SABIC's Specialties Business LNP ELCRIN 610001UXiQ compound is based on Polycarbonate / Polybutylene Terephthalate (PC/PBT) blend, utilizing ELCRIN iQ upcycling technology containing minimum 12% Post-Consumer Recycling (PCR) weight content. Added features of this grade include: Non-Chlorinated, Non-Brominated Flame Retardant, Good Flow, High Impact, Improved Chemical Resistance, UV Resistant.

SABIC's Specialties Business ULTEM™ Resin 2210R is a 20% Glass fiber filled, enhanced flow Polyetherimide (Tg 217°C) with internal mold release. ECO Conforming, UL94 V0 and 5VA listing. This product does not contain PFAS intentionally added during SHPP’s manufacturing process and are not expected to contain unintentional PFAS impurities. Each user is responsible for evaluating the presence of unintentional PFAS impurities.

SABIC's Specialties Business VALOX™ ENH4530 is a 15% glass reinforced, non-chlorinated/brominated flame retardant Polybutylene Terephthalate (PBT) injection moldable grade with excellent chemical resistance. It has a UL94V0@0.80mm flame rating. This is a good candidate for a variety of applications needing a sustainable FR PBT solution.

SABIC's Specialties Business ULTEM™ Resin 1010R is an unreinforced amorphous polyetherimide (PEI) resin that may offer a high glass transition temperature (Tg of 217°C), improved flow and it contains internal mold release. Features are excellent mechanical, electrical and dimensional properties up to high temperatures. The material may offer very good chemical resistance for an amorphous material and is inherently flame retardant offering UL94 V0 and 5V ratings and aerospace FAR 25.853 compliance. The material is RoHS compliant. The material is available in opaque colors.This product does not contain PFAS intentionally added during SHPP’s manufacturing process and are not expected to contain unintentional PFAS impurities. This material is RoHS compliant, is intrinsically flame retardant without the use of FR modifiers, and offers UL94 V0 at more than 0.5 mm. This material offers excellent dimension stability, strength, stiffness, and creep resistance up to high temperatures due to its high glass transition temperature of 217°C. This material is opaque and can be custom colored. SABIC's ISCC+-certified renewable bio-based solutions are available for this grade via differentiated color nomenclature.

SABIC's Specialties Business CYCOLOY™ FR Resin CX2244ME is a polycarbonate/acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (PC/ABS) blend that is injection moldable, high flow, and non-chlorinated/brominated flame retardant grade. It has a UL94 V0 at 0.75 mm and a 5VB at 1.5 mm flame rating. This grade offers improved chemical resistance compared to standard PC/ABS blends and is a good choice for thin-wall applications and hospital/medical equipment.

SABIC's Specialties Business CYCOLOY CX7240U Polycarbonate/Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene (PC/ABS) blend is an injection moldable, medium flow, non chlorinated/brominated UV stabilized flame retardant grade. It has a UL94 V0@.75mm, 5VA@3.0mm and 5VB@1.5mm flame rating. This grade has improved chemical resistance compared to standard PC/ABS blends and is a good candidate for thin wall applications.

This material is RoHS compliant, intrinsically flame retardant without the use of FR modifiers, and offers UL94 V0 at over 0.5 mm. It offers excellent dimensional stability, strength, stiffness, and creep resistance at high temperatures due to its high glass transition temperature of 217°C. This material is opaque and can be custom colored. SABIC offers renewable bio-based solutions certified by ISCC+ for this grade, which are available through differentiated color nomenclature.

SABIC's Specialties Business ULTEM™ Resin 1010UCL is an amorphous, transparent polyetherimide (PEI) thermoplastic offering enhanced flow and a glass transition temperature (Tg) of 217°C. 1010UCL offers the same performance as ULTEM 1010 resin and offers further enhanced cleanliness control for (optical) applications. The natural (uncolored) version of this grade is compliant with RoHS and also with Halogen Free standards as IEC 61249-2-21 and e.g. IPC 4101E. For colored versions, compliance needs to be checked case by case.

Cel Components S.R.L. Pet Foam T90.210 is a closed-cell, thermoplastic and recyclable polymer foam with excellent fire, smoke & toxicity (FST) properties. It has very good mechanical properties and an extraordinary resistance to fatigue, is chemically stable, UV-resistant and has negligible water absorption. It is thermally stable during high temperature processing and post curing. Pet Foam T90.210 is designed for easy use with all resin systems and processing technologies. Pet Foam T90.210 is the ideal core material for structural sandwich applications requiring high fire resistance.

ALTAFLUOR® 450 HP PFA (high purity perfluoroalkoxy) is commonly chosen for applications involving extreme chemical resistance combined with high purity requirements. Although HP PFA is available in a variety of resin grades, the tubing is made from a high molecular weight, high purity resin that provides excellent chemical resistance, highest purity levels (extractable data available upon request) and smooth surface finish. ALTAFLUOR 450 SERIES HP PFA does not impart taste or odor and is ideal for use with flare or conventional fittings.

Melor PVC-U enhanced impact strength is an extruded sheet with high chemical resistance used for signs and laminations etc.

INOFLON® 220 has good flow with high bulk density and good mold filling behavior and it is used in automatic and isostatic molding of parts, molded sheets, small diameter and thin wall thickness tube.

ALTAFLUOR® 480 UHP PFA (ultra high purity perfluoroalkoxy) is the product of choice for applications involving extreme chemical resistance combined with high purity requirements. Although HP PFA is available in a variety of resin grades, ALTAFLUOR® 480 UHP PFA tubing is made exclusively from a high molecular weight, high purity resin that provides excellent chemical resistance, (even to common fluorosurfactants), highest purity levels, low permeation levels and smoothest surface finish.
