Jalpon™ 14000A is stable emulsions of gelled calcium sulfonate in water, featuring low VOC and low odor. The products in this emulsion series are compatible with a wide range of waterborne and water dispersible resin systems. Jalpon™ 1400A contains an extra component for barrier protection while Jalpon™ 1400EX contains significantly more active calcium sulfonate for increased surface wetting in more demanding applications.

BECKOPOX™ EM 2120w/45WA is a dispersion and liquid within the epoxy and epoxy derivatives chemical family, functioning as a binder, resin, and corrosion inhibitor under CASE Ingredients. Targeting automotive and transportation, paints and coatings, and building and construction sectors, it stands out with APEO-free, formaldehyde-free, and VOC-free labeling. This product offers corrosion resistance, a balanced set of properties, low flash rust, and matting features. Suitable for 1K coatings, epoxy coatings, primers, and waterborne coatings, it is compatible with epoxies and adheres well to metal and wood substrates.

NACORR® 1754 is a liquid corrosion inhibitor based on an amine salt of an aromatic sulfonic acid. It has excellent compatibility in water-based systems, emulsions and dispersion.

TACorr G50 is a novel, polymeric corrosion inhibitor, offering multi metal protection, e. g. On alumina alloys, iron & steel, non ferrous metals, zinc and others. It was developed through a combined R&D project with Fraunhofer IFAM, Bremen.

flashproTAC F2M is a flashrust inhibitor for iron & steel, mainly for paint & coating applications. Because of its unique formulation (contrary to nearly all other FRI´s) it has a very good tox profile and no labeling.

Jalpon™ 1200 is a solvent free, gelled calcium sulfonate in a mineral oil diluent. It is designed to allow for the easy formulation of solvent-free rust preventives, lubricants, and coatings. Jalpon™ 1200 deposits an oily film. It is also easily emulsified for use in waterborne rust preventives and coatings.

flashproTAC C4E is a ready to use flashrust inhibitor for iron & steel. It is mainly designed for all kinds of paint & coating applications.

Jalpon™ 5312 is a high solids, lower VOC rust preventive concentrate comprised of gelled calcium sulfonate, oxidate, waxes and other ingredients which yields a relatively dripless, long term waxy rust preventive coating.

Jalpon™ 1500A is a rust preventive base compound that is comprised primarily of gelled calcium sulfonate and a proprietary wax blend. The combination of high non-volatiles and moderately high viscosity will produce firm and waxy films that performs well under severe conditions, particularly salt environments. This product can be used “as is”, further diluted or formulated, using a variety of compatible coating components.

INHIBISPHERES® A is submicron ceramic particles that can provide specific functionalities to classic coating formulations. INHIBISPHERES® A is porous silica particles containing encapsulated corrosion inhibitors. INHIBISPHERES® A is metal-free. INHIBISPHERES® A is added at different levels extend the duration of corrosion protection in the coating.

Ultraflon FP-20 series represent premium, fluorinated ethylene-propylene powder (FEP) additives. FP-20 is characterized by comparatively lower molecular weight. It demonstrates the highest melt flow index (MFI) when compared to other grades within the Ultraflon FP series additives. FP-20 is manufactured from ultra-high purity FEP, and micronized in clean room conditions to preserve its pristine form.

INHIBISPHERES® B is submicron ceramic particles that can provide specific functionalities to classic coating formulations. ADDAPT® Anticor L 4783 is a water-soluble multi-metal anti-corrosion additive. It is a proprietary blend of PolyHydroxycarbonate and Silanes. All constituents comply with the FDA regulation.

ASCONIUM® 144DA are organic liquid-type additives which can provide excellent long-term anticorrosion performance to pigmented or clear coatings. ASCONIUM® additives can be used in waterborne, as well as in solventborne coatings, either as single products or in combination with active pigments.

ADDAPT® Anticor AMC 2330 is an emulsifyable anti-corrosion additive for aqueous systems. It protects Aluminum as well as Magnesium and/or combinations thereof. It is a proprietary blend Phosphonates and Glycolethers All constituents are EINECS registered and comply with the FDA regulation.

