APCM DA 4090 is modified epoxy pre-impregnated system which can cure at 250°F (121°C) for one hour. DA 4090 | DA 4092 can be supplied on any commercially available glass, Kevlar, or graphite fabric. DA 4090 is a one sided pre-impregnated fabric yielding a single sided tack material. DA 4092 is the same system where both sides of the fabric are pre-impregnated yielding a double sided tack material. Both prepreg systems can be used for laminating and honeycomb sandwich construction.

LTNM600/P3/600 is a Sandwich composite felt. It is a fabric with a sandwich structure made of synthetic non-woven core material with uniform glass fiber short layers or glass fiber cloth on both sides, and multi-axial fabric stitched by polyester stitching threads. GMS Composites EP – 284 is a formulated epoxy resin matrix prepreg with long shelf life and improved handling. Park’s E-752-MTS is a toughened; 350°F cure epoxy system designed with improved mechanical properties and damage tolerance that is suitable for primary aircraft structures. Consistent with the E-752 family of epoxies, the E-752-MTS allows flexible and robust processing in Autoclave, Out of Autoclave and Press cures. It exhibits improved toughness and impact strength while maintaining good tack and drapeability for ease of layup.

Toray E732 is a snap cure toughened epoxy resin matrix optimized for press curing (compression molding) prepreg Applicationss. With a cure time of 4 minutes at 160°C (320°F), an onset Tg of 170°C (338°F) is achieved. At this higher temperature, medium-to-high production rates can be accomplished, with customers able to produce beyond 50,000 parts per year. HexPly® M79/M79-LT is a hotmelt, thermosetting, low-exothermic epoxy resin matrix, specifically designed for prepreg applications at which short cure cycles below 100°C are required. M79/M79-LT can be used for manufacture of large industrial components, suitable for cure of thin and thick sections. M79/M79-LT exhibits a long out-life of 8 weeks at ambient conditions. M79 is supplied as moderate tack and M79-LT as low tack resin matrix.

Australian Composites Auspreg UV is a range of UV curable resin impregnated fiber glass prepregs which have been especially designed to cure from a wet plyable form to a completely hard product within minutes through exposure to either outdoors sunlight or high intensity artificial light. The technology is useful for repairing a whole range of surfaces and parts as a long term structural solution to wood, bitumen, concrete, metals and enables repair of damaged materials without the need for costly replacement. It is also highly effective in creating and manufacturing products in place of traditional hand lay up manufacturing, infusion systems, and oven cure methodologies.

APCM DA 4080 is 200°F cure modified epoxy prepreg system which can be prepreged on fiberglass fabric, woven Kevlar, or other woven fabrics. In addition to their low temperature cure capabilities, DA 4080 prepregs have excellent flow to allow for vacuum bag cure conditions. DA 4080 is a one sided pre-impregnated system yielding a single sided tack material. DA 4082 is the same system except that both sides of the fabric are coated yielding a double sided tack material. Both prepregs can be used for laminating and honeycomb sandwich construction.

Toray 8020 is a new generation of toughened epoxy resin systems offering a balance of mechanical properties and excellent surface finish. APCM DA 4518 E-Glass is a modified epoxy system coated on heavy weight unidirectional E-Glass fibers. This product is designed to build excellent unidirectional strength using a minimum number of plies. DA 4518/E-Glass Uni also features extended room temperature out time and service temperatures to 300°F.

APCM DA 4517 is an epoxy prepreg designed for a temperature range of -67°F (-55°C) to 350°F (177°C), with a cure of 180°F (82°C) for three hour. Shorter cures times are available at higher temperatures. The system is designed to be post cured if the higher temperature service range is required.
