These Product Selection pages will enable you to quickly locate compounds that meet your specifications. Compounds are grouped by product type/families. Among them are products for most major FKM end-use applications and manufacturing processes. Cri-Line® FKM compounds range from 50 to 95 durometer, 65% to 71% Fluorine, bisphenol or peroxide cure system, and specialty grades such as BRE (base resistant) and low temperature. Compounds are generally supplied in several standard colors, but can be customized to support any color program. A Cri-Line® compound that you have ordered will arrive at your receiving dock accompanied by a certificate of compliance (including test data) for the lot shipped and ready for immediate processing without further modification.

Paracril NBR grades are produced by cold and hot polymerization process. The cold process yields linear polymers with good processing characteristics and solubility in polar solvents. The hot polymerization process leads to more branching. Branching in the hot Paracril grades is more developed in the higher viscosity grades. The hot polymers offer improved green strength. &rosslinNed 3aracril N%5 grades are unique in processing and function.

MERICAT™ technology from Merichem® has been successfully used in gasoline/naphtha, condensate and crude oil streams for the sweetening of mercaptan compounds. With our proprietary FIBER FILM® Contactor as the mass transfer device, MERICAT™ uses caustic/catalyst/air as treating reagents.

Material & Design Solutions’ (MDS) Petroz™ perfluoroelastomer (FFKM) is a superior choice for sealing in the most challenging environments. Effective at temperatures up to 250°C (482°F), Petroz compounds have a broad chemical resistance in aggressive chemical environments such as H2S, amine-based (high pH) corrosion inhibitors, organic solvents, and strong acids. These compounds also offer a significantly lower compression set compared to competitive products providing longevity and a more effective sealing solution. Petroz FFKM compounds are designed to operate and excel in high temperature, high pressure, and hostile chemical environments. In addition, Petroz 595 has superior rapid gas decompression (RGD) resistance and has demonstrated excellent RGD resistance in laboratory (ISO 23936-2 and NORSOK M-170) testing. Petroz compounds are totally fluorinated and offer the ultimate chemical resistance required in downhole applications as well as in mechanical seals, pumps, and valves in a variety of industries.

Our family of BEAVERLOC® adhesive treated fibers offers the hose engineer a broad spectrum of solutions for a wide variety of rubber types including EPDM, Butyl, CPE, CSM, Vamac, Acrylic, Nitrile, Neoprene and many other rubber compounds.  In addition to adhesion, benefits include more efficient processing, better packaging and a cleaner running fiber.  Our engineered adhesives are available on our full line of industrial fibers.
