Rheovis® PU 1190 is a polyurethane-based associative thickener, a solvent-free non-ionic rheology additive with strong thickening properties at low shear stress. It achieves higher pseudoplastic viscosities compared to other PUR thickeners, offering excellent film-forming properties, good pigment wetting, and high UV stability.

Dispex® Ultra FA 4416 is an outstanding wetting and dispersing agent for aqueous coatings, providing high gloss, excellent color strength, and excellent rub-out properties. Presented in yellow, viscous liquid form, Dispex® Ultra FA 4416 is ideal for aqueous top coats based on various binder types such as polyester solutions, polyacrylics, and PUR-emulsions.

Efka® PU 4047 is a high-molecular-weight dispersing agent used in high-quality industrial coatings such as automotive topcoats, coil coatings, 2-pack polyurethane coating systems, and pigment concentrates. Its higher molecular weight compared to Efka® PU 4046 results in stronger deflocculation with some organic pigments and carbon blacks.

Efka® PB 2010 is a highly efficient defoamer designed for solvent-based coatings, particularly high-gloss top coats. Its universal nature allows its use for semi-matte and matte coats with a wide range of solvent-based binders. Silicone-free, it has no negative impact on inter-coat adhesion, making it suitable for primers, sealers, and various solvent-based systems, providing high defoaming performance while maintaining excellent compatibility.

Tinuvin® 144 is a Hindered Amine Light Stabilizer (HALS) belonging to the family of Bis(1,2,2,6,6-pentamethyl-4-piperidyl) [[3,5-bis(1,1-dimethylethyl)-4-hydroxyphenyl]methyl]butylmalonate. As a versatile CASE ingredient, it functions as a light stabilizer and UV absorber (UVA) in various applications, particularly in the automotive and transportation sectors, including OEM coatings. With a solid physical form, Tinuvin® 144 is adept at enhancing the durability and performance of paints and coatings, making it a preferred choice in industrial coatings such as coil coatings.

Waterpoxy® 1455 serves multiple functions, including acting as a hardener, binder, and integral component in corrosion-resistant formulations. It boasts features such as excellent pigment wetting, recoatability, and a capacity for automotive and transportation markets. This product finds extensive application in various paint and coating scenarios, including automotive OEM coatings, marine coatings, and industrial coatings. Its versatility extends to being compatible with transportation-related materials and marine-specific polymers and resins. Waterpoxy® 1455 is primarily used in 2K (two-component) coatings, including primers, topcoats, and waterborne coatings, and is available in a liquid physical form.

Tinopal® OB CO is a fluorescent optical brightener that offers excellent heat resistance, high chemical stability, and brilliant bluish whitening effects. It exhibits good compatibility with a wide range of resins for coating and printing ink applications. This product is available in the form of a yellow powder.

Waterpoxy® 1422 is a versatile liquid formulation designed as a hardener and binder for epoxy (EP) systems. Specifically crafted for applications in automotive OEM coatings, marine coatings, and industrial coatings, this product ensures reliable performance. Its liquid form makes it easy to handle and incorporate into various formulations. Ideal for achieving durable and high-quality finishes.

Waterpoxy® 751 is a versatile product known for its corrosion resistance, excellent pigment wetting, and recoatability. It caters to various markets, including automotive and transportation. Its applications span across different paint and coating categories, such as automotive OEM coatings, marine coatings, coatings and finishes for automotive transportation, industrial coatings, and transportation-related coatings, and it's compatible with marine polymers and resins. This epoxy (EP) coating is primarily used as a 2K (two-component) coating, suitable for primers, topcoats, and waterborne coatings, and is available in a liquid physical form.

Efka® PU 4061 is a high-molecular-weight dispersing agent, a polymeric dispersant for stabilizing inorganic and organic pigments. It improves gloss and DOI, reduces flooding, and increases color strength, making it suitable for solvent-based coatings, especially high-quality industrial coatings like automotive topcoats, coil coatings, and 2-pack polyurethane coating systems.

Tinuvin® 292is a liquid hindered amine light stabilizer (HALS) developed specifically for coatings. It comprises an almost pure mixture of two active ingredients, allowing it to remain in liquid form, unlike the tendency of pure diester to solidify, even at room temperature. The efficiency of Tinuvin 292 significantly prolongs the lifetime of coatings by reducing paint defects such as cracking and loss of gloss. Key features and benefits include versatility in both water and solvent based coatings, extension of coating lifetime, and excellent compatibility with a wide variety of coating systems.

