Eurothane Eurothane HT 193 ACC/2 is a high temperature TPU. Resistance to abrasion, flex cracking, cutting and tearing are all taken to a significantly higher level together with rebound resilience and very low compression set at elevated temperatures. The upper continuous-use temperature limit has for some PPDI elastomers been raised from 85ºC for conventional TPU to a remarkable 135ºC.

GM 986-1 Comp. B (Amine) can be subject to color variations due to raw materials, but these color variations have no influence on the quality and the properties of the product. This material is most suitable for high pressure molding plants with high molding pressure and temperature resistance. For application at 60°C Shore hardness D is between 60-62! The postcured material is not UV stable and darkens by and by. However according to our experience the change in color does not affect its utilizability. As bonding agent on aluminum support we recommend our PU coupling paste KP 8. The material is also dimensionally stable at high temperatures. At a mold temperature of approx. 60°C a Shore hardness D of 62-64 will still be reached. Due to remanent brittleness, for complicated geometries we recommend demoulding after 48 hrs. The product can be subject to color variations due to raw materials, but these color variations have no influence on the quality and the properties of the product. Seal porous mold surfaces first (ebalta mold sealer). For optimum mold releasing we recommend a special release agent (like T1-1), which can be applied easily with a brush or be sprayed. Releasing of the mold 2-3 times, evaporate for about 20 min. after each releasing.

Silpak RU-440 is a liquid, two-component, 100% solids Urethane Elastomer RTV that is easy to process. This system is offers good strength properties with excellent library shelf-life. Use to make molds or rubber parts. Molds are used to cast concrete, wax, and plaster parts.

Brandonite® 1700-70D contains features such as Excellent low temperature flexibility and elasticity.

PT Flex 85 are two-component, fast-setting polyurethane rubbers that cure at room temperature (RTV). Available in a variety of hardnesses, these products are excellent for prototyping and model making applications and for the casting of production parts, props, tools, and more.

HyPUR-cel® T0503 is an open-cell polyether-based polyurethane foam, that demonstrates cost effective utility for general industrial, footwear, automotive, and flexographic printing applications. Available in a broad range of density, firmness, and thickness options, converters, and fabricators with versatility and function. which is breathable, dimensionally stable, and readily thermoformable with a multitude of color and functional additive options.

Silpak RU-485 are two-component, high performance, 100% solids Urethane Elastomers developed for their toughness and ease of processing. Applications include automotive and concrete tooling, rapid prototyping, Special FX, and any application where high resiliency, durability, and a firm rubber are required.

DAIPLACOAT RHC-530 CLEAR is a crosslinked poly-urethane finely divided particle, developed by our advanced polymerization technique for paints and coatings.

Smooth-Cast™ ONYX™ SLOW is a mercury-free urethane resin that cures at room temperature to a deep black, solid plastic. ONYX™ resins offer the convenience of a 1A:1B by volume mix ratio and have very low viscosities, so they are easy to mix and pour. ONYX™ resins have an ultimate Shore hardness of 80D and offer higher physical properties and higher heat resistance vs. other general purpose resins. ONYX™ resins are available in 2 speeds. ONYX™ FAST resin has a pot life of 2.5 minutes and a cure time of 10-15 minutes, while ONYX™ SLOW has a pot life of 5 minutes and a cure time of 90 minutes.

Ebalta SG 700 A / PUR 5 is a two-component-Polyurethane casting resin, which cures very fast at room temperature. The very good workability and the excellent mechanical properties makes SG 700 a material with versatile application possibilities. ebalta SG 700 A is even more abrasion-resistant, but not so well workable by machine. Displacements, even made of wood, can be filled in. Material should be carefully stirred up/ shaked before use.