The Fine Zinc Powder 4P/32 grade is highly recommended for Paints and Plating.

Delaphos® 2 is a pigment that will inhibit metal surface corrosion when properly incorporated in a wide variety of solvent based and water based paint primer systems.

Genable® 3000 dispersion consists of graphene nanoplatelets stabilized in epoxy resin (EEW = 190g/eq.). The graphene nanoplatelets are a synthesized form of graphene produced by a patented process. A formulation-ready Genable® epoxy resin, Genable® 3000 dispersion has been developed to enhance the anti-corrosion performance of coatings on steel substrates by the use of a patented active, non-metallic anti-corrosion additive.

The Fine Zinc Powder FH 400 grade is highly recommended for Paints and Plating.

The Fine Zinc Powder FH 1000 grade is highly recommended for organic or inorganic paints.

ADDAPT Anticor P is a phosphorous based corrosion inhibitor. It acts as a multi metal corrosion inhibitor with emulsifying properties. It is a proprietary mixture of mono-and di-Phosphate ester and surface active ingredients.

ADDAPT® Anticor A 3 is a water free aluminum anti-corrosion additive. It is a proprietary blend of esters and organic silicates. All constituents comply with the FDA regulation.

Habicor® ZC is a Zinc phosphate based anticorrosive pigment. Chemical Structure is Modified zinc calcium phosphate.

PPG INHIBISIL® 75 anti-corrosion pigment is a calcium-oxide containing synthetic amorphous silicon dioxide designed for use where high film anti-corrosive protection is needed. High calcium oxide content, ease of dispersion and high Hegman value of 6.6 provides broad utility in many high film build anti-corrosion coatings.

Genesee Polymers' GP-71-SS SILICONE FLUID is a dimethyl silicone copolymer fluid, containing mercaptopropyl side chains in addition to the conventional methyl group substituents. The structure of GP-71-SS is as follows where x = 83 and y = 2:

Ferrocor Flash is a water-soluble corrosion inhibitor for Ferrous and Zinc rich substrates. It is a proprietary blend of Phosphate salts and Phosphonoxy esters. All constituents with the FDA regulation.

Habicor® ZP 3860 is a Zinc phosphate based anticorrosive pigment, Chemical Structure is Zinc phosphate dihydrate.

Genesee Polymers' GP-596 is a 28% active epoxy functional silicone polymer in solution. The epoxy functionality in GP-596 allows for rapid cross-linking with standard amine curing agents. Selecting the proper curing agent is dependent on application techniques, pot life requirements, cure conditions and physical properties needed.Cured coatings formed from GP-596exhibit greater elongation, higher impact resistance and more flexibility, than coatings formed from standard bisphenol A type resins. This increased flexibility allows for greater adhesion to coated surfaces, resulting in improved durability.In addition to the tough coating properties of GP-596, the presence of the unique silicone-epoxy copolymer imparts non-stick and rust inhibiting characteristics as well. This strongly suggests applications involving protection of ferrous and nonferrous metals exposed to extreme abrasion conditions, or corrosive atmospheres.GP-596may be formulated with pigments, thickeners, dispersants and other additives as needed to yield finished coatings. The technology of formulating is closely related to standard epoxy resin coatings applications.

Hybricor™ 204 - Hybrid Corrosion Inhibitor Pigment is an organic/inorganic hybrid corrosion inhibitor pigment, a proven effective replacement for Cr6+ in aerospace primer applications on aluminum and other non-ferrous substrates. The fine particle size of Hybricor™ 204 (7 Hegman) permits it to be easily incorporated into a coating using a high speed disperser. It is effective in primers, DTM and thin film (< 20 micron) applications. It does not affect pot life of 2K systems. Use level varies by intended application requirements.

ADDAPT BioWet 60 is a solvent free, ready biodegradable Glass Adhesion promoter and Glass Corrosion inhibitor for aqueous systems on glass substrates. A proprietary blend of PolyAlkylene Glycols and Polyhydroxy – Amide. All constituents are EINECS registered and comply with the FDA regulation (incidental contact with foodstuff).
