Ti-Pure™ R-960 Coatings is a rutile titanium dioxide pigment manufactured by the chloride process. It is designed for use in applications requiring outstanding chalk resistance, gloss retention, and tint retention. In addition to excellent exterior durability, Ti-Pure™ R-960 provides very good dispersion with excellent hiding power and color acceptance.

ASCONIUM® 142DA can replace mineral anti-corrosion pigments or improve their performance in waterborne or solventborne metal coatings. It is a hydrophobic agent that improves the water resistance of dry films. This ASCONIUM® grade can be used as the sole anti-corrosion additive in coatings or in conjunction with other anti-corrosion pigments to improve their performance. Minex® ST 4 A100-10 is a functional filler that is produced from nepheline syenite, a naturally occurring, silica-deficient sodium-potassium alumina silicate. Automated scanning electron microscopy confirms that Minex® ST grades contain less than one-tenth of one percent crystalline silica. No free crystalline silica is detectable in the mineral complex. All Minex® ST grades are processed and sized with rigid adherence to Covia’s QIPSM quality assurance programs.

AGC Chemicals Americas, Inc. LUMIFLON® LF200 - FEVE Solvent-borne Resin Polyol is a solventborne fluoroethylene vinyl ether resin designed for weather-resistant coatings. It has hydroxyl functionality and can be crosslinked with polyisocyanates. Coatings based on LF200 exhibit high gloss and excellent durability. LF200 is a general purpose resin, used for heavy duty industrial coatings, architectural coatings, aerospace coatings, automotive coatings, and coatings for alternative energy applications.

LUMIFLON® FE4400 - FEVE Waterborne Resin Polyol is a hydroxyl functional fluoroethylene vinyl ether waterborne resin used in applications requiring outstanding exterior durability. It can be used as the sole binder or as a blending resin for coatings that need high performance at a low VOC. It can be crosslinked with polyisocyanates for air dry applications or either blocked polyisocyanates or amino resins for bake applications. Its high molecular weight makes it suitable for 1K coatings as well. LUMIFLON® LF910LM - FEVE Resin Polyol is a fluoroethylene vinyl ether solventborne polyol used in applications requiring outstanding exterior durability and excellent chemical resistance. It has low molecular weight coupled with a high hydroxyl value and is formulated into 2K crosslinkable coatings. Low molecular weight also allows for easy blending with other polyols. Markets include heavy duty industrial coatings, architectural coatings, aerospace coatings, automotive coatings, and coatings for concrete.

K-KAT® 4205 is a zirconium chelate catalyst that provides extended pot life and selectivity to NCO/OH reactions for reduced gassing in 2K PU systems. It is efficient for ambient and low temperature cure coatings.

CeraSPERSE 171 is a synthetic wax compounded in refined linseed oil. Shamrock’s CeraSPERSE products are manufactured using a controlled crystallization process that allows the production of 1 micron wax dispersions. These wax compounds have a translucent appearance with a shiny gloss and a creamy feel. DISPARLON® EZ-777 is an easily dispersible paste of specially activated synthetic amide wax. It is easily incorporated into many solventborne systems to develop an exceptionally strong and long retained thixotropic structure.

The Sunspheres™ 200 Nm ST- 3 are surface treated*, optically clear, solid fused amorphous microspheres designed for optimum dispersion in coatings, inks, adhesives, and thermoplastics, including UV curable compositions. Cured films show enhanced physical and mechanical properties including increased corrosion resistance, reduced shrinkage, improved adhesion, and enhanced surface qualities such as mar and scratch resistance. This product is particularly useful in improving impact resistance. The average particle size is 200 nanometers and range in size from 50 to 500 nm.

DISPARLON® PFA-231 is a thixotropic agent in paste form consisting of a specially prepared amide wax activated in aromatic free solvent. Develops an exceptionally strong thixotropic structure for anti-settling and anti-sag properties in a wide variety of applications and resin systems.