TRUFAST® Roofing Adhesive is a two-component, low-rise, construction grade, polyurethane foam adhesive designed to adhere approved roof insulations, thermal barriers, cover boards and fleece backed single- ply membranes to acceptable substrates. This VOC, CFC, HCFC and solvent free adhesive is quickly and easily applied. Trufast Roofing Adhesive is applied in continuous ribbons or beads spaced 4”, 6” or 12” on center depending on the project and code requirements. FM approved assemblies over various deck types are available.

Miller-Stephenson Chemical MS-472C Urethane Coating is a non-flammable, solvent-based, one-component polyurethane conformal coating that be applied by brush, spray or dip methods. Our coating provides excellent electrical and barrier properties in a thin-film applications on components and PCBs. When fully cured, the applied urethane coating exhibits superior toughness, abrasion resistance, and excellent moisture and chemical resistance. MS-472C will maintain its properties even after long exposure to the elements with minimal color change.

Ebalta GM 727 is a well castable two components polyurethane casting resin, curing slowly at room temperature. This casting resin is particularly suitable for solid casting of dimensionally accurate large-volume models with high temperature resistance. Due to low mixing viscosity of GM 727 you can add 70% filler F-B and about 50% plastic granules to reduce shrinkage to approx. 0.05%.

BC 8675E is a multi-purpose elastomer that can perform many functions. Typical product features are: easy to use, cures at room temperature, resists moisture absorption, excellent in use for molds for casting of concrete and plaster, does not contain MOCA, MDA, TDI or MDI. Product uses include: mold fabrication, shock absorbent pads and liners, excellent as an adhesive for high strength and resilient bonds, electrical potting and cable sealing applications, various types of urethane rubber parts.

ACCUAPUR 4502 aliphatic polyurethane aqueous dispersion, polyether base and solvent free.

Simon Quimica RHT 979 is a solvent based aliphatic polyurethane resin used to make synthetic leather and to formulate lacquers. It is used for PVC and PU in process transfer.

Bondthane™ UD-420 is a soft, flexible, VOC-free aliphatic nonionic hydrophilic polyurethane. The UD-420 has a different backbone than the UD-410 and the dried film also has less residual tack and a drier feel.

POLIBRID® 706 is a tough, flexible and resilient elastomeric polyurethane designed primarily for spray application over geotextile fabrics for the production of geomembrane liners. POLIBRID 706 produces a dense monolithic membrane that is permanently bonded to the geotextile fabric, resulting in a strong, highly impermeable geomembrane liner. It withstands concentrated loads and surface deflections without tearing or breaking. Does not require an earth cover as it is physically unaffected by exposure to UV. Easy to repair by hand at any time if needed and repair kits are available.

Poolkemie POLIMOLD TR 40 is a two component room temperature vulcanising poly-urethane rubber which cures with addition of the appropriate hardener. Once cured, this rubber becomes flexible and resistant, free from air bubbles and imperfections. It is suitable in the manufacture of molds for production of articles made of plaster and cement thanks to its accurate reproduction of fine details and due to its extremely low linear shrinkage.

VitaPUR® 5000 is a range of Polyether based Polyurethane Elastomers. The system has been specifically designed to provide easy process-ability with excellent physical properties. VitaPUR® 5000 core polyurethane elastomer systems blend polyether polyol and MDI isocyanate, which are both liquid at room temperature.

Miracll Chemicals E 190 is a polyester-based thermoplastic polyurethane used for wide variety of applications.

BARLOG plastics GmbH Kebaflex® / U A85 ST C01 is a TPU with a Shore hardness of A 85. It is characterized by its excellent flowability and is also suitable for thin-walled components. BC 8782 produces a high impact rigid 82 Shore D material that is commonly used to make clear or tinted castings of all kinds. When used at room temperature castings 1/8 " thick or larger can readily be cast. Castings that are less than 1/8 " thick generally require a mild post-cure.

RE-FLEX® 1588AJL is highly versatile and can be easily processed by injection molding, extrusion, blow molding, vacuum forming, solution coating and compounding. Parts made from RE-FLEX can be welded, sterilized, printed, painted, laser marked, colored, machined and die-cut.
