easy flow, release, and molding properties. It is suitable for automotive, sport and leisure, and building and construction applications such as gardening tools, exterior parts, interior decoration/finishing, clothing/fasteners, and sports equipment. Processing injection molding should be done with a melt temperature of 200-250°C and a mold temperature of 20-70°C. It should be stored in a dry, light-protected environment not exceeding 30°C.

MOCOM Compounds ALTECH® PA6 A 4030/109 MR30 is a Polyamide 6 grade containing a 30% mineral filler/additive system and heat stabilized for improved flow characteristics during injection molding. It is suitable for a wide range of automotive, machinery, electrical and electronic, furniture, building and construction, sport and leisure, packaging, medical/personal care, lighting, and information technology applications. Typical applications include racking/shelving, airbag components, batteries, fixing elements, power drills, clips, roof boxes and more. Processing conditions should include a melt temperature of 270-290°C and a mold temperature of 80-100°C for optimal performance, while pre-drying conditions should include 80°C in a dry air (dessiccant) dryer for 2-12 hours, depending on the moisture content.

Trifilon BioLite® 6 is a hemp fiber reinforced heterophasic copolymer with medium flow properties designed for injection molding. This nucleated polypropylene based biocomposite is designed for high impact applications.
