MAKON® 17R2 is a nonionic reverse eo/po block copolymer renowned for its fast-breaking, low-foaming, and defoaming attributes. It finds application across diverse industries, including industrial, institutional, pulp and paper, textiles, paints and coatings, and more. Its usage is relevant in metalworking fluids, defoamers, dispersants, industrial lubricants, plasticizers, pulp and paper processing, rinse aids, and textile processing. As with other products in the makon® range, it is a low-ash product.

MAKON® L62 is a nonionic eo/po block copolymer with properties like low foaming and good oil-in-water emulsification. Its versatility covers an array of markets, including household, industrial, institutional, agriculture, paints and coatings, pulp and paper, and textiles. It finds its niche in metal cleaning, spray washing, warewashing, rinse aids, general-purpose cleaning, textile wetting, and agricultural pesticide formulations. As with other makon® products, it maintains the characteristic of being a low-ash product.

SILFAR® 350 is a polydimethylsiloxane derived from the hydrolysis and polycondensation of dichlorodimethylsilane and chlorotrimethylsilane. Its degree of polymerization (n) is adjusted to achieve a mean kinematic viscosity of 350 mm²/s at 25°C. This versatile product finds application in both the pharmaceutical and food sectors. In the pharmaceutical industry, it is commonly used in antiflatulence and antacid preparations.

VINNAPAS® EP 4600 is a vinyl acetate-ethylene (VAE) copolymer dispersion stabilized with polyvinyl alcohol. It possesses a glass transition temperature (Tg) of +5°C. This dispersion was specifically formulated to have a low viscosity and high solids content, allowing it to accommodate high levels of fillers.

VINNAPAS® EP 708 (NJG) is a high-viscosity vinyl acetate-ethylene copolymer dispersion. It demonstrates excellent machinability and strong wet tack. Additionally, it offers enhanced adhesion to films, including polyvinyl chloride. VINNAPAS® EP 708 (NJG) is chemically stable at both high and low pH. It has very high plasticizer and solvent viscosity thickening responses. It is compatible with an assortment of resins, solvents, plasticizers, and other modifiers, as well as the other VINNAPAS® EP dispersions.

VINNAPAS® 920 is a carboxylated, poly(vinyl alcohol) stabilized, vinyl acetate-ethylene (VAE) copolymer dispersion with a glass transition temperature (Tg) of -20 °C. It offers excellent flow, wetting, and adhesion to a wide variety of polymeric films, coatings, and other difficult substrates.

VINNOL® H 15/45 M Special is a specialized carboxylate-containing terpolymer composed of approximately 84 wt.% vinyl chloride (VC), 15 wt.% vinyl acetate (VAc), and 0.5 wt.% dicarboxylic acid. Its primary application is as a binder for surface coating compounds and printing inks. This thermoplastic and physically drying binder creates a film as the solvent within the formulation evaporates.

WACKER® L 057 is a 100% water-dispersible, hydrolytically stable polyether-functional polydimethylsiloxane. WACKER® L 057 can be used in a wide range of applications, such as the textile industry, polishes, cleaners, and the plastics industry. WACKER® L 057 exhibits both special lubricant properties and antistatic action.

DEHESIVE® 953 is a solvent-based, addition-crosslinkable silicone ideal for release coatings. It cures quickly, provides excellent release stability, and has a long bath life. It can be used for coating PE-laminated paper and paper, as well as thermoplastic films such as polyethylene (PE) and polypropylene (PP).

VINNOL® H 15/50 is a copolymer comprising approximately 85 wt.% vinyl chloride (VC) and 15 wt.% vinyl acetate (VAc). It serves as a binder for surface coating compounds and printing inks. As a thermoplastic and physically drying binder, VINNOL® H 15/50 creates a film as the solvent in the formulation evaporates.

DEHESIVE® 920 is a solvent-free, addition-curing silicone fluid that forms an integral part of a multicomponent system. When combined with a crosslinker, platinum catalyst, and potentially a CRA® release modifier, it is employed to apply a release coating onto paper and filmic substrates.

DEHESIVE® 955 is a solvent-based, addition-crosslinkable, two-component silicone system recommended for release coatings. It offers excellent release stability, excellent anchorage to polyester films, and a good bath life. DEHESIVE® 955 can be used for coating PE-laminated paper, polyester films (PET), and papers.

DEHESIVE® 908 is a solventless, addition-curing silicone fluid designed for release applications on both paper and filmic substrates. It is an essential component of a multicomponent release coating used in the manufacturing of paper and filmic release liners. These liners play a crucial role in the production of single- and double-sided industrial laminates.

VINNAPAS® 401 is a vinyl acetate-ethylene copolymer dispersion stabilized with polyvinyl alcohol and has a glass transition temperature (Tg) of -15 °C. It is specifically formulated to provide easy clean-up, extended open time, and exceptional film flexibility. VINNAPAS® 401 is commonly used as a base for adhesives, offering a well-rounded combination of excellent wet tack, fast setting, strong adhesion, and heat resistance.

DEHESIVE® SF 500 is a solvent-free, addition-curing silicone fluid. It is part of a multi-component system. Combined with a crosslinker, platinum catalyst, and others, it is used to apply a release coating on paper and filmic substrates. It is part of a release coating for paper and filmic pressure-sensitive laminates. Examples include uses for single- and double-sided industrial release laminates.