Efka® RM 1920 serves as a rheology modifier for solvent-based systems. It is a particularly finely ground additive used to impart a thixotropic effect to paints, printing inks, and other coatings. This additive effectively prevents sagging of thick films on vertical surfaces while generally improving working and flow properties. It substantially reduces pigment settling. The chemical nature of Efka® RM 1920 involves hydrogenated castor oil.

Efka® RM 1469 is a multifunctional additive designed to serve as a rheology modifier, anti-sagging agent, and thickener. This versatile product is compatible with various polymers and resins, including polyurethanes (PU), acrylics, melamines and melamine formaldehydes (MF), and cellulose acetate butyrate (CAB), along with polyesters. It boasts features such as good shear viscosity and high gloss, making it a valuable addition to formulations where these properties are crucial.

FoamStar® ST 2454 is a defoamer highly recommended for systems based on PU-emulsions, amine-neutralized resins, and aqueous 2-pack PU coatings. It is especially efficient in PU emulsions, hybrid systems, and PE solutions, typically without causing a reduction of gloss or transparency. It can be used in clear and top coats.

CHT Group Amine-Functional Silicone Polymers are 100% active, low-volatility, reactive amino silicone polymers that are available with varying viscosities and amine content. These polymers use the polar nature of amino-functional silicones to cure, which results in a durable film that adheres strongly to automobile finishes, chrome, aluminum surfaces, and textiles.

Dragonsorb® 3035 has good compatibility with acrylic resin and can be used as a topcoat to improve the light resistance of the coating. As a UV absorber, this product is widely used in plastics, coatings, dyes, automotive glass, and cosmetics.

AFCONA 4400 is a high molecular weight polymeric dispersant for deflocculation of all type of pigments. It is an effective polymeric dispersant for stabilizing inorganic and organic pigments. It has very good stability performance, through effective steric hindrance, on all type of pigments.

Ti-Pure™ R-960 Coatings is a rutile titanium dioxide pigment manufactured by the chloride process. It is designed for use in applications requiring outstanding chalk resistance, gloss retention, and tint retention. In addition to excellent exterior durability, Ti-Pure™ R-960 provides very good dispersion with excellent hiding power and color acceptance.

AFCONA 4403 is a high molecular weight polymeric dispersant for deflocculation of all types of pigments. It is an effective polymeric dispersant for stabilizing inorganic and organic pigments, and has excellent stability performance due to its effective steric hindrance on all types of pigments.

SYNTHALAT A 149 HS is a hydroxyl group-containing, high-solid, polyester-containing, acrylic-resin. Used in combination with polyisocyanates for air- and ovendrying, 2-pack high-solid clear- and pigmented top coats for metals and plastics with high mechanical properties, quick physically drying, high gloss and body, excellent weather- and chemical resistance. < 420 VOC at spray viscosity.

SYNTHALAT WA 146 is a water-dilutable hydroxyacrylic resin. Used in combination with (cyclo-) aliphatic polyisocyanates and melamine resins for air- and oven-drying topcoats for plastic, wood, and metal substrates with very high hardness, high gloss, good adhesion, high mechanical properties, water-, weather-, and chemical resistance. It has applications in automotive OEM coatings, industrial coatings, and metal coatings.

SYNTHALAT A-JB 772 is a water-soluble, polyisocyanate-curable acrylic resin. It is recommended for waterborne 1 component and 2 component clear- and top-coats with good chemical resistance and excellent ovendrying properties. It has applications in metal coatings, industrial coatings, and automotive OEM coatings.

SYNTHALAT A 151 is an acrylic resin cross-linked with polyisocyanate. Used in combination with aliphatic polyisocyanates for air- and stove-drying two-component coatings with high mechanical resistance and high resistance to chemicals and weathering. It has applications in automotive OEM coatings, industrial maintenance, marine coatings, metal coatings, industrial coatings, and marine transportation.

