HALOX® 430 JM is a non-toxic, heavy metal-free anti-corrosive pigment designed for use in waterborne and solventborne protective coating systems. HALOX® 430 JM is based on a unique synergy between an ion scavenging and passivation mechanism. It is recommended for use in long-term applications where the use of heavy metals, such as zinc, strontium, barium, molybdenum, and chromate, is of concern.

HALOX® SZP-391 is a white, nonrefractive, corrosion-inhibiting pigment that is highly efficient and versatile. It is recommended for use in a wide variety of resin systems, such as alkyds (both traditional and high solids), epoxies, latexes, water-reducible alkyds, high acid value resins, catalyzed baking systems, and vinylidene chloride latexes. Its fine particle size and low oil absorption make HALOX® SZP-391 the preferred pigment for thin-film applications (<1 mil or 25 microns).

The fluorinated segments provide outstanding UV resistance and weatherability as well as chemical resistance, while the vinyl ether segments provide crosslinking sites. LUMIFLON LF-9721 has extremely high hydroxyl functionality and has a high crosslink density after reaction with isocyanates. This resin is useful wherever excellent chemical resistance is required. Sunspheres™ 200 Nm are optically clear, solid fused amorphous microspheres designed for use in a wide variety of coatings, inks, adhesives, powder coatings, and thermoplastics, including UV curable compositions. These sub-micron sized spheres can be used to improve physical and mechanical properties including reduced shrinkage, improved adhesion, impact resistance, and enhanced surface qualities such as hardness, mar and scratch resistance. The average particle size is 200 nanometers and range in size from about 50 nm to 500 nm.

The Sunspheres™ 200 Nm ST- 3 are surface treated*, optically clear, solid fused amorphous microspheres designed for optimum dispersion in coatings, inks, adhesives, and thermoplastics, including UV curable compositions. Cured films show enhanced physical and mechanical properties including increased corrosion resistance, reduced shrinkage, improved adhesion, and enhanced surface qualities such as mar and scratch resistance. This product is particularly useful in improving impact resistance. The average particle size is 200 nanometers and range in size from 50 to 500 nm.

DISPARLON® DA-375 is a solvent-free wetting and dispersing agent, based on polyether phosphate ester, designed for dispersing pigments in Solvent-free coating systems. Effective with filler, organic, and inorganic pigments. DISPARLON® DA-375 can be used with acid catalysts because it will not react with the catalyst.

DISPARLON® DA-325 is a solvent-free wetting and dispersing agent based on an amine salt of polyether phosphate, designed for dispersing pigments in Solvent-free coating systems. Effective with filler, organic, and inorganic pigments.

PEL-SIL™ CL330 is a silicone-based additive consisting of a siloxane backbone and polyethylene-oxide (EO) side chains. It is stable in neutral or mildly acid or alkaline aqueous solutions. The EO component gives PEL-SIL™ CL330 coatings additive its compatibility with water-borne systems. PEL-SIL™ CL330 has excellent wetting and recoatability. It can be used at low dosage levels. PEL-SIL™ CL330 can be recommended for use as a leveling and wetting agent in water-borne paints and coatings in automotive, transportation, construction and aerospace industries. It can also be used in solvent-based and high solid/UV curable coatings as leveling agent. For polyurethane foam coatings, PEL-SIL™ CL330 acts a surfactant and foam cell stabilizer. It is not compatible on the isocyanate side and must be added with the polyol. It exhibits excellent compatibility with most polyol premixes.

DISPARLON® L-1980N is silicone-free acrylic polymer surface control agent for high polarity solventborne systems. Recommended for use in polyester/melamine and urethane coatings and in unsaturated polyester applications for leveling and defoaming properties.

DISPARLON® PFA-231 is a thixotropic agent in paste form consisting of a specially prepared amide wax activated in aromatic free solvent. Develops an exceptionally strong thixotropic structure for anti-settling and anti-sag properties in a wide variety of applications and resin systems.

Jalpon™ 5312 is a high solids, lower VOC rust preventive concentrate comprised of gelled calcium sulfonate, oxidate, waxes and other ingredients which yields a relatively dripless, long term waxy rust preventive coating.

TRI-REZ® Polyol 1030-90 is a non-crystalline low viscosity saturated linear polyester polyol designed for polyurethane based coatings, adhesives and foams. The hydrophobic flexible structure of TRI-REZ® Polyol 1030- 90 makes it an ideal polyol for formulating high solids and waterborne polyurethane resins.

Polymac® HS 220-2015 is a high solids aliphatic polyester featuring high gloss and excellent clarity and color. It is designed to provide 2.8 VOC compliant coatings that exhibit superior weatherability, excellent durability and a balance of film properties, including skydrol resistance. Polymac® HS 220-2015 is an excellent blending resin for acrylics and similar resins to enhance film performance and VOC in either isocyanate or melamine cured coatings. Manufactured in North America.

SUSPENO 201-X provides anti-settling, pigment suspension and sag control with no increase in apparent viscosity. SUSPENO 201-X is an organic compound that affects the rheology of fluid systems. Performance is achieved by highly efficient dispersions in pigmented coatings. Field experience shows marked improvement in brushing and leveling.SUSPENO 201-X is reliable and provides uniform performance, being neutral and is not dependent on activation by heat or chemicals. It is unaffected by the nature of the binder, oils, resins, varnishes or vehicles. SUSPENO 201-X has no effect on gloss, color, color retention, flexibility, cure time water and chemical resistance, adhesion or durability.

High calcium oxide content, ease of dispersion and high Hegman value of 6.6 provides broad utility in many high film build anti-corrosion coatings.

Incozol LV is a reactive diluent designed to help producers of polyurethane coatings attain low VOC systems. It is used in the formulation of two component coatings for example, automotive refinish and OEM coatings. Other uses include high solids PU coatings for boats, industrial maintenance, aircraft, anti-graffiti lacquers and waterproof coatings.

WPC Technologies Strontium Chromate 177, with the chemical formula of SrCr04, is a low dust and very low oil absorption corrosion inhibitor pigment. It is recommended for high solids primer formulations. It is characterized by a unique high apparent bulk density and is widely used in aerospace primers for aluminum protection.

Mason Color Works Chrome Antimony Titanium Buff Rutile - 7424 Buff 24 is an inorganic pigment, is a reaction product of high temperature calcination in which Titanium (IV) Oxide, Chromium (III) Oxide, and Antimony (V) Oxide in varying amounts are homogeneously and ionically interdiffused to form a crystalline matrix of rutile. Its composition may include any one or a combination of the modifiers Al2O3, MnO, NiO, SrO, WO3, or ZnO.
