Below 7 mol EO, they appear as cloudy, colorless liquids at 23°C and tend to form sediment. When the EO degree reaches 8 mol or higher, it manifests as colorless pastes. Lutensol® AT 50 Flakes (C16-18 fatty alcohol ethoxylates) are nonionic surfactants. They are alkyl polyethylene glycol ethers derived from a linear, saturated C16-C18 fatty alcohol and are offered in a range from medium EO degree to high EO degree.

Lutensol® TO 10 (C13-oxo alcohol ethoxylates) are nonionic surfactants derived from saturated iso-C13-alcohol, offering low, medium, and high EO degrees. Medium and high EO degrees are water-diluted grades, ensuring a liquid form. These surfactants are specifically designed for applications requiring strong wetting, emulsification, and soil removal capabilities due to their inherent structure.

CSR Plus® LF is a more aggressive cleaner of scaled concrete or painted steel surfaces and is less corrosive than most acidic de-scalers. Cleaning air stripper media with CSR Plus® LF is an alternative to costly media replacement. This is a liquid descaling product for the removal of heavy calcium carbonate and other mineral deposits from filtration basins, troughs, clarifiers, and other accessible water treatment plant surfaces. CSR Plus® LF is also used to clean air stripper media or as an off-line pipeline treatment. CSR Plus® LF is not a potable water treatment additive and therefore cannot be injected directly into potable water.

AMMONYX® CSO-Z is an amphoteric surfactant suitable for various cleaning applications, including hard surface applications like degreasers and laundry applications. ALPHA-STEP® MC-48 is an anionic surfactant derived from oleochemicals, serving as a hydrotrope for solubilizing highly active systems. It exhibits favorable performance in hard water conditions, showcasing tolerance and lime soap dispersing ability. It is a readily soluble liquid with a ph range of 4 to 9, finding applications in household and industrial products.

MAKON® 12 functions as a high-active nonionic surfactant of great utility across agricultural applications, detergents, sanitizers, industrial cleaners, metal cleaners, textiles, and paper deinking. MAKON® 12's role encompasses being an emulsifier, adjuvant, and wetting agent. The product bears kosher certification.

BIO-SOFT® N23-3 is a c12-13 linear alcohol ethoxylate that provides moderate wetting, low foam, emulsification, and detergency. BIO-SOFT® E-678 is a nonionic fatty alcohol ethoxylate surfactant known for its moderate and stable foam, high detergency, and versatility. It finds use in detergents, dishwashing, and hand soaps. This water-soluble surfactant is remarkably effective even at low concentrations and performs well in both warm and hot water applications. STEPANTEX® VK 90 is a diester fabric softener quaternary with commendable softening, cold water dispersibility, and rewetting properties. BIO-SOFT® N91-6 is a c9-11 linear alcohol ethoxylate with a low pour point and high hlb, excelling in fast wetting, moderate foam, emulsification, and detergency. ONYXIDE® 3300 is a registered biocide with a unique saccharinate counterion, distinguishing it from conventional n-alkyl dimethylbenzyl ammonium chloride (adbac). While it has limited water solubility (<0.01%), larger quantities can be solubilized by adding other surfactants or certain solvents (alcohols, glycols, or glycol ethers). It offers an alternative to traditional biocides with chloride counterions, thereby mitigating the severe metal corrosivity linked to them.

STEPANATE® AXS is an anionic surfactant providing hydrotropic/solubilizing and coupling properties. It is used in light-duty cleaners, heavy-duty cleaners, wax strippers, and dishwashing detergents. STEPANTEX® CO-30 operates as a castor oil ethoxylate fulfilling the roles of a lubricating and emulsifying agent in metalworking applications. It is part of the castor oil ethoxylates chemical group and functions as both an emulsifier and solubilizer. It holds kosher certification.

STEOL® CS-270 C is a high-active, concentrated paste at 70% activity level. This 2-mole sodium laureth sulfate functions effectively across various applications, including detergents, dishwashers, laundry products, shampoos, bath products, liquid hand soaps, and industrial cleaners. Its robust foaming capacity remains consistent irrespective of water hardness, and its low skin irritation properties are noteworthy. Furthermore, it is suitable as an additive and scouring agent in textile and agricultural applications.

BTC® 25M-SC is a quaternary compound used in institutional and industrial cleaning, water treatment, gas/oil drilling, and wood preservation. It can be incorporated into gas/oil recovery injection water systems and packer fluids. This biocidal active is associated with a u.S. Epa-registered end-use formulation meeting the criteria for combating emerging viral pathogens. Such formulations can be used as hard surface disinfectants against sars-cov-2, the virus responsible for covid-19.

STEPANQUAT® 888 shares similarities with the aforementioned products, serving as a quaternary designed to efficiently manage deodorization and odor control for hard surface applications, including hard surface cleaners (both dilutable and ready-to-use) and kitchen cleaners.