SYNTHOESTER 186 HS is a hydroxyl group containing, high-solid polyester resin. It is recommended to use it in combination with melamine resins and CAB for base-coat enamels. It can also be used with aliphatic polyisocyanates for air- and oven-drying 2-pack high-solid laquers and fillers with high mechanical properties, high gloss and body, and very good chemical and weather resistance. It has applications in marine transportation, marine coatings, automotive OEM coatings, metal coatings, wood coatings, and finishes.

SYNTHALAT A 147 HS is a hydroxyl group containing polyester and acrylic resin. Used in combination with polyisocyanates for air- and ovendrying 2-pack high-solid clear- and pigmented top coats for metals and plastics with high mechanical properties, high gloss and body, good weather- and chemical resistance.

SYNTHOESTER TS 2245 is a siloxane-modified, cycloaliphatic, hydroxyfunctional, high-solid polyester resin. This can be cross-linked with polyisocyanates for high-performance, air- and forced-drying 2-pack top coats. It has applications in automotive OEM coatings, marine coatings, metal coatings, marine transportation, and industrial maintenance.

SYNTHOESTER W 142 is a waterborne, cyclo-aliphatic polyester resin containing hydroxyl groups. It is recommended to use 1 and 2 pack waterborne coatings crosslinkable with hydrophobic melamine resins for oven-drying topcoats above 110°C on metal and glass substrates and with polyisocyanates for air- and forced-drying top coats on metal, glass, wood, and plastic substrates with very good adhesion, high mechanical values, weathering, and chemical resistance. It has applications in metal coatings, industrial coatings, and automotive OEM coatings.

LIOCRYL AS 640 is an aqueous hydroxyfunctional acrylic emulsion, solvent- and plasticiser-free. It is suitable for the formulation of fast-drying aqueous 2-pack top coats with high gloss and good chemical resistance. The emulsion requires the addition of coalescents for proper film formation. The emulsion film can have a slightly structured surface. It has applications in metal coatings, automotive OEM coatings, wood flooring, wood coatings, and furnishings.

SYNTHALAT A 150 is a polyisocyanate-curing acrylic resin. It is a 2-pack coating used where we require high-grade coating qualities. It is also used in combination with aliphatic polyisocyanates for industrial coatings. It has applications mainly in metal coatings, industrial maintenance, marine coatings, and also in off-road and recreational vehicle areas. 

SYNTHALAT A 141 HS is an acrylic resin cross-linked with polyisocyanate with a high solids content. Used in combination with aliphatic polyisocyanates for air- and stove-drying two-component coatings for industrial coatings with high flexiblility, adhesion, and weathering resistance. It has applications in off-road commercial vehicle and recreational vehicle coatings, industrial coatings, automotive OEM coatings, and commercial transportation.

AFCONA 3700 is a wetting, leveling and flow control agent for solvent-free and solvent-based coatings with excellent anti-crater properties. AFCONA 3700 is a highly fluorocarbon modified polyacrylic polymer. It has very low surface tension and therefore it can substitute and perform as silicones without the side effects of silicones.

AFCONA 3758 is a leveling and flow control agent for solvent-based coatings with anti-crater properties. AFCONA 3758 is a special modified polyacrylic polymer. It reduces drastically surface tension of organic coating systems. This, together with good compatibility in most solvent-based systems and with minimal foam stabilizing effect, makes it very effective as an anti-crater and flow control agent for all solvent-based coatings.

AFCONA 3250 is an additive designed to provide the highest slip in all solvent-based coatings without stabilizing foam. It is specially developed for all solvent-based systems where slip is the most important factor and foam stabilization is undesirable. AFCONA 3250 belongs to the same family as AFCONA 3230. But while AFCONA 3230 is effective only in polyurethane coatings, AFCONA 3250 works in all solvent-based coatings.

AFCONA 4071 is a high molecular weight polymeric dispersant for deflocculation of all types of pigments. It is the result of an innovative concept of polyurethane dispersants. This technology is based on a newly-developed intermediate monomer and anchoring groups. AFCONA 4071 has excellent performance dispersing carbon black. It gives very good blue undertones with high jetness.

AFCONA 3777 is an anti-crater, substrate wetting and leveling agent for solvent-based coatings. It is the 1st generation of fluorocarbon modified polyacrylic. Recommended as non-silicone leveling agent where silicone is not permitted due to intercoat adhesion problems. However, we highly recommend a combination with a suitable polysiloxane for better overall performance.
