MOUNT HOOD is an aroma variety released in 1989 from the USDA Breeding Program in Oregon. The variety is a triploid daughter of Hallertau mittlefruh and a sister to liberty, with analytical data similar to both. It has low alpha and beta acids content, low cohumulone and high humulene in the essential oil. Mount hood exhibits a pleasant, mild aroma.

Lemondrop™ is the unique Hopsteiner aroma variety- descended from Cascade- expresses not just bright lemon fruitiness, but also a sweetness associated with lemon drop candy. Herbal notes, like green tea and mint, also shine.

AMARILLO®VGXP01c.v. is a branded Hop of recent origin introduced by Virgil Gamache Farms INC.In Washington state. This brand is characterized by mid to high alpha and low cohumulone content.It's aroma is reported to be similar to cascade.

Amarillo® is coveted for its bold orange or tangerine-like flavor and aroma though it’s most popular for dry-hopping. Amarillo® is versatile enough to be used for bittering, too.

Azacca® (ADHA-483) is bred by the American Dwarf Hop Association and named for the Haitian god of agriculture, this hop is descended from the likes of summit and northern brewer. It’s perfect for late additions thanks to intense tropical aromatics like ripe mango.

EL DORADO® Hop brand was released by CLS Farms, LLC in Moxee, WA in 2010. Little information is available about it's pedigree but it is believed to be derived from a neomexicanus subspecies of humulus lupulus. Its primary flavor is fruity, showing a blend of tropical fruit, watermelon and stone fruit.

NZ Wakatu™ is stemming mainly from Hallertauer Mittelfrüh and similarly suited for lagers, this hop was previously called Hallertau Aroma. Considered dual-purpose for its moderate alpha acids, Wakatu is more about its aromas of grass, orange blossom, and lime.

HOOH Organic Hop Idaho7 is great for a variety of flavourful beers. It also has a high alpha acid, making it good for bittering too.

Bullion is a bittering hop used in brewing. It can be used as a substituent for Brewers Gold, Galena, Columbus, Chinook, Northern Brewer.

GR Hüll Melon is another of the modern Special Flavor Hops causing such a stir from the Hop Research Center in Hüll, Germany, this Cascade-derived variety’s name says it all: The sweet, fruity aroma smacks of melon - specifically honeydew- along with apricot and strawberry.

HOOH Organic Hop BC Golding has a savory-like herbal spiciness thanks to its high Humulene content. Other supporting pine-like woody spice character is balanced by fresh, spicy lemon thanks to the high γ-Terpinene content.

HOOH Organic Hop BC Centennial contains more pronounced hoppy characteristics than US Centennial with similarly high Myrcene, Geraniol and Linalool.

Belma® is a dual-purpose varietal named for the road leading to Washington’s Puterbaugh Farms, which found the plant growing up the side of its picking facility. Unique characteristics of strawberry along with melon and other fruits make this a favorite for pale ales.

AU Enigma™ is a hop variety released by the Hop Products Australia breeding program. This high alpha variety is equipped with notes of pinot gris, raspberries, red currant, and light tropical fruit. This "chameleon" of a hop is best utilized late in the brew to maximize its unique flavor and aroma properties.

Styrian Savinjski Golding, which belongs to the Fuggles ecotype, is a traditional hop variety in Slovenia. It is a medium early variety, its optimal picking time in Slovenia being between August 18 and 25. The plants have a cylindrical form of medium width, the lateral shoots being 60 cm long, the vines of medium thickness and slightly purple, leaves green and of medium size. The root system is relatively strong. The rootstock is susceptible to downy mildew, the leaves are resistant, the cones moderately susceptible.

LIBERTY is a triploid variety bred as a cross between a female Hallertau mittlefruh and a downy mildew resistant male German hop. The variety was developed in 1983 from the USDA program at Oregon state university and released in the U.S. In 1991. Of the four triploid Hallertau mittlefruh varieties released, liberty most closely resembles Hallertau mittlefruh.

Azacca® is a dual purpose hop. Azacca®, named for the Haitian god of agriculture, is a hop big in citrus and tropical fruit notes. Its excellent aromatic qualities have quickly made Azacca® a go-to hop for late and dry hop additions in varying styles of beer. It is used for both bittering and aroma.

CLUSTER is one of the oldest varieties grown in the united states. Until the late 1970's, cluster was one of only a few varieties grown in the U.S. and dominated the growing acreage. Alpha acids are medium, aroma is strong and storage stability is among the best in the world.

LEMONDROP™ US is Known for encompassing the tartness of fresh lemon as well as the sweetness of the hard candy that is its name sake. This Hopsteiner variety is a descendant of Cascade and also brings to the table a green tea and mint aroma.

Styrian Golding (Celeia) is Bred from traditional Slovenian and foreign hop germplasm.

Styrian Wolf is a Cross between an European and American germplasm.

CENTENNIAL is named after the Washington state centennial anniversary in 1989, centennial is an aroma-type cultivar developed from the USDA Hop breeding program at Washington state university in 1974 and released in 1990. Centennial is a well blended aroma Hop and is sometimes referred to as super cascade.

Aroostook Willamette is a triploid seedling of Fuggle (ours range from 4-6% alpha acid). The aroma is mild and pleasant, slightly spicy.

CRYSTAL is a triploid variety derived from the German aroma hop variety Hallertau Mittler with primary contributions from Cascade, brewer's gold, and early green. Released in 1993 from the USDA hop breeding program, crystal has become popular in U.S. Craft brewing as a triploid Hallertau.

GR Callista is another hardy aroma variety bred by the Hop Research Center in Hüll, Germany, Callista kicks off intense fruit flavors of passion fruit, apricot, peach, and blackberry, plus some pine. Low alpha acids ensure this will be a late-addition hop.

Styrian Golding B (Bobek) is a diploid hybrid between Northern Brewer and TG seedling of unknown origin.

Bohemia Hop Premiant variety with pleasant aroma and higher and balanced bitterness. Late variety. High yield. Average alpha acids content 7,5 %.

MILL 95 CASCADE US is Known for its spicy citrus aroma, this popular hop was released in 1972 by Oregon State University and was named after the Cascade Mountain Range.

Aroostook Cascade has range of 7-9% alpha acid content is higher than standard. Cascade have a flowery and citrusy aroma, and ours are are also described as "piney".

AZACCA™ was developed through the American Dwarf Hop Association in Yakima and formerly known as Adha 483. Azacca™ is a high Alpha Hop brand which exhibits a complex range of aromas including mango, papaya, orange, grapefruit, lemon, pine, spice, pineapple and grassy.

Apollo™ Hop Pellets (2020) is a newer super high-alpha variety with a low cohumulone level that makes it an excellent bittering hop. Used toward the end of the boil it can contribute flavors and aromas of citrus, grapefruit, orange, pine, resin, and cannabis. Recommended for use in Pale Ales, Extra Pale Ales, and IPAs.

Citra® is citrus incarnate, wafting from beer like freshly squeezed grapefruit with some tropical notes and quickly commanding the attention of the craft brewing industry.
