Bullion is a bittering hop used in brewing. It can be used as a substituent for Brewers Gold, Galena, Columbus, Chinook, Northern Brewer.

Styrian Savinjski Golding, which belongs to the Fuggles ecotype, is a traditional hop variety in Slovenia. It is a medium early variety, its optimal picking time in Slovenia being between August 18 and 25. The plants have a cylindrical form of medium width, the lateral shoots being 60 cm long, the vines of medium thickness and slightly purple, leaves green and of medium size. The root system is relatively strong. The rootstock is susceptible to downy mildew, the leaves are resistant, the cones moderately susceptible.

Bohemia Hop Kazbek variety as a flavor variety with citrusy aroma is reccomended for the second hopping and cold hopping. Very good for IPA style beers.

SABRO™ brand HBC 438 was developed by the Hop Breeding Company and released in 2018. SABRO™ is an aroma hop notable for its complexity of fruity and citrus flavors. It imparts distinct tangerine, tropical fruit, and stone fruit aromas with hints of cedar, mint, and cream. SABRO™ is the result of a unique cross pollination of a female neomexicanus.

COMET is a variety with relatively high alpha acids content and provides a "Wild American" aroma. It was released as a high alpha hop from the USDA hop breeding program in 1975 primarily for production in Washington and Idaho. The variety is susceptible to downy mildew but resistant to verticillium wilt.

Hops is used for anxiety, inability to sleep (insomnia) and other sleep disorders, restlessness, tension, excitability, attention deficit-hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), nervousness, and irritability. It is also used to improve appetite, increase urine flow, start the flow of breast milk, as a bitter tonic, and for indigestion. Other uses include prostate cancer, breast cancer, ovarian cancer, high cholesterol, tuberculosis, bladder infections, intestinal cramps, an intestinal disorder called mucous colitis, nerve pain, and prolonged painful erection of the penis (priapism). Hops is sometimes applied to the skin for leg ulcers and as an antibacterial agent. It is also used for skin creams and lotions.

STERLING is an aroma cultivar derived from a diploid seedling from a cross of Saaz and a number of other varieties including cascade, brewer’s gold, early green and German open-pollination. Released in 1998, sterling is moderately resistant to downy and powdery mildews.

Arix Agnus is a selection from hybrid progenies of sládek, bor, saaz, northern brewer, fuggle varieties and other breeding material.

LEMONDROP™ US is Known for encompassing the tartness of fresh lemon as well as the sweetness of the hard candy that is its name sake. This Hopsteiner variety is a descendant of Cascade and also brings to the table a green tea and mint aroma.

GR Hersbrucker is a delicate stunner from the Hallertau region of southern Germany, this noble variety with moderate yields is often grown in place of the famous Hallertauer Mittelfrüh thanks to increased disease resistance. Spicy, floral notes reign, while hay, tobacco, and citrus may also shine through.
