FR Eco-Additive™ is a combination of Avtec’s TSWB® fire retarding and smoke suppressing additive and a crystalline graphite. FR Eco-Additive™ may be combined with composite resins and film forming binders to manufacture paints and coatings. Upon exposure to fire or high radiant heat the TSWB ® mitigates flammability and smoke generation as the graphite expands to form a thick insulating surface covering. This felt-like surface provides fire and heat resistance for assemblies that must meet prescribed burn-through and hourly fire rating criteria, e.g., ASTM E119, UL1709.FR Eco-Additive™ is a non-toxic antimony and bromine-free powder that disperses easily in both solvent and aqueous based resins. GreenTEC Pro Carbon is a biopolymer made from renewable resources with10% carbon fiber. The material offers high rigidity, very good mechanical properties and an increased temperature resistance. In addition, the raw material is approved according to the REACH- and RoHS-Standards.

High-purity silicone adhesives offer efficiencies in manufacturing by maximizing throughput. From biocompatible adhesives to high-temperature space-grade adhesives, NuSil® high-performance silicones from Avantor® are formulated to provide the strongest bond for a wide range of substrates in the most demanding environments.

Due to its thermal and mechanical properties, this amorphous material belongs to the polymer group of standard plastics. The material has a high surface hardness, but is not UV-stable. ABS is suitable for galvanized components.

Stearocling Way Oils are formulated for the sliding ways of machine tools. They are formulated with high viscosity index base stocks combined with special extreme pressure friction modifiers that yield extremely low values in Cincinnati Milacron’s stick-slip test. As a result these oils are more stable to viscosity fluctuations and are able to overcome the slip-stick commonly associated with slow moving parts. Stearocling Way Oils also contain a package that eliminates the possibility of contamination through emulsification between the coolant and the way lube.

Michem Dispersion Urethanes are water based polyurethane dispersions that can enhance toughness, scratch resistance, water resistance and flexibility of coatings. Michem Dispersion Urethanes are useful for industrial wood, concrete, and metal substrates.

Cerex® - chemically bonded nylon 6,6 fabrics exhibit excellent uniformity, plus high tensile and tear strength even at low fabric weights.
