AGC Chemicals Americas, Inc. LUMIFLON® LF-9721 consists of alternating fluoroethylene and vinyl ether segments (FEVE). The fluorinated segments provide outstanding UV resistance and weatherability as well as chemical resistance, while the vinyl ether segments provide crosslinking sites. LUMIFLON LF-9721 has extremely high hydroxyl functionality and has a high crosslink density after reaction with isocyanates. This resin is useful wherever excellent chemical resistance is required. Typical applications include coatings for aerospace, tank lining, water tanks, and military coatings
