7147 PTFE-Glass Fabric is a Mechanical Grade PTFE-Glass Fabric is preferred in applications where economy is more important than maximum resistance to chemicals and solvents. In addition to excellent melt stability and good melt strength, NX3024F has excellent grease resistance, toughness, resistance to abrasion, and does not absorb food odors. Nylene NX3024F meets the requirements of FDA regulation 21 CFR 177.1500 for direct food contact. Optimum processing conditions should provide a melt temperature of 480 - 500°F at the die.

Detco Marine FG Pen Lube is designed for use as a penetrating oil for applications requiring a product that meets NSF H1 requirements. FG Pen Lube is used to loosen and free hard to remove nuts, bolts, screws, etc. FG Pen Lube is also an excellent rust inhibitor. Rulon® 1337 is a tan material made entirely from FDA compliant components. It has excellent physical properties and is chemically compatible with most chemicals, except concentrated sulfuric acid. This offers much flexibility in wash-down environments of food and pharmaceutical processing environments. It has a slightly lower coefficient of friction than Rulon J, offering extended life and less abrasion with softer mating surfaces.
