SABIC's Specialties Business ULTEM 1010M Resin is an unreinforced amorphous polyetherimide (PEI) resin that may offer a high glass transition temperature (Tg) of 217°C, improved flow and it contains a reduced level of internal mold release. Features are excellent mechanical, electrical and dimensional properties up to high temperatures. The material may offer very good chemical resistance for an amorphous material and is inherently flame retardant. The material is RoHS compliant. The material is available in opaque colors. SABIC's Specialties Business LNP ELCRIN 610001UiQ2 (also known as ELCRIN ER011568) is a non-brominated, non-chlorinated flame retardant Polycarbonate / Polybutylene Terephthalate (PC/PBT) alloy, utilizing iQ PBT generation 2 technology with minimum 12% post consumer recycled content. Added features of this material include: good impact strength, good chemical resistance, improved heat resistance, bright white color achievable, UL V-0 rating at 1.5 mm thickness and easy flow ability.

SABIC's Specialties Business CYCOLOY CX7240 Polycarbonate/Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene (PC/ABS) blend is an injection moldable, medium flow, non chlorinated/brominated flame retardant grade. It has a UL94 V0@.75mm, 5VA@3.0mm and 5VB@1.5mm flame rating. This grade has improved chemical resistance compared to standard PC/ABS blends and is a good candidate for thin wall applications.

This UV stabilized, medium flow resin features UL f1/V-0/5VA rating with non-chlorinated, non-brominated flame retardant agents for wide range of colors. EXL9330 is an excellent candidate for a broad range of applications such as mobile phones, tablets, industrial housings, electric circuit protection, personal safety helmets, electric vehicle supply equipment (EVSE) housings and connectors.

Stanyl® TW341 is a high-performance polyamide that provides unmatched performance and value for demanding applications in which superior heat resistance, design stiffness, wear and friction, and process flow qualities are required. This high-performance polyamide 46 is used for applications in automotive, E&E, gears, and outdoor power equipment. Since it retains its mechanical properties at high temperatures up to 220 °C, this makes it ideal for extremely high-performance applications, where it outperforms PPA, PA6T, PA9T, and often PPS and LCP. A suitable processing technology for the product is injection molding. Special features include being heated, stabilized, and lubricated.

MOCOM Compounds ALTECH® PP-H A 3020/100 GB20 is a Polypropylene Homopolymer with 20% glass beads, heat stabilized, easy release (demolding), and processing stabilized. It is suitable for building and construction, automotive, packaging, and injection molded parts, exterior parts, clothing/fasteners, and interior decoration/finishing applications. Pre-drying conditions are in a dry air (dessiccant) dryer 80-120°C for 2-3 hours, or an air circulating dryer 80-120°C for 2-4 hours. Processing Injection molding requires a melt temperature of 200-250°C and a mold temperature of 20-70°C. It should be dry and stored in a cool place, not above 30°C.

MOCOM Compounds ALTECH® PA6 B 2030/500 GF30 is a polyamide 6-based polymer with a 30% glass fiber filler/additive system. It is glycol, hot oil, and chemically resistant, has good flow, easy release properties, and is highly heat stabilized. This polymer is suitable for automotive, building and construction, and machinery applications, and can be used in the manufacturing of engine and drive systems, injection molded parts, clothing/fasteners, and exterior parts. Typical applications include different automotive powertrain parts, oil pans/sumps, and functional components, as well as housings.

MOCOM Compounds ALTECH® NXT PP -H A 2330/456.02 GF20 GB10 CP is a polypropylene homopolymer with 20% glass fibers and 10% glass beads that is chemically coupled, high heat stabilized, high stiffness, low emission, and heat stabilized. It is suitable for pre-drying conditions in an air circulating dryer at 80-120°C for 2-4 hours and in a dry air (dessiccant) dryer at 80-120°C for 2-3 hours. It can be processed using injection molding with a melt temperature of 200-250°C and a mold temperature of 20-70°C. This material is suitable for automotive applications such as clothing/fasteners and functional components.

MOCOM Compounds ALTECH® PP-B A 2030/150 GF30 CP is a heterophasic copolymer made of polypropylene and 30% glass fibers, coupled together chemically and easy to remove. It is heat and processing stable, and is suitable for injection molding with melt temperatures of 200-250°C and mold temperatures of 20-70°C. It is most commonly used for automotive purposes such as functional components, powertrain parts, housings, fixing elements, interior and exterior decoration and finishing. To ensure optimal results, it should be pre-dried in a dry air (dessiccant) dryer or air circulating dryer at temperatures of 80-120°C for 2-4 hours.

MOCOM Compounds ALTECH® PP-B A 4920/500 MR20 is a polypropylene heterophasic copolymer with a filler/additive system of 20% talcum. It is heat and processing stabilized and has easy flow, release, and molding properties. It is suitable for automotive, sport and leisure, and building and construction applications such as gardening tools, exterior parts, interior decoration/finishing, clothing/fasteners, and sports equipment. Processing injection molding should be done with a melt temperature of 200-250°C and a mold temperature of 20-70°C. It should be stored in a dry, light-protected environment not exceeding 30°C.
