It is suitable for building and construction, automotive, packaging, and injection molded parts, exterior parts, clothing/fasteners, and interior decoration/finishing applications. Pre-drying conditions are in a dry air (dessiccant) dryer 80-120°C for 2-3 hours, or an air circulating dryer 80-120°C for 2-4 hours. Processing Injection molding requires a melt temperature of 200-250°C and a mold temperature of 20-70°C. It should be dry and stored in a cool place, not above 30°C.

MOCOM Compounds ALTECH® NXT PP -H A 2330/456.02 GF20 GB10 CP is a polypropylene homopolymer with 20% glass fibers and 10% glass beads that is chemically coupled, high heat stabilized, high stiffness, low emission, and heat stabilized. It is suitable for pre-drying conditions in an air circulating dryer at 80-120°C for 2-4 hours and in a dry air (dessiccant) dryer at 80-120°C for 2-3 hours. It can be processed using injection molding with a melt temperature of 200-250°C and a mold temperature of 20-70°C. This material is suitable for automotive applications such as clothing/fasteners and functional components.

MOCOM Compounds ALTECH® PP-B A 2030/150 GF30 CP is a heterophasic copolymer made of polypropylene and 30% glass fibers, coupled together chemically and easy to remove. It is heat and processing stable, and is suitable for injection molding with melt temperatures of 200-250°C and mold temperatures of 20-70°C. It is most commonly used for automotive purposes such as functional components, powertrain parts, housings, fixing elements, interior and exterior decoration and finishing. To ensure optimal results, it should be pre-dried in a dry air (dessiccant) dryer or air circulating dryer at temperatures of 80-120°C for 2-4 hours.

MOCOM Compounds ALTECH® PP-B A 4920/500 MR20 is a polypropylene heterophasic copolymer with a filler/additive system of 20% talcum. It is heat and processing stabilized and has easy flow, release, and molding properties. It is suitable for automotive, sport and leisure, and building and construction applications such as gardening tools, exterior parts, interior decoration/finishing, clothing/fasteners, and sports equipment. Processing injection molding should be done with a melt temperature of 200-250°C and a mold temperature of 20-70°C. It should be stored in a dry, light-protected environment not exceeding 30°C.