SILFAR® E 1049 is a silicone fluid emulsion specifically formulated for a wide range of applications, including those in the food and pharmaceutical industries. It is composed of components that meet the necessary standards outlined in the relevant EP and USP monographs. SILFAR® E 1049 can be utilized as an excipient in pharmaceutical products, although it cannot be used as an active pharmaceutical ingredient.

VINNAPAS® EF 104 is a vinyl acetate-ethylene copolymer (VAE) dispersion stabilized with surfactants. It has a glass transition temperature (Tg) of 14 °C and is designed as a high-performance and cost-effective binder for paperboard and specialty paper coating applications. This polymer dispersion offers a good rheology response when formulated at high coating solids. It also provides excellent dry pick and good to excellent wet pick performance.

WACKER® Crosslinker V 72 US is an emulsified hydrogenpolysiloxane that contains reactive Si-H groups. This product is specifically designed for addition-curing coating applications in the production of release, baking, and hygiene papers. It offers extremely fast curing, significantly low platinum consumption, and facilitates easy mixing and metering.

SILFOAM® SE 2660 SIMETH.EM is a medium- to high-viscosity antifoam emulsion that finds application in various industries. This silicone fluid emulsion, based on E 900, is exclusively permitted for use as a processing aid in food applications. It is crucial for food producers to ensure that only technically unavoidable traces of SILFOAM® SE 2660 SIMETH.EM are present in the final food product.

VINNOL® H 40/43 is a copolymer composed of approximately 66 wt.% vinyl chloride (VC) and approximately 34 wt.% vinyl acetate (VAc). Its primary application is as a binder for surface coating compounds and printing inks. This thermoplastic binder undergoes physical drying, resulting in the formation of a film once the solvent in the formulation has evaporated.

VINNAPAS® EP 6420 is an aqueous dispersion containing a 55% copolymer of vinyl acetate and ethylene. It is produced without the use of plasticizers and is currently being introduced for industrial use. This product provides good adhesion to various plastic surfaces, resulting in permanently flexible adhesive joints.

VINNOL® H 40/55 is a copolymer comprising approximately 62 wt.% vinyl chloride (VC) and approximately 38 wt.% vinyl acetate (VAc). Its primary application lies in serving as a binder for surface coating compounds and printing inks. Functioning as a thermoplastic, physically drying binder, VINNOL® H 40/55 undergoes film formation once the solvent present in the formulation has evaporated.

VINNAPAS® EF 539 is an aqueous dispersion of a vinyl acetate-ethylene (VAE) copolymer. It was specifically formulated as an environmentally friendly binder for intermediate-grade caulk formulations. The manufacturing process excludes the use of alkylphenol ethoxylates (APEOs), ensuring a reduced environmental impact. No formaldehyde or formaldehyde donors are intentionally added to this product. Furthermore, VINNAPAS® EF 539 has a low glass transition temperature (Tg), which contributes to its desirable performance characteristics.

WACKER® Catalyst PT 5 is a specialized platinum catalyst designed for the efficient thermal curing of both solvent-based and solvent-free addition-crosslinking silicones. VINNAPAS® 323 is a vinyl acetate-ethylene copolymer dispersion stabilized with polyvinyl alcohol and has a glass transition temperature (Tg) of +23 °C. It is specifically developed as a fast-setting and high-heat-resistant dispersion, offering compatibility with fully hydrolyzed PVOH. VINNAPAS® 323 is designed as a base for high-speed packaging applications. It demonstrates excellent wet tack, fast setting properties, and a moderate response to plasticizer thickening.

VINNAPAS® EP 706K (NJG) is a high-viscosity vinyl acetate-ethylene copolymer dispersion with low formaldehyde and low free VAM residue. It exhibits good machinability and strong wet tack, offering improved adhesion to films such as polyvinyl chloride. DEHESIVE® 924 US is a 100% solvent-free, addition-curing silicone intended for coating paper and other substrates. This product offers good release stability, coverage at low silicone coat weights, and fast cure properties, which in turn allow for a low platinum concentration.

SILFAR® SE 88 is a silicone antifoam emulsion suitable for various industries such as food, pharmaceuticals, fermentation processes, and agrochemical formulations. It is specifically designed for European use as a processing aid in food production, based on E 900. It is important for the food manufacturer to ensure that only minimal traces of the product are present in the final food, as per the necessary regulations.

VINNOL® H 30/48 M is a terpolymer consisting of approximately 70 wt.% vinyl chloride (VC), 29 wt.% vinyl acetate (VAc), and 1 wt.% dicarboxylic acid. It contains carboxylate groups within its structure. This product is primarily employed as a binder for surface coating compounds and printing inks. VINNOL® H 30/48 M acts as a thermoplastic, physically drying binder that forms a film upon evaporation of the solvent in the formulation.

VINNAPAS® EP 1400 is a vinyl acetate-ethylene copolymer dispersion stabilized with polyvinyl alcohol. It has a glass transition temperature (Tg) of 0 °C. This high-performance polymer dispersion serves as a cost-competitive alternative for formulating waterborne adhesives, replacing plasticized vinyl-acetate homopolymer packaging adhesives, high wet tack, low solids poly(vinyl alcohol), and dextrin/starch-based adhesives. It is suitable for various adhesive applications, including conventional non-contact extrusion-applied adhesive systems.

VINNAPAS® EP 708 (ULS) is a high-viscosity vinyl acetate-ethylene copolymer dispersion that offers good machinability and strong wet tack. It provides better adhesion to films, including polyvinyl chloride, and exhibits good adhesion to various plastic surfaces. The adhesive joints formed with this product are permanently flexible and have high cohesion.
